Fantastic experience: Dr Riaz Tegally! He done an amazing job on 2 tooth extractions. Its been 1 day and ive had no issues or pain or discomfort! Definitely go see him & his lovely staff:) give them a raise.

Negative experience: If your time is valuable I would avoid this place, my partner & I booked in separate but consecutive appointments 3 months in advance & we received a last minute message saying that the staff member we booked with has now decided they don’t want to work on Friday’s anymore so both our appointments were cancelled, so my partner rescheduled her appointment a few weeks later as it was the only available appointment & I took unpaid leave from work so I could look after our child during this time, on the day of the 2nd appointment we received a phone call saying that the dentist is now sick so they will have to cancel again. My experience with this company has been horrible, they don’t value the time of the customer, we had to give them 3 months notice & they only give us hours notice on multiple occasions.

Fantastic experience: I have been going every week to use the infrared sauna which is absolutely fantastic!!! But better than that is the front girls in the reception, they are all so lovely and always make you feel extremely welcome! Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most incredible clinic I’ve ever been to! I’ve seen my fair share of dentists over the years, and not once have I felt truly comfortable until now. The team at GCHDC went above and beyond to make me feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Riaz Tegally was absolutely amazing, compassionate, understanding, and incredibly patient. He even guided me through some calming breathwork while I was in the chair to help ease my nerves. During my consultation, he took the time to talk to me like a real person, not just another patient. The reception team is just as wonderful, especially Belle (correct me if thats not her name - the really pretty brunette) , who was so kind and comforting during what was a really emotional time for me. I walked in feeling like a mess, and they never once made me feel like I was overreacting. I truly can’t thank them enough. We travel over an hour just to come here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Riaz for the first time yesterday and he was incredible. I’m not a fan of the dentist and he was so compassionate and caring. Will be moving my whole family over to him for their dental care. Highly highly recommend,

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing experience today! I am usually always so nervous at the dentist but I was completely relaxed. Such calm energy from the dentist and nurse, and they were all so supportive and helpful with my 1 year old who was very upset watching me in the chair at first. The whole team were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Thank you so much, can't wait to come back for my next appt.

Positive experience: Rang this morning at 8 a.m., then 8.05, still not open. Left a message for a call back, but by 8.12 I hadn't received a call back. They did answer the phone at 8.12 and when I said, 'So you opened late today? ... and I didn't get a call back', I was just told, Oh well we're open now. 2 years ago I had a filling in a chip on bottom of front tooth at this surgery. Unfortunately it didn't last more than a month, so I needed a crown, for which I was given a discount. It was done within a period of 3 hours on the same day. You get your tooth filed to a small peg, then come back for the crown. I was concerned that a crown could no way look exactly like the other front tooth, but the exact match to my other front tooth is so amazing it's like magic! Also their prices are not higher than elsewhere. Thank you Dr Tony.

Negative experience: After 2 years of being thier customer I can confidently say, not worth the wait, not worth the drive, not worth the extra money for calling themselves holistic. No parking available either. Bad quality fillings, 15min scale & cleans, rude reception staff and threats to cancel the appointment if you don't call them back to confirm the appointment which WAS CONFIRMED by responding sms. RE to Bella: I didn't provide my feedback about the clinic based on my last appointment while it was definitely the last one so I would suggest you to carefully re-read it. As for your comments, 3 of us were booked from 8.30am till 10.20am. Yes, I was late by 25min because of the accident on the road and told your receptionist about it. You made us wait for 15min till my daughters appointment so she entered at 9.15am and she was done by 9.30am. My husband was done by 10am after he entered at 9.40am. No, you wouldn't have other 6 patients late on that day because you really do 15min cleans and could see all of us at allocated time! And thank you for refusing to see me, it was just the time to find a better clinic as it really not worth waiting or paying extra, example: both fillings you did (me and my daughter) fell out!

Fantastic experience: I have been so impressed by the services at this practise. I had a crown made in 1 sitting for a broken tooth that had an old amalgam filling in it. The care taken to ensure the mercury vapors are removed from the air in the room and my body, has given me great relief. I was specifically wanting holistic care for my tooth problem. The team were all exceptional; dentist Dr carla, the dental assistant whom i didnt catch her name (sorry), the masseuse, reception staff. I couldnt have imagined such a well run, friendly, professional business. I am so happy to have my new crown replacing the broken amalgam. My health journey continues but regarding the issue i had, I now feel relief. Thank you to all staff. ✨

Fantastic experience: Dr Shehab is beyond amazing. He has such a calm demenor for children and is so knowledgeable. He saved my 4 year old from going under GA and having crowns put on by doing some simple fillings in the chair. We saved 10grand. GC holistic Dental has a super family friendly reception area and my kiddo asks to go early to have a play there. The gift at the end is a bonus.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I waited over a month for my appointment and was genuinely looking forward to it. The day before, I received a text giving me only two hours to confirm or risk losing my spot. I replied when I’d finished work saying I’d be there and had also emailed reception a few days prior confirming my attendance. When I called the next morning, I found out my appointment had been given away. As a practitioner myself, I understand that no-shows can impact a business, and I realize this protocol is meant to address that. However, it would have been helpful to know sooner that my appointment could be given away. This cost me time and money, with the appointments I had cleared to make this work. This has left me incredibly frustrated and upset. Unfortunately, I can’t give a rating based on the actual services, which is a shame.

Fantastic experience: Omg after months for pain and my old dentist say nothing more to be done besides getting an $800 splint, finally a dentist willing to listen, and not push unnecessary procedures. A huge thank you to Dr Riaz and his lovely assistant, for filling away that last connecting bit of filling. The incredible pain and aching that I had in my jaw and face is now subsided. I will only go here for dental and all other medical issues from now on.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful caring experience with Dr Riaz Tegally and chloe. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft, anaesthetics, and antibiotics to cover the recovery. in all honesty I did not feel any pain whatsoever during the procedure nor during the week in recovery. I didn’t require any pain relief. His explanation was thorough and included a 3d scan to eliminate any risks to sinus perforation, I really felt he knew his stuff and it was over so quickly I was genuinely surprised. Highly recommend him, best dentist care and practice around.

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend Dentist Tony Simeone from Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care in Carrara (Emerald Lakes). I saw Dentist Tony Simeone to get a second opinion about a Vertical Crack Tooth. The Dentist at another Company found the Cracked Tooth & put in a Temporary filling. He told me that the Tooth needed to be extracted. He booked me in with the senior dentist to give a second opinion and if necessary, extract the tooth. No second opinion given only stress from what may happen if things went wrong. I decided not to have the extraction done. I searched for a Holistic Dentist and found Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care. I saw Tony on the Wednesday who said the Tooth could be saved with a filling. (Huge Relief). I booked in to have the filling done the next morning. I found Dentist Tony Simeone Brilliant. Very Knowledgeable. Having around 40 Years vast experience with Excellent Customer Service, explaining what he was doing as he went along. I felt very comfortable from the time I first met and spoke with him and with the filling being done. The Premises are clean and modern with the latest equipment. They are more than a Dental Clinic with a Naturopath, Infra-red Sauna, Detoxification Therapies, Massage and Dry Needling plus so much more. There is plenty of Free Parking. I Highly Highly Recommend Tony Simeone & Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Just a big thank you to all (ladies at the desk included) for your care. Dr John Sotis and Polly.... LEGENDS! Left the clinic and meditated for 4 hours with a very sore tooth. Felt and connected with the pain and focused on relaxing my body. Woke up 5 hours later at 9:00PM, had a small bowl of dahl to nourish the body, slept again, woke up at 6:00AM the next day with no soreness and ready to be of service. Negative experience: The Dental Hygienist who conducted my scale and clean was friendly, gentle and caring . Dr Simoes lacks communication skills including empathy, this is not a trauma sensitive clinic.

Fantastic experience: Just brought my 2yo for his first checkup. The team were so patient and gentle with him. They have tricks of the trade for getting little ones comfortable in the chair. A great team with good advice for us to take home on toddler tooth care.

She is extremely skilled as well as gentle and caring. She also suggested and provided a good solution for a tricky issue that was far less expensive than other options offered by other dentists (hopefully it lasts). Very grateful.

Positive experience: I had a very bad experience at this practice with Dr.Shihab. I went there for a general check up, made me pay for a scan to then ask for another scan. I went to do that scan straight away, Dr.Shihab never called me back, had to call for three weeks to have finally a nurse calling me back refering me to someone else, I insisted if it was urgent she told me no, then call back after to tell me that actually yes it was "really bad" (very precise medical diagnostic going on there...) So for three weeks something urgent was going on, but there were actually no care for their patient. Just to get no diagnostic and a random referal to pay elsewhere the diagnostic I paid for in the first place. They had absolutely no empathy for my case and ended up cutting the line (because I was crying and upset I guess...) But Cindy at the reception was the best, very caring and understanding, so maybe just try another doctor

Fantastic experience: Wow! I would travel long distances to this dentist! Carla was very sensitive and caring and I had the “happy gas” to have a couple of things done on my teeth. I know it doesn’t do this to everyone but for me, I became totally relaxed and blissful sensorily. No fear or tension and together with the new age relaxing music and nature scenes video playing in the screen in the ceiling, it was a wonderful experience! Who would have thought the dentist could be like that?! Amazing! Thank you!

I had 2 long visits, whilst I waited for my same day crowns I was treated to a 1hr massage! (Complimentary) I would highly recommend GC Holistic Dental...the front house staff are super friendly too.

He was extremely sensitive and went at my own pace. He takes pride in his work and is not happy unless you are. In addition the Dental Nurses and Reception staff are extremely caring and supportive.

Fantastic experience: I go to GC Holistic Dental for Infra Red sessions. The room is very clean & spacious. All the ladies on reception are very professional, friendly, always greet you warmly & those who know me greet me by using my first name. I would highly recommend this Holistic Dental Practice
