They won’t push you into work you don’t want done but whatever you want or need can be done with minimal discomfort or distress.

Negative experience: Was going to this clinic as a family for over 20 years. Last 12 months, seen change of dentists and staff, recent dentist just resigned. I had to change my appointment and the staff could not get dates and appointments correct. When you pay $$$$$, you would think that the staff could book in appointments correctly. That aside, the last dentist I had was there only for a short period and has already left. Time to try another dental clinic. Does not feel right anymore.

Fantastic experience: I’d not been to a dentist in well over 15 years as I suffered extreme anxiety going from a young child so kept putting it off. A friend suggested this dentist after looking into it for me and reading all the positive experiences of clients/patients attending this clinic. (She knew I would keep putting it off so she was giving me a gentle push) I reluctantly went although cautiously optimistic. I had a very positive experience from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was welcoming, caring and supportive and made me feel comfortable. I then saw Ella and while initially freaking out inside began to feel comfortable once we started talking. I began to feel calm and knew I was in excellent hands. Was so happy with my consultation, plan and the procedure I gave her a big thank u hug. I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough for all your dental needs.

The follow up phone call I received was also welcoming. My appointment with Ella went well as she had a very calming manner which helped me to relax. She was really gentle and made sure I understood everything in my x-ray and even helped me organise a referral to a specialist and booked me in (with help from the friendly receptionist).
