Fantastic experience: Provides the needed service very quickly and at a reasonable cost, glad I visited them

Fantastic experience: i recently had some minor dental work completed along with an xray that revealed a broken tooth fragment that must come out. It was slightly infected so I commenced a course of antibiotics. It settled. But on the day before we were due to fly out of Adelaide and after completing the antibiotics it flared up again. That caused me obvious angst. My partner contacted the dentist just before closing time. Despite the time of our call, Linda gave an undertaking to speak with the dentist and call us back. She fulfilled. And it was arranged for me to collect a prescription for additional antibiotics early the next morning so I could commence the course before flying out. I want to strongly thank and commend Linda, the receptionist, for the care she showed me. Her actions are well above and beyond the call of duty. Indeed, my lifelong irrational fear of dentists has been somewhat moderated because of the standard of care shown me by these dentists. I'm grateful. It's satisfying and comforting to be treated with compassion and kindness by a medical type business. This is particularly heartwarming in times when corporate and franchise health care providers often seem much more interested in the money rather than their clients/patients/consumers. Negative experience: I booked an appointment with Marion Primary Dental Care —I arrived, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation. When I asked what was happening, I was told to come back due to my timeslot being given to someone else. I had already confirmed my appointment time. After going for a walk and returning on time, I was then told they actually couldn’t see me because the dentist had inaccurately assessed the patient they were treating for an emergency. That was their excuse — not even a phone call to let me know at any point. All the while, I was sitting in the waiting room watching staff take payments on the EFTPOS machine and make calls to other patients. It was clear they just didn’t prioritise clear communication or respect for my time. This isn’t about an emergency — it’s about poor planning and bad practice. If a dentist can’t assess properly, communicate delays, or stick to a basic schedule, it raises serious questions about the quality of care they can provide. This was my experience, and I strongly recommend going elsewhere to a more professional and well-managed clinic.

Fantastic experience: First time there, great experience. Kamilla was lovely, explained everything well. She listened to everything I said, was thorough, took her time and gave me a solution to my problem. Front desk staff were also so nice and friendly.

Negative experience: We made an appointment and when we went for the appointment, the receptionist said that your appointment is not today, we canceled important activities on official holidays because of this appointment, but the appointment was forgotten.

Positive experience: The dentist was fantastic, very educational & thorough explaining teeth & gum healthcare to my niece. Clinic is professional & clean. The downside experienced is not of this particular clinic but the company in question. I had booked the child new patient $99 special via hotdoc app. Nowhere does it advise this only applies to 12 years & under. It was a bit of a shock at reception to be slugged the extra $100 despite the receptionist trying to reduce the amount & advising “this does happen regularly”. Upon looking on the website, it is hard to navigate the terms & conditions pertaining to this child special. If you are going to advertise/market, be clear in booking apps and/or via the website. Fortunately I could cover the difference but given the cost of living at present, I’d have hate to have been a parent who could not.

Negative experience: Bit of a delayed review but i would like to voice my concerns so it doesn't happen to another. About 3 years ago, i went to this place to have my teeth cleaned where they found cavities that needed filling. i got the filling done however once the numbness wore off that evening, i had tooth ache and couldn't bite through the tooth that was filled. i unfortunately lived rural interstate and was leaving the next morning so i returned to this place few months later to have my tooth checked and they gaslit me saying there was nothing wrong with the tooth and maybe the filler was a little bit high so they shaved it and it did not help. i returned multiple times over the course of 5 months with the issue but each dentist that saw me never could give an answer and not one thought to refer me to a specialist. one suggested maybe i wasn't tolerating the filler i had and suggested to replace with a different kind, however i would be charged - which i agreed to but it did not work. the dentist then said maybe there is a chip in the tooth and i asked to see a specialist and when i saw him, he instantly told me that i had decaying tooth and needed a root canal. during my last visit to the clinic, i asked about the dentist who had performed the initial filling and how i would like to file a complaint, the dentist that was treating me nervously laughed and told me she doesn't work there anymore and nothing further. the amount of money i have spent in this place for something so simple was beyond a joke and i hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Both times that I have been here , the staff and Dr-Rohitsurya Muralikumar have been great . The receptionist on my last visit was amazing , the lovely lady who's name started with an S, went above and beyond to help me and get me in to make sure that everything was ok . And Dr Rohitsurya listened and explained what could be done and what the issue could be on my first visit and checked everything was ok when I was worried about infection on the second .

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Kamilla Ziyamukhamedova and everything seemed very professional. I was kept well informed about what was happening and what cost would be for further treatment. The Clinic seemed clean and well looked after. This place was far better than others I have been to in this area.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen many dentists over the years due to moving and this practice by far is the best. The receptionist is friendly and helpful and most importantly to me anyway looks at you when she is talking to you. Dr Rohit Muralikumar is very professional and friendly. He explains everything in detail and I never feel rushed. He puts you at ease and takes time to answer your questions. It’s been a long time since I’ve not felt embarrassed going to the dentist especially now in my senior years. Dr Rohit has treated me so well and respectfully that I have booked in for follow up work whereas previously I would book a dental appointment only when something was wrong. I have no hesitation recommending this practice.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Saba Khan last week and had an extraction today! I've always had a dental phobia, but Dr Khan and the team were just amazing and friendly from reception to dental nurse and dentist! Thankyou for putting me at ease today and the removal itself .

Negative experience: It was a very disappointing first visit. I was under the impression that this clinic is a smile.com.au practice which should have gotten me a reduced and capped dental fees instantly as advertised. Instead, I was told by the receptionist that the dentist that provided service to me and my wife is not with smile.com.au only during payment! The receptionist should have told me from the very beginning regarding this and not when everything's been done and completed. I really felt like being robbed!! I will not visit this clinic again!

Fantastic experience: I took my Dad who has cancer and is very frail for an appointment this morning. I arrived with Dad and realized I had made the appointment at the wrong place ....... Lyn the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and so understating and helpful. Lyn explained the situation to the dentist Dr . Krishna Girija who was more than happy to help Dad with his sore tooth . Absolutely , beautiful , caring people who made Dad and I feel comfortable . Lyn went above and beyond to help us making us wanting to return for further visits. Great personal service which is hard to find there day's. We will defnitely reccomended your Dental surgery. Lyn your an Angel , thanks again !!!

Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter saw Dr Kamran Zare today to have a couple extractions to prepare for braces. She was feeling really anxious but he was amazing at calming her and making her feel at ease. He explained what he was doing as it was happening & cracked a few jokes to keep her mind off it which made it a really positive experience for her.

The staff were very professional and I was examined by Dr. Kamran Zare . I could not have wished for a better experience . Dr. Zare fixed my tooth better than I expected . It was a front tooth , so it had to look right . He was very easy to get along with , very skilled in his field , listened to what I wanted and did an overall fantastic job . I have been back several more times for more dental work that needed urgent attention . Again , Dr. Zare performed his work in his usual professional manner . His assistant Sonia was also very professional and friendly too . All up , I would highly recommend this practice and also highly recommend Dr. Kamran Zare . A pleasant surprise to find a Doctor that listens and performs his great work without fuss . Definitely worthy of a five star rating ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ !

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Dr. Kamran Zare enough. I have visited many dentists in my life and have had negative and positive experiences but none have come close to the experience I had at Primary Dental Marion. Dr. Kamran was not only gentle and precise with his tools, but he took every step to educate me throughout the check up. He took pictures of my teeth while cleaning them, to show me before and after shots. He took the time to physically show me how I can reduce plaque build up, and was constantly ensuring I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. When he found a cavity in my tooth he showed me where it was, and what I could do to reduce the risk of future cavities. All in all it was clear from the beginning that he cares about his patients. My teeth have never been cleaner than now and I have recommended him to all of my family and friends. If you’re in need of a new dentist, I could not recommend Kamran enough.

Fantastic experience: I came into the dentist in a fair bit of pain, the receptionist was very caring kind and listened to my concerns.......I forgot your name, so sorry So happy with the fact that they do afterpay the receptionist informed me before making the appointment for me about the emergency dental form, if I was eligible for it I would only have to pay $64 I'm very impressed and happy with how gentle Rohit Muralikumar was with my tooth, he let me know what he was going to do before going ahead, removed the wisdom tooth....instant relief! Thank you so much. I will be referring this service.

Positive experience: On the last day of the year, at the last minute, I was able to get an emergency appointment to fix my cracked front tooth. I was so grateful and my tooth looked great.

Negative experience: they did well doing our family a clean including my two year old, a rushed to do us four but fine. However they completely missed out on flagging my wisdom tooth being partially underneath my gums. They didn't bring it up as being something that needs to be checked. A week later massive toothache and an emergency run to the dental while abroad. they did an xray and had to pull out the decayed tooth and antibiotics. disappointed how they didn't see that during my check up. I understand the focus was my toddler but I came in for a check up and clean too.
