Fantastic experience: Have been using NoGap Dental for several years now, and always nothing but the best. Have sometimes wanted to try another dental clinic around town just for a change, but we keep coming back here. Never have to wait long, even on a Saturday morning. If you don't have Extra's cover, is probably quite expensive, but if you do, as the name suggests, there's No Gap to pay.

Dr. Kalyan provided me with a much better xray review and a diagnosis on one of my lower front tooth than the one that was taken in Sri Lanka, which has been worrying me for about 3 months. Fantastic experience: Location is convenient, plenty of parking place around. The clinic is neat and clean, the doctors always work with assistants so the procedures don’t take long. All necessary scans and x-rays they do in-house.

Fantastic experience: I visited my 79yrold mother yesterday who said she had her dentist appointment with this dentist. She typically is quite scared of the dentist to the point of shaking in the chair. I wanted to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for treating her with such respect, empathy and genuine care. She said the nurse staff along with the dentist were so kind, even held her hand and patted her on the should whilst working on her. It really made the world of difference for her so thank you.

Negative experience: I have gone here lots and I do like the dentist I see. I went yesterday and at the end they told me in passing that their policy had changed and now fillings that were more complex incurred a cost. I had gone for a filling that took about 25 minutes and was charged $235 on top of my gap. It's not the end of the world, but this place is just like any other dentist now with regards to costs. Calling it "no gaps" when they charge gaps for fillings I find a bit misleading.

Fantastic experience: I am the worst dentist patient ever. However I have never had such a great experience going to the dentist. My dentist was absolutely amazing. And when I had to have the injection to deaden the area, I hardly felt it. I know people say that but it is entirely true. She was great. I have never had such a “pleasant” experience, (if you can ever have a pleasant experience going to the dentist) ever by going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: It was my and my daughter's first time visiting No Gaps Dental Penrith and it was nothing but a positive experience! The front desk was still so kind even though we were late for our appointment (really sorry again!). We were treated by Dr Tyrone You who was so thorough and gentle. He did not just do our routine cleaning but also explained things we need to know and do especially for my 5yo daughter's oral hygiene. Overall a great first visit which will surely be followed by more. ☺️

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever teeth extraction (2 wisdom teeth) and was so apprehensive and anxious prior to the procedure. But I had great experience yesterday under Dr. Kalyan who specializes in wisdom teeth extraction. He is a very nice soft spoken doctor who has “light hands” and you won’t feel pain or discomfort. I really felt assured I was in good hands yesterday and the procedure was very quick and painless. He is one of the bests and my husband who also had a teeth extraction under Dr. Kalyan also had a very positive experience. Shout out also to Doctor Lam who has been our dentist in No Gaps Dental Penrith for the past year. He is one of the nicest and friendliest dentists there is really great with kids. We were looked after very well and was in good hands under Dr. Lam.

Fantastic experience: I have never liked going to the Dentist since having bracers as a teen! Today I met Dr Kalyan Nalluri for the first time and he was amazing! Cleaning my teeth was gentle, thorough and pain free. Dr Kalyan frequently asked if I was ok, which was very considerate. A big shout out for his assistant who was also wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to no gaps dental in penrith for the last 2 weeks I have seen Dr Garima on Thursdays, 1 time was a clean and checkup where she picked up on 3 fill ins that were needed. The second was to get these fill ins worked on, which Dr Garima was able to complete all the work done, both visits I there was a feeling of general care and concern about my dental needs, she was able to give me helpful advice to assist with the pain and sensitivity that I was filling. Over all I had 2 great dental experience and the work she done was great, it is a shame that she will no longer be at the premrith location as she has talent and general care about her client to make sure they are not in pain and are comfortable through any procedures.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. Canceled twice as the doctor i was booked in with wasnt qualified to do extractions! So not only am i still in alot of pain i have now lost 2 days of work due to their incompetence. Then they refused to hand over my documents to take my business else where.
