Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Macquarie Dentists for many years. For the last few years I have been seeing Dr Bassem Yacoub and I appreciate his thorough, careful and methodical approach to dentistry. While attending to whatever issue is at hand, he explains work and procedures that should be carried out in the future. This allows me to plan and budget ahead. I have complete confidence in the team at Macquarie Dentists.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Michael yesterday for my emergency case, as my filling had broken and fallen out. It was my first time at this clinic, but I feel very fortunate because it’s close to my work place. Dr. Michael walked me through the process and explained the options available for both short-term and long-term treatment. His professionalism and care really eased my worries. The treatment was painless, which surprised me because I used to be scared of dentist visits due to childhood experiences. The reception staff was also very warm and professional, making me feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I appreciate the excellent care I received.

I will recommend anyone to visit Dr Michael To Update- just had 2x wisdom teeth removed. It was completely painless and very soothing experience. Dr Michael and the staff were very professional and comforting and it was a very good experience after all. Looking forward to removing the other two wisdom teeth - I’m no longer fearful of visiting the dentist. Fantastic experience: Dr Michael To, also known as Dr Mike has been incredible from the beginning right to the end. I have followed Dr Mike from his previous clinic to his new clinic because I trust and value his excellent service. Dr Mike has been meticulous with my check ups, advise and my Invisalign. Fantastic experience: Soothing atmosphere (chill music) & Dr Luca talks you through each step of the process. He provides you with options for your treatment needs and doesn't pressure you. It was my first time today and despite be nervous to attend the dentist, found it to be an overall good experience. Update: 18/09/23 Had a filling out in here and there was no pain!! First time ever having a needle in the mouth and I couldn't even feel it! Dr Luca used numbing gel first to help. Still easy to ask questions to and I would say.. an enjoyable experience. Never thought I would say that about dental work (sorry dentists!)

Fantastic experience: I visited Macquarie Dentists for my son's first tooth examination yesterday. Dr Bassem Yacoub was giving an excellent service. He had to explain several matters two to three times because of our lack in English. Although the cost is relatively expensive for us, I think it was a good experience for my son.

All of the staff are lovely, the facilities fantastic and location extremely convenient. Most importantly the standard of care and dentistry are simply superb, modern and caring.

Spends all the time needed and answers as many questions as I have. The clinic at Macquarie Dentists is also very noticeably clean and also just feels like a welcoming place. Fantastic experience: One of the most comfortable dentist appointments I had since ever. I had booked an appointment with Macquarie Dentists since I had just moved close by. I came for a checkup, scaling, and cleaning. Dr Juri Jin and Evelin made sure I was super comfy and even offered a cute lamb stress toy for me to squeeze as I felt a little anxious. The ladies made me feel very welcomed and made me laugh in between. Can’t recommend them enough! Mandy the receptionist was also very kind and efficient with handling my booking as I was a new patient. If you need to see a dentist post-Covid, they’re the people to see!

Fantastic experience: They are professional, clean and quick. I did dental check and clean and the result was outstanding. All coffee stains are gone and I have a far better smile now. They took photos for my teeth prior to working on them which was amazing as you can see the difference afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Great doctors and low cost! Dr Luca is brilliant, very patient and explained everything so simply and slowly to my mum (considering English is not her first language). Cost for consultation, check up and X-ray together came to 100$ which was a pleasant surprise to me, as most dentists overcharge and take too many X-rays. Clinic is very clean and lady at the reception was absolute sunshine too. Highly recommend this place and definitely going back!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated the kind attention given to me by Doctor Juri and nurse Karen. I felt very satisfied with the explanations given to me by Dr Juri. I felt she was very competent and caring. I will have no hesitation returning to see Doctor Juri again. I went in to begin root canal, but the crack in my tooth was too deep and my tooth needed to be extracted. This was done quickly and without pain. Dr Juri gave great follow-up care guidelines. I have had hardly any pain. Just taken panadol twice. The reception staff are kind and courteous as well.

Fantastic experience: After not going to the dentist for 4 years I was quite nervous and worried,but the atmosphere there was really relaxed the receptionist was very nice and helpful and the dentist I saw was amazing.. Told me everything I needed to know in a relaxed and totally informative way made a plan for me wich he said I can space out so that I can better afford it even took money off a splint wich I need made because I grind my teeth as I mentioned I'd had one before and told him the price wich was actually less back then compared to now,then but gave me the old price, also gave me a major discount on my first visit. I cannot recommend this place enough!highly professional and understanding environment! You will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: I would give zero star if it can be. This dentists charged double and bad services. This is my experience with them, so do not waste money and time and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I was treated with outmost professionalism. Right from the reception staff to the doctor and nurse were very friendly and gentle in their dealing. The doctor did a thorough investigation although my pain had gone on itself and I am impressed that they took professional photographs of my teeth so I can actually see them clearly. Fantastic experience: Just amazing !! All my life I’ve hated going to the. dentist. I’ve been to dentists all around Sydney, Italy and Spain, and never had I ever felt so comfortable and in such good hands! First visit was an experience I have never gone through before at any other dental clinic. All my concerns were heard, and explained very thorough through images and diagrams. Photos of my teeth were taken and again, with the pictures, I was guided even further to understand my concerns and what procedures we can do. I had to undergo a root canal, and also being pregnant, I was well looked after with all safety and precaution! I had around 3 visits to complete the procedure and never would I ever thought I would feel so calm and fall asleep during the procedure! my hate for dentists was mainly because I would always feel pain, as if they were always rushing, but not here at Macquarie dentists. I felt well looked after and I’m so glad I finally found a place I absolutely would trust! Thank you Dr. Joanne <3

Fantastic experience: Great visit to the dentist! On my very first visit the reception staff was friendly and very helpful, and I felt welcomed right away. Dr Luca is one of the best dentists I have visited. It has been a while since I last visited a dentist so I was a little nervous, but when I went in for an examination Dr Luca was friendly and kind which helped make me feel comfortable right away. He was very good at explaining the results of the examination in a way that was easy to understand, and was also very quick to help fix the problem with my tooth. I look forward to visiting the dentist again soon!
