Fantastic experience: My visit to Identity was very professional but also person centred and compassionate. All procedures were explained weĺl by my dentist Teresa, providing me with a sense of control, autonomy and being genuinely cared for.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Theresa Vienghou. She is professional, ethical, and takes the time to explain things clearly. She genuinely cares about her patients. The entire practice is wonderful, with a friendly and welcoming reception team.

Fantastic experience: I broke a crown on Sunday night and I was able to get in to see Dr Hung-Tin Lin the next morning. He was incredibly professional and not only quickly gave me a temporary filling but also walked me through all my options and left me feeling properly advised and with an agreed subsequent course of action.

Negative experience: I’m conflicted, as a new patient let me start off by saying the staff were lovely. They were welcoming and helpful in answering all my spontaneous questions. However, i found that my teeth were still dirty all over after the clean once i got home. My teeth doesn’t look like i got them clean at all in the first place. I am not happy, I tried calling back to perhaps see what they can do but I’m not impressed especially for how costly it was. Identity Dentistry did not meet my expectations from my usual dentistry

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr Teresa! She had a warm and friendly demeanour and clearly explained what she was doing and why every step of the way. She gave me lots of opportunities to ask for things that would make me more comfortable or to indicate if I wanted a break. She did a very thorough job and also caused the least discomfort of any dentist I've ever had. I hadn't been to the dentist for three years, and Dr Teresa didn't make me feel bad about it at all. She also didn't try to upsell me on any cosmetic dental work, unlike the previous dentist I saw at a different practice. Dr Teresa made me feel like she was seeing me as an actual person, not just teeth with a bank account. Very very pleased with the experience and will be coming back!

Fantastic experience: I just had a check up and clean with Kim and can’t recommend her enough. I have severe dental trauma and even a general check up gives me panic attacks. Kim made me feel super comfortable, talked through everything she needed to do, read my body language and stopped and checked in with me whenever she noticed me move. She also gave me some great advice and prevention management advice for the future. Highly recommend

She has helped me fix a complicated root canal, put in 2 crowns and plenty more, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the long process. Easily the best I've ever been to. Their care level and technical ability is as good as it gets. It's clear that the Dentists are current and use best practice. Since he has been unavailable I was sceptical to have someone else take care of my dental care which pushed me away from recieving any dental care. Till yesterday, lovely Doctor Tamara tended to me for the first time and I can say I was met with professionalism, Kindness and a knowledge of the profession shes in.
