The clinic lives up to its name—every staff member greeted me with a beautiful smile that immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Today’s visit was impressive. I had previously been told by another clinic that I needed a filling. However, after a thorough check-up at Canon Hill Smiles, I was informed that a filling was not necessary. The dentist explained that the cavity on the surface of my tooth was minimal and could be reversed with proper care. This honesty and dedication to patient care really stood out to me. I highly recommend Canon Hill Smile Clinic for their professionalism, friendly staff, and honest approach to dental care. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients’ well-being. Negative experience: Lost for words. Total scam. How do they have such good ratings? Never had such bad experience. New to the area so came in for clean with the discounted rate. It was indeed cheap but price is reflective of the level of workmanship and expertise. Cleaned my teeth so quickly and roughly and it didn't even feel clean after. But the worst was they told me I had three decaying teeth that required fillings. I got a second opinion and no decay to be found anywhere!!! I nearly got three teeth drilled into that were perfectly healthy. Cannot believe it. Scam!

All of their staff, from reception to treatment room were friendly, engaging and genuine. Every aspect of the visit was explained to me and everyone made sure that I was comfortable throughout. In the past at other clinics, I have often felt rushed, confused or pressured to make decisions but Dr Evan took the time to sit down and discuss the results of my X-Rays and provided several potential treatment options which was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back and recommending CHS to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited cannon hill smiles for a wisdom tooth extraction and met Dr Tharini and dental assistant Ash and it was probably the best dental experience I’ve had. I have high anxiety visiting the dentist however, these two amazing people made me feel at complete ease. Ash was so good at comforting me and Dr Tharini was excellent in ensuring I was ok. Could not recommend these two or this dentist enough.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist ive ever had the pleasure of going to. I was given a complimentary snack and some water by the lovely lady at the desk, before having 3 teeth pulled out, all of which i assumed would be very complicated to remove due to how bad they were. Both Dr Tharini and Ashley both did such an amazing job, i was so impressed at how efficiently the teeth were coming out, i experienced virtually 0 pain and felt super comfortable the whole time because anything that i might have found uncomfortable was explained to me prior to experiencing it. I'm feeling no pain the following day aswell so they did an amazing job at looking after my gums, i couldn't have hoped for a better experience, thanks so much!

Each time I’ve been to see Dr Sapphire I walk away feeling like I’m #1 not just another patient for the day. Dr Sapphire’s Dental Assistant's are caring and patient taking great care of you whilst in the chair, never rushing just to get the job done. While you’re in the Reception area you’ll be treated like you matter too, nothing is too much trouble and you’ll be remembered from your last visit as if you’ve been going there your whole life.
