Fantastic experience: Dr Angela was so patient and gentle with my 8 year old son. He needed to have a filling, which she kindly fit in during her lunchbreak, instead of sending us home. This also meant that he had to have anaesthetic- something that can be hard for adults! Dr Angela spoke very honestly, as he'll also need a tooth removed on his next visit. She explained the process and allowed him to work through it before beginning. She was thorough in explaining everything to me and both her, and her assistant Vanessa were warm and friendly throughout the whole appointment. Thank you Dr Angela!

What a great experience from walking into a great environment and friendly, professional staff to the wonderful treatment I received. I am a 66 yr old male who had many bad experiences with dentists in the past to a point of having a phobia and because of this I haven’t been to a dentist in 20 - 25 years, so I was extremely nervous on arrival. I was very surprised how quickly Angela made me relax, clearly explaining everything before she started treatment. Operated with the utmost professionalism, efficiency while keeping my comfort the priority. Afterward explaining clearly in layman’s terms what was done, what the next procedures will be and what I have to do.I really can’t thank Angela enough as she made my visit a pleasure and rebuilt my confidence in dentists, not to mention how great the result was. It’s a pity that I didn’t have an Angela 30 years ago, my mouth would not be in the mess it is today. Once again Angela thank you ever so much and look forward to our next meeting.

As you walk into reception you’re greeted by Isabelle with a big smile and warm welcome. Unfortunately, my trips to the dentist have been more regular than the average person, but seeing Adam Mastrilli each time makes it a satisfying visit. Adam is not only a brilliant professional but has an outstanding character who always has the patients best interests at heart. We’re very lucky to have an excellent team right here in South Morang.

I was then greeted by Dr Aynkkaran and was extremely impressed by the level of care and explanation I received. The best part was he actually sits down and explains what is being done and the costs involved so there are no surprises. I did not feel rushed at all. Dr Aynkkaran then took the time to discuss future appointments and explained what we should in order of their priorities. Highly recommend the entire team.

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommend “Lakes Boulevard Dental” highly enough. I’ve been to a few dental clinics locally, never felt feeling satisfied with the treatment, education, pricing and genuine care / compassion. I rang this clinic one Wednesday evening beside myself as half of my front tooth chipped off. Isabella showed empathy, compassion and understanding. She promptly made an appointment for me for the next morning. What a blessing. I arrived the following morning, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Warm and welcoming. Isabella could see I was rather upset about my tooth and provided reassurance that Angela would fix it. Running on time, Angela called me into the room. Introduced herself and the DA did too. She asked me what happened and why I was there to be treated. She knew but wanted it in my own words. Angela provided warmth, humour, understanding, empathy yet was reassuring that she will fix it and it’s going to be more than okay. Treatment. Treatment was a breeze. Filling and everything between. I was checked on numerous times to make sure I was okay. Ensuring my jaw wasn’t enduring too much fatigue or discomfort. That I wasn’t feeling anything and I was still numb, due to past history of anaesthetic not working as long or well has it typically should. I was told that if there was any issues just raise my hand. Angela was efficient, precise, showed that attention to detail was a strong factor in her work alongside high quality work. Before Angela commences any dental work she confirms with you, what she will be doing. I really admire and respect that. I’ve had numerous appointments since & the team go above and beyond every single time. Rachael and Angela are a dynamic duo. Both so personable, warm and kind. They don’t make you feel like “just another patient” instead, they treat you like you’re friends / family. Their smiles, laughter makes everything so much more comfortable. Plus the tunes they listen to and hum along make you want to dance. At end of every appointment, Angela goes through the work she did. Answers questions, educations and explains. Fantastic experience: I am always apprehensive and anxious when going to a Dentist and it was Pre COVID since I had been. My Son Ben recommended Lakes Boulevard Dental to me and I cannot sing their praises enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by the warm and lovely Receptionist Rochelle and took note of the pleasant clean surrounds. It was a short wait before being called in by the Dentist himself, Dr Ben who made me feel at ease from the Get go. I was given the opportunity to discuss all my concerns and then a Treatment plan was fully explained and discussed, before doing two fillings that I knew needed doing and a small wisdom tooth taken out that same afternoon. Well what can I say, this was the best experience I have ever had with Dental Treatment. Everything was explained through each step of the procedures and at no stage did I feel uneasy. I have a few more procedures to go with my plan and I can honestly say, that I have no hesitation, nor fear or anxiety, about my next appointment. Lakes Boulevard Dentist overall, is an outstanding Dental Practice and I can recommend them without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I have been to 2 dental clinics before I came to Lakes Boulevard Dental within a week. The first 2 dentists have gave me anxiety on my "high risk" wisdom tooth extraction. They have charged me for consultation + xray then recommend me to look for oral surgeon somewhere else. Tried to book an appointment with a few oral surgeons but all are fully booked, waiting time is 1.5 months to 4 months...this is insane!! This process has increased my depression :( I found Lakes Boulevard Dental when I almost give up, honestly I entered the clinic with doubt until I met Dr Aynky. He listened to me patiently. After he saw the X-ray taken by previous dentist, Dr Aynky comforted me that he has confidence he can do it for me. He took one more details xray (free of charge) to make sure his judgement was correct. At this stage, I am touched and feel safe in his hands. He explained everything includes potential risk to me professionally before the procedure. Eventually, my wisdom tooth was extracted in no time without any issues. Thank you Dr Aynky, you are AMAZING!!! You have make my day!!! My experience here is exceptional, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I will not look elsewhere for my dental treatment in future. Lakes Boulevard Dental will be my #1 choice.

Fantastic experience: This dental clinic is well worth all these wonderful reviews. I was luckily able to attend after 7 pm, on short notice. It's very hard to find a dentist open past this time. Dr Anky was very informative and gentle with my tooth removal. It was a tricky one to remove and the extraction was done with no issues and I barely felt a thing, all while I enjoyed watching something relaxing on the tv mounted above. Their prices are very affordable & their reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I am petrified of the dentist, I had a chipped tooth for ages before I had to get it fixed. I saw Dr Aunkkaran at The Lakes Boulevard Dental and he was fantastic! So gentle, hardly felt anything! He explained everything, never did anything without discussing it with me first and what the cost would be. All pricing was upfront so no big shock when you go to pay. I really can’t believe I waited so long to get my tooth fixed. Even booked a 6 month check up! Very happy!!
