Fantastic experience: My 11-year-old son recently had a molar tooth extraction with Dr. Nilumi Gunawickrama, and I am truly impressed with the care he received. The entire procedure was handled so gently and professionally that he did not experience any pain or discomfort at all. Negative experience: If I could give one star that would be great! I had a bad and scary experience with a dentist (won't mention her name) at this clinic. She was meant to remove a broken tooth but due to her inexperience, she didn't do it the right way! She kept giving me local anaesthetics to subdue the pain of separating the broken teeth from the gum! She kept clipping out broken pieces instead of pulling out the full teeth once. This procedure lasted for over an hour. I was shaking in pain and agony. The worst part was her constant conversation with me during the agony. Luckily I went to Oral Max Surgeons in Melbourne CBD and had the tooth removed within two minutes with little anaesthetics. The dental surgeon Dr Patrishia Bordbar didn't try to separate my teeth with different devices and multiple anaesthetics

Fantastic experience: My son and I visited the clinic for our appointments and it went extremely well. Dr. Saira and her assistant was very patient with my son, did a thorough checking of his teeth and explained the things we needed to know in detail in simple terms. This was my son’s first appointment where he felt super comfortable getting his teeth cleaned. They also did his permanent molars sealing to prevent it from developing cavities, that too at a discounted price. I am a person with multiple issues with my teeth such as dental erosion along gum line, tooth loss, cavities. Not only they resolved the present issues in the best possible manner, they suggested the preventative measures to prevent it from getting worse. Though ours was the last appointment, she didn’t hurry the procedures even when it was past her working hours. Overall it was one of the best and worry free dental service I’ve ever had. Highly recommend their services!”

She is the only dentist I have seen in my life who is understanding, patient and makes me feel at ease. She is extremely efficient and great at her job. A very highly skilled dentist. When I lived in rural Victoria, I would travel just to see her. With Nilumi I have had 2 wisdom tooth removals. They were highly complicated but she made it seem effortless! Quick, painless and no issues afterwards. I was putting it off so long for no reason. I have also had several fillings now and she is excellent each and everytime! Strongly recommend Dr. Nilumi!

Fantastic experience: We had a very good experience at Primary Dental Epping. Dr. Saira Ooman removed my son’s tooth very patiently and with care. I highly recommend this Dental.

Negative experience: The doctor nilume extracted my tooth even though it was infected and didn’t give me any anti-inflammatory medication or pain reliever. When I asked her, she didn’t tell me that it was infected and that I didn’t need any medication. The next day, the infection spread to my mouth and throat, and the pain doubled. She is extremely bad.

Dr Saira was an amazing help and made the tooth removal for my child really easily and kept it to minimum levels of pain. My daughter really loved the doctors and they removed her tooth and comforted her which was really amazing of them. Thank you so much to the Epping dental team and especially Dr Saira. Negative experience: My partner and I saw Dr Jasdeep Kaur for a clean awhile ago and she was so terrible and rough handed, caused me alot of discomfort and pain. This put me off going to this clinic or any other Dentist for that matter. My partner also had a similar horrible experience.If this dentist is still working at this place my advice is for everyone to avoid her unless you wish for a painful experience.

Fantastic experience: Primary Dental Epping clinic is on great location and Dr Saira Oommen is very good dentist. Her way of dealing and explaining the procedure is very good. Fantastic experience: Dr Anusha Gopathy is the best dentist I have ever experienced. Very clear and upfront with costs, extremely friendly, and fantastic at her job. I used to be scared of dentists, and I still get nervous before the appointment, but it always goes away once I'm in the chair with Anusha. I always recommend her to friends and family. Genuinely the best!!!

Negative experience: Tried to book my daughter into this dentist, they confirmed a booking and then emailed days later advising the dentist had a day off. They then rebooked the appointment and called to confirm I called back twice to no answer and left voicemails for a call back, filled in the online patient form only to be called HALF AN HOUR before the appointment to say it was cancelled AGAIN because I never confirmed. So unprofessional. Total waste of my time.
