Johnny took great care throughout the entire process and worked out a care plan individually tailored to what results I was after. He always checked in to make sure I was never in pain, never anxious and was happy with what we were working towards. You can tell the team here really care about their patients and take such pride in their work. I simply cannot recommend this practice enough! Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with my Invisalign treatment at BC Dental. Dr. Val is warm, fun, and makes you feel completely at ease. Every visit was super comfortable, and even the hygiene appointments were pain-free – they’ve got Netflix too, which is such a nice touch. My teeth are now straight, clean, and I’m smiling bigger than ever. I’d been told before that I couldn’t whiten my teeth because of poor enamel, but Dr. Val came up with a custom solution that actually worked – and now I’m smiling brighter than I thought possible. If you’re thinking about Invisalign, I can’t recommend BC Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had a front tooth implant done by Dr. Jordan Kolsky. I came to him for a second opinion & stayed for the experience and he did not disappoint. His attention to detail, patience in explaining procedure together with his warm personality & accepting nothing less than a perfect outcome, made the experience an utter pleasure. He even rejected the first laboratory offering of the prosthetic implant & made me stand in various lights to ensure I was satisfied with the colour match of the subsequent model. Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment straight away with emergency tooth pain of abscess! Dr Johnny was fabulous! Very professional and very kind. He acted straight away, explained all my options...very satisfied. As for the practice itself, lovely modern building although a little hard for me to find with no exterior signage. The reception staff were also great, very helpful. The amenities were clean and fresh although the protectve glasses they gave me to wear looked like they had been there since the year dot. Dr Johnny asked if there was anything in particular I wanted to watch on the TV while he worked but the glasses were so scratched I wouldn't have been able to see it properly anyway. Overall 9 out of 10 for me.

Fantastic experience: Went in for latest check-up and procedure at BC Dental. I know it’s a dental appointment, but the experience can’t be better than this. Modern facilities, extremely competent professionals explaining and showing what is to be done and why, proposing options and explaining pros and cons of each. Doing the work in an efficient and surprisingly unpainful way. Dr. Chen was my dentist this time; I have experienced others. They’re all good. This place is top notch.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Val since I was young, but in recent years I’ve been under his care for realigning my teeth and a tooth replacement for an infected fracture. Val created a comprehensive treatment plan, and talked myself and my parents through all possible options so I could make the most informed decision possible regarding this process. Never underestimate the power of good dental care, getting Invisalign helped bring out my natural lip shape and my chin forward adding more definition to my facial structure, and getting four veneers to add size to the front and enhance my smile has really added another dimension to my face! The first thing I said when I saw my veneers was ‘wow they look so real!’ I always thought of veneers as the typical stark white Hollywood squares, but these blend in so well with my natural teeth that you can’t even tell! Originally I visited BC Dental to start the Invisalign process and not long after was advised by Dr. Valence that my teeth needed urgent treatment due to negligence from my previous dentist. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Johnny Chen and assistant Priyanka for the first time yesterday. After having pain for weeks, he quickly figured out which tooth exactly was causing the commotion. Johnny was very calm and well spoken, I felt very comfortable and involved in the process. He went into great detail to describe what was going on with my tooth, and the options I had. I was really impressed with the facilities and all employee’s welcoming demeanour, especially receptionist Jenna/Gemma made nice conversation. I really felt like I was in good, experienced hands.

Negative experience: I was very unimpressed. My initial visit I was told over the phone would be FREE, because it was with the aim of getting cosmetic work done. At the completion of the visit I was charged $140. I was then told let's do a general check up before we proceed to cancel out any problems that could affect an implant. At the end of that visit I was charged almost $300! I was never asked about my disability pension card as well. I am now receiving treatment from another dentist in the area. They are very good. They have given me a temporary crown FOR FREE! I will NEVER go to BC Dental again.

Staff are nice, facility is top notch with all the high end equipment. I had my mouth 3D rendered and crown cast in one sitting! Enough said. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: After finding a serious cavity bordering on root canal territory, BC dental were able to fix it. Given the seriousness of the procedure I was surprised how easy it was and without any pain. Great dentists!
