Staff are always polite and friendly. I wouldn't be going for regular check ups if not for the staff. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Dr. Blue Deserves 5 Stars — But My X-Ray Apparently Went on Holiday I visited on April 17th and asked the receptionist for a copy of my X-ray so I could get a second opinion. She assured me it would be sent the same day. I followed up on April 30th and received an email — but with no attachments. I replied, but got no response. Contacted them again on May 4th… and well, it’s now been nearly 3 weeks, and still no X-ray. No worries now — the other dental clinic kindly redid the X-ray for free. That said, Dr. Blue was absolutely fantastic — kind, professional, and made me feel at ease during the check-up. He gets 5 stars from me. Just a shame the admin side couldn’t keep up with his level of care.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I visited Dentistry on Marlston for my annual clean and check up. DOM have been looking after my teeth for around 20 years and have always provided a great service. A new young women called Ebony, who I assumed was a new dental therapist cleaned my teeth. She was very welcoming with a friendly and bubbly personality, who put me at ease immediately. She was particularly thorough and gave detailed feedback on my teeth. When I was leaving I saw her qualifications and realised she was a new dentist. What a professional and personable young dentist, Ebony is. Blue and his team have made a fantastic addition to their team in adding such a high caliber young women to DOM. I have no hesitation in recommending Dentistry on Marlston !!!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I saw a new dentist at Dentistry on Marlston and I was a little nervous. I have been seeing Blue for more years than I care to remember and I have always been really happy with the care and attention given to me and my dental needs. My experience yesterday was perfect. Ebony was very caring and thorough and seemed interested in getting to know me and any concerns I had. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dentistry on Marlston to my friends. You always receive a warm welcome and feel acknowledged and cared for.
