Negative experience: I had a filling here and did not have a good experience at all. I can’t put into words how terrible it was and how much it affected my life. I urge anyone who has a filling here to do a lot of research before hand. Do not rush into it. Ask a lot of questions. Make sure the dentist is not drilling for too long or too deep. I would no longer recommend this clinic after what happened to me. I hope this review helps at least one person.

During my first appointment with Dr. Brian, I was impressed by how thorough he was in both his diagnosis and explanation. He listened attentively to my concerns and then provided personalised treatment plans tailored to my needs. He was very honest with his diagnosis and suggestions. I have also been treated by Dr. Judy and Dr. Amy, and both experiences were equally satisfying. Now, all of my family members go there for their dental needs. I would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Recently attended the practice for the removal of my wisdom tooth. Reception staff was very punctual and welcoming texting me before hand to confirm time and date. I arrived and was meet by Dr Judy. Dr Judy was very informative and friendly, explaining the whole process and outcome of the procedure. Tooth was removed without problem. Highly recommend for any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Brian has been my dentist for a few years now and he is so wonderful I’d recommend him in a heartbeat. He is always thorough and explains everything in a calm and reassuring way. Brian has a careful approach and knows what he is doing, which is a bonus for his patients! If you need a new dentist or if you’ve had a terrible experience with one, Brian should be your first stop. The receptionist always manages to squeeze me in and has a gentle and calm manner. Just what you need in your Dental surgery!

Fantastic experience: I got four wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Daniel Girgis and the procedure went incredibly smoothly! The surgery was completely painless, and the recovery was very quick. The receptionist, Loona was very friendly and the staff made the entire experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I started going to Amy at Jannali Dental Care when we lived in Sutherland a couple years ago, after trying out a few other densits in the area. Despite moving to Wollongong and starting a family, we continue to make the trek up to Jannali to see Amy because she's so good. At our first appointment, she took the time to do an extremely thorough dental history with me. She explains things well and is super nice. Plus as an added bonus there's a TV on the ceiling that shows relaxing nature videos.

Fantastic experience: Nobody loves going to the dentist, but they make it easy to get semi excited to go at least. Really impressive practice! I have seen both Dr Brian and Dr Darren over the years to get some filling and crown work done. Each of them extremely knowledgeable and personable, would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: dr Darren has to be one of the best dentists I have ever seen (I hate the dentist) he told me what was gonna happen and he stopped as soon as I said stop, he gave me his opinion on what he thought I should do and he was just so helpful with everything. The first time I discovered this place was In January, it was around closing time for them and we called in and they said they could do it with no notice at all. Dr Amy and her team worked until 4:45pm to help give me a filling. I definitely would recommend going here if you need a friendly kind group of workers.

Fantastic experience: Came in for some urgent dental work. I was soooo happy with Dr Wangs work that I got him to do some cosmetic work aswell which I couldn’t be more happy with. He really took his time and made sure that he was doing the best job possible, which really eased my anxiety! Not common to find someone who cares as much about his work as him. If you’re unsure about a dentist then come and ask for Dr Wang. He, along with his assistants and Luna (legend) at the front desk, will make your feel right at home!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Doctor Amy was very professional examining and removing calculus. I have got a chipped zirconia crown, somehow it was magically made look like a brand new along with removal of sharp edges. My case is quite complex (implants/complex bridges) and touch wood everything was handled extremely well. I would definitely recommend this clinic and doctor Amy in particular.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is good. The doctor is very friendly also very patient with children. We are very happy to find such a good dentist

Negative experience: AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Dirty instruments with blood on them from a previous patient. This place is a complete scam!! Should be shut down!!! I went in for a general cleaning, check up and to have an old filling looked at. The dentist did absolutely ZERO work. I had to sit and wait 20mins while he used the bathroom. During this time the suction and water instruments at the small sink were covered in blood from the previous patient. Once the dentist he was in the room with me the entire consultation took 3-4 mins and all he had me do was bite down on piece of gauze. He charged me a full consultation fee of $132!!!! I was told I needed to come back to have another comprehensive consultation and then book ANOTHER (third) appointment after that for a teeth cleaning. No way!!! AVOID!!
