Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first visit to the dentist at Medowie dental. They were so patient, kind and caring with my little 4yr old. The dentist explained everything she was about to use/do and gave plenty of breaks during the teeth cleaning. I won't hesitate to go back with both my children.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by very friendly happy reception staff I instantly felt comfortable and my nerves about going to the dentist went. My dentist was gentle, kind, comforting and did a great job with the treatment I had.

Fantastic experience: Excellent team. Words really don’t express my gratitude for Garima. I required a difficult tooth extraction & was very nervous about the procedure & possible complications. Initially thought about seeing a specialist but decided to get Garima to do this. Very glad I did. With patience she extracted my tooth in one piece; despite 3 fractures in the tooth. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome! Thank you Garima for your kindness, patience and expertise. Highly recommend Medowie Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was really blown away by my 1st visit to see Dr Kim at Medowie Dental Clinic.I must admit this is the best Dentist visit I can ever remember, specially for his explanation of what he was doing and why.. Dr Kim shows great care in ensuring he is covering all bases to support you with preventive care.. I have now booked my family in with Dr Kim.. Update: today another great visit with Dr Jose Kim..I’m 56 my son is 14, and both of us had really good visits again .. this is our 4th in 2 years (6 monthly).. We book ahead so we can have Dr Jose!

Have been back several times since for a scale and clean and fillings, getting one thing done at a time so I’m not overwhelmed. Receive phone call reminders and follow up post appts. I've been putting the work off for some time as my previous experience with dentist were not good , this sugery is a game changer the dentist was so gentle I barely felt a thing happy to recommend medowie dental to anyone . Negative experience: I haven't been to the dentist in years due to a traumatic experience with a wisdom tooth extraction. I needed some work done so I went here to Medowie Dental. The first visit was phenomenal. I got a lot of good information the exam was thorough and the staff was polite. That is where the positivity stops for me. I went for my second visit to get a filling. I needed multiple but was told I could do them a few at time or even one at a time. I turned up for visit number two knowing exactly what I wanted based on previous information and what I could afford. I ended up with a different doctor I think it was Dentis Rahul who was more interested in telling me what I needed and what he wanted to do rather than listen to anything I had to say. He seemed vague on the details of my last visit. I went from one tooth being really bad to 3 being really bad. So rather than sit there confused and anxious I just left. I had expected to see the same doctor. I believe his name was Dr. Kim (the dude was sweet and really made being at the dentist easy.) this other dude was not so much. Needless to say I won't be going back but you guys got some money out of me so who cares yeah? To the young lady at the front desk you are a rock star and I apologize for being rude with you on the phone Update: the owner still hasn't reached out so I guess the review stays up.

Fantastic experience: Dentis Rahul was very gently, kind, considerate and empathetic to my stress at having a tooth extracted. He paused several times to ask me how I was feeling. It seemed to be a difficult extraction but he was able to succeed and I felt very relieved.

With other medical problems the time slipped then moving house stresses that time slipped quickly. One of my friends told me about this clinic so I made an appointment. I found them to be very friendly.My dentist was very professional and efficient and with an amiable personality. will highly recommend this dentist

Fantastic experience: First time visiting Medowie Dental. I don't particularly like going to the dentist but as soon as I arrived the atmosphere was calming the receptionist was polite and engaging, making me feel at ease. One of the dentists was out front when I arrived, I didn't know he was. We struck up a friendly and funny banter. by the time I got to see a dentist it was like we were friends. A most unusual Dental experience. 10/10 right across the Board, I highly recommend that if you live in Bulahdelah and surrounding areas then this Dentist is the place to make you feel relaxed and. comfortable

Fantastic experience: Dr May is the very defintion of curtesy I really cant say enough good things about her, conscientious, polite and hard working, its not lost on me that she has saved me $1000's in gum treatment. Reception always reminds me of upcomming appointments and have shown to be very flexable with scheduling. Medowie Dental has even checked in with me after treatment just to ensure Im alright (never had this happen before at another dentist). I have nothing negative to add, I appreciate Dr May and the hard work she has done on my teeth. Thankyou.
