Fantastic experience: This practice has very caring dentists. And efficient dental nurses and receptionists. I saw my regular dentist Dr Kanako. She is wonderful. Always takes the time to check on my health during past months since I have seen her. She is very gentle, patient and experienced. I also had an xray because it was 2 years since I had had one. This prevents problems happening. Quite painless and quick. I have been going to Karalee Dental for over 7 years. I have had my caps done here. I can't recommend them enough.

They communicate clearly with me every step of the way and are very patient and kind and you feel cared for and respected. The ladies at the front desk are kind and it’s nice to see them too . Fantastic experience: I have been to this dental surgery three times now. As it is a Medibank Members Choice Provider, I have not had to pay out of pocket either time. The administration staff are wonderful and very helpful. The dental practitioners are also lovely. In my experience, the practice has taken a very patient informed approach to their work, explaining what they are doing and why, as well as showing Pictures and scans to explain their thought processes along the way. The practitioners are also upfront with pricing estimates before they conduct any work, so there are no hidden fees when you leave. There is a TV which hosts Netflix on the ceiling of the rooms which add a nice, relaxing touch. Overall, I recommend this clinic to anyone in the Ipswich area.

Love that there open abit later, that helps when we all need to go and it doesn't interfere with work or school. We also get to see the same dentist everytime. Fantastic experience: I brought my 3 year old in for his first dental visit. He was very anxious. The Dental assistant was very friendly and invited us down to the room. He was immediately overwhelmed and started crying. The dentist was AMAZING! She took her time to get down to his level, calmly assuring him. Within minutes he climbed into the chair with me, she played his favourite show on Netflix and chatted with him until he was at ease and chatting happily about the show. She was able to get him to open his mouth to have a good check of his teeth and get him to rub some teeth mouse on his teeth. She gave him a dental pack and a prize from her prize box and he was sold. He gave her a high five and when she said “I’ll see you again soon?” He confidently and happily replied, “yep!” And went home to tell everyone about his experience. We as parents are absolutely delighted with the level of care given to our son to relieve his anxieties about the dentist. We highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The team of Dentists & Staff at Karalee Family Dental is amazing. I have been attending here for many years & am extremely happy . Recently I had very painful nerve pain. Pain that caused me to nearly pass out. I turned up at their door in tears. Right from entering , the staff was so helpful & caring, even moving patients around to get me in straight away . The Dentist was very thorough, gentle & after a examination gave me some injections to stop my pain, short term. He & team started to organize for me to see a specialist to perform root canal. Knowing the pain I was in they all went above & beyond to get me into specialist asap. Infact within 3 hrs of me attempting Karalee Family Dental, I was in the specialist chair having an emergency root canal done. As we all know to get into a specialist usual within weeks is not possible, but to get in within hours is just a miracle. Dr David at Karalee Family Dental knew the pain I was in & he & his staff were so compassionate & went above & beyond to make sure I had treatment asap. Im so appreciative & can't thank them enough I also have had a lifelong fear of dentists from a horrible experience as a child . I can honestly say, I always feel safe & secure whenever going to Karalee Family Dental. Forever Grateful Julie

Positive experience: I have the biggest fear of dentists , the receptionist was constantly chatting to me trying to relax me in sure My dentist was Jason , the most caring and gentle man I've dealt with EVER . He never made a move without telling me what he was doing , and believed me when I said I could still feel what he was doing , (I'm one of the rare people that the anaesthetic doesn't work on properly it had to be injected into the nerve ) HIGHLY recommend Jason he is awesome.

Fantastic experience: All staff wonderful, professional and welcoming. We’re travelling and rang to see if someone could help me with a broken tooth. I have a phobia of dentists due to bad experiences as a child. Dr Marion was amazing, very understanding and gentle. Apart from the positive environment that Karalee Family Dental provide, Dr Marion fixed my tooth with the minimum of fuss, although it took a couple of hours and a lot of patience on her part, I had no pain or discomfort at all once the anaesthetic wore off. Best experience going to the dentist that I have ever had…I will have to try and convince her to move her practice to W.A.!

Dr Marion was such a calming figure my concerns disappeared as I knew I was in good hands. Some good banter and some laughs helped create that situation. Fantastic experience: Hello all. I am at present receiving Dental care at Karalee Clinic. I have a condition called Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). I am noise sensitive, electric pressure in my head, my legs also become unsteady, weak and wobbly. My Dentist, Jennifer and Assistant, Gee, are the most kind, gentle, understanding supportive lovely ladies. They both make a HUGE difference to my life having to experience this treatment. They both support me by being kind, talking clear, gentle, often asking me if I am OK, reassuring me and being very patient dealing with my medical statis. Fantastic experience: My family has been seeing Karalee Family Dental for the last 3 years. Both my kids are not fond of poking and prodding, but the dentists and assistants have been so calming and supportive that my both my sons have had almost no issues at all during checkups (wish I could say the same about their teeth condition or lack of brushing.... Boys will be boys). My youngest son has autism and has required quite a bit of work done to his teeth. During treatment, he was noticed to be very distressed and triggered by some of the loud noises caused by drill etc. By discussing options with the dentist, they suggested for him to wear headphones to block noise during dental work. This worked absolute wonders. But just the fact they they cared about the hurdles he faced to be getting this work done, along with the patience and also caring nature shown towards him, this means he is able to get the dental care he needs. This type of care and professionalism shown means so much to parents of kids with special needs! Thanks for providing great service, Karalee Family Dental.
