Fantastic experience: I brought my dad here for emergency pain and sensitivity and the dentist here did an incredibly good job. No more pain! Higher than 5 stars if I could! He was able to immediately travel overseas after, and went through his entire holiday with no more pain and sensitivity. Thank you for your kind and caring approach and going above and being for the patient. If it wasn’t for Keys To Smile, my dad would have lost a few teeth and would have spent his holidays in pain. They were very kind and able to fit us in for an emergency appointment and it made a huge positive difference to his quality of life. Fantastic experience: Keys to Smile has been my 'go to' dentist to visit as they have been wonderful so far. Both staff and services has been perfect, no issues, no delays, just perfect. Dr Kunal was the first person I've met to remove my wisdom tooth and he did an amazing job and handled it very professionally. Dr Arundhati was mostly the one I've been seeing and she by so far has been wonderful. Been treating me for at least 2 years and she's been both very professional and sociable. Given me many advices on handling my teeth and how to use the retainers. Overall, I recommend anyone to visit Keys to Smile for both services and kind staffs.

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone , Dr kunal and Dr arundhathi one of the best Dr's in melbourne for kids as I had to take my daughter (9 year old)to the service.I pretty sure he is good with adults as well. I went in with the clear intention to find a place for my 6-monthly clean as well as treatment plan that I can take at my own pace. Dr. Arundhati walked me through what was more urgent and what can wait until I'm ready. The clinic is lovely and clean, the dentists and assistants are so friendly and their prices are reasonable. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can always be a little daunting but Keys To Smile have made the entire experience a delight! The staff were so friend warm and caring throughout any interactions we had. Including after wisdom teeth extraction, a follow up phone call post procedure and regular text messages before appointments. Dr Kunal provided a safe, calm and understanding environment that included me as a patient. As a patient, I have never been so cared for during a dentist appointment and I even received strawberries and water! There is also a screen on the roof to distract you from any unpleasantries! With the skills Dr Kunal possesses, there was minimal amount of pain or discomfort throughout the whole procedure! My mouth wasn't even sore from being open!! I highly highly recommend Keys to Smile!

Fantastic experience: I had a standard dental check and clean. The dentist was very professional and gentle and the whole experience was the best of any dental visit I’ve had. As a result, I also elected to come back for a teeth whitening which I chose to do at the dentist rather than at home (with teeth trays). The procedure is not pleasant (having your mouth crammed with equipment and wadding for an hour) but I was very happy with the result. You don’t end up with porcelain white teeth (which look false anyway) but I wasn’t after that and the improvement is very good and clearly noticeable. I had just switched dentists and I’m very happy to have done so

Fantastic experience: My mother Rosa is nearly 98 years old, she lost her dentures in the Aged Care Home in June. We were advised that the first available appointment with her own dentist was the end of July. We did not want her to celebrate her 98th birthday without her teeth. I rang at least three dentists who were not interested because of her age. Keys to Smile were wonderful and Rosa had her first appointment that week. Dr Kunal was very kind and gentle with Rosa as she is extremely deaf and has dementia. He was very supportive and encouraged her at every visit. Within a month mum had her new dentures and has been smiling ever since. Our family is very grateful to Dr Kunal, his technician and staff for their excellent and efficient service.

Fantastic experience: I found the service here very good. With minimal waiting time for an appointment and up to date equipment I felt very comfortable with the attention given to me. The dentist asked many times if I was comfortable with the procedure and contacted me at home the following day to check on my recovery.
