Fantastic experience: I want to highlight my absolutely outstanding experience with Dr. Min Sein. His level of care is, honestly, spectacular. He is not only extremely professional in his practice, but he also possesses a human warmth that is genuinely appreciated. He made sure I perfectly understood my situation, taking his time to answer all of my questions with impressive clarity and without rushing. I left the consultation feeling completely calm and well-informed. I also want to mention the Saturday receptionist, who is super gentle and kind. Her attention made the entire visit even better, creating a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. If you are looking for a doctor and a clinic that combine a high level of expertise with genuine kindness, Dr. Min Sein is the one. Highly, highly recommended! :)
Fantastic experience: Dr Sana is the most supportive doctors I’ve ever dealt with. She didn’t let me downplay or make excuses for my pain. She went above and beyond to ensure all the testing was done prior to my first appointment with a specialist. The women at reception are also wonderful. Always a big smile to welcome me and they know and ask about my children. So grateful to have found such a great practice (that’s bulk billed) so close to home

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my recent experience. My appointment was originally scheduled for 12:00 pm but was rescheduled to 1:30 pm without any notice to me. Despite the invoice clearly stating payment is due within 30 days, I was pressured several times on the same day to pay immediately: • 10:46 am – received a call asking me to make payment. • 12:40 pm – called again and told if I hadn’t paid, my consultation would be cancelled. • 12:56 pm – called once more and told the doctor was leaving, and if payment wasn’t received immediately, the appointment would be cancelled. When the consultation finally went ahead, the only advice I received was to take Panadol — something I had already been doing for three days without any effect. Overall, the lack of communication, the repeated payment pressure, and the unhelpful consultation made this a very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
Negative experience: I really didn’t have a great experience with Landmark Medical Centre and Dr Reem Abdulrahim. With Dr Reem, I always felt like she was detached and just ticking boxes during my pregnancy. Whenever I asked questions - like why a procedure was needed or what the benefits were - it felt like I had to drag the answers out of her, and even then the replies came across as if I should already know. My GP and midwife later pointed out a few things that “should have been done earlier,” which only confirmed my feeling that she wasn’t really thinking things through. Honestly, she just seemed disinterested, and if that’s the case, why take on pregnant women at all? Better to refer them to a GP who actually cares. And then the clinic itself… their protocols are just absurd. I was referred to another specialist and needed my test results. Reception printed some out, but when I got home I realised a few results were missing. I emailed to ask for the rest, and they told me I had to physically come in to pick them up because they “can’t email results.” Seriously? These are my results. When I called, the receptionist was rude about it too. In the end I just logged into My Health Record and downloaded everything myself without any issue. Ridiculous. Overall, both the doctor and the clinic left me frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not the supportive care you’d hope for during pregnancy.

Negative experience: The worst experience I’ve ever had with any medical practice. Landmark Medical & Dental Centre is a shining example of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and complete disregard for patient care. My wife booked an appointment specifically with a female doctor, only to find out, without any prior notice, that the doctor had been swapped for a male. When we refused to accept this bait-and-switch, they sent us a bogus “late cancellation” fee, despite my wife already attending the clinic and being informed of the doctor change on-site. Their claim that they contacted her in advance is a blatant lie, we have proof that no call was ever received. The receptionist is extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, just as countless other Google reviews have mentioned. It’s shocking that the management continues to ignore these complaints. Instead of improving their service, they seem more interested in covering up mistakes and silencing anyone who dares to challenge them. When I called them out on their dishonesty, I received a formal letter terminating our relationship with the clinic. Rather than admitting their mistake and addressing the situation with integrity, they chose the cowardly route of cutting us off. If you value your time, money, and basic decency, stay far away from Landmark Medical & Dental Centre. This place is a disgrace to healthcare.
Negative experience: I attended Landmark Medical in Rockdale after being hospitalised with the worst migraine of my life, seeking proper care and medical guidance. Instead, I was met with one of the most dismissive and unprofessional consultations I have ever experienced. Dr Min Sein displayed no empathy, no interest, and no willingness to provide meaningful medical support. He asked what I usually take for migraines, and when I explained, he offered no alternatives, no advice, and no discussion — only a begrudging prescription for ten tablets before abruptly ending the consultation because “his next patient was waiting.” This is unacceptable. Patients come to doctors for care, not to be rushed out the door like a transaction. After days of illness and even an emergency hospital visit, I expected compassion, professionalism, and guidance. What I received was the opposite — a complete failure of duty of care. Landmark Medical should seriously reflect on whether this is the standard they want representing their clinic. I will never return to Dr Min Sein, and I strongly warn others against wasting their time with a practitioner who so clearly does not value the wellbeing of his patients.
Negative experience: The reception is very rude. She yell at me when I didn't hear the answer clearly on phone. And another reception ask me to pay for a consultation fee a few months before which I found I already paid. If I didn't find the receipt,I have to pay extra money. She is very rude as I question that bill and when she found she is wrong,she even not apologise. Dr Maria is a very good doctor. She is always helpful. Making the simple task of sending an email into a drawn-out ordeal, then abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. Not the first time this particular receptionist had done this before. Attitude needs a change.
Fantastic experience: Landmark Rockdale is a great bulkbilled medical centre. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses and the doctors have been helpful and professional. Thankyou especially to Dr Maria for being a great GP :). It's easy getting an appointment within a day, and the clinic is always clean and well-staffed, and it's convenient having the pharmacy onsite. As for the negative reviews below, honestly it just reads as petty whinging. You want "silver (spoon) service" then go and pay for it at a non-bulkbilled clinic. Or, take a stand to support pay increases for medical receptionists, GPs and nurses.

Negative experience: I took my child to Dr. Min Sein for an earache, explaining his history of frequent ear infections, ongoing cold and flu symptoms, and sensitivity to certain medications. Despite this, Dr. Sein insisted there was no infection and prescribed a different medication, which led to vomiting, dehydration, and worsened symptoms. Two days later, another doctor confirmed my child had a severe ear infection. Extremely disappointed with the misdiagnosis and inadequate care.

Negative experience: absolute useless company. not only are they consistently late with appointments but today i am beyond disgusted. I was REFUSED SERVICE from seeing a doctor as they had let me know i needed to pay a fee due too missed appointments. fine i said i was happy to pay and apologised for my part. after they said it was fine they then kept me waiting until after my scheduled appointment time to let me know i will be refused service? i told them repeatedly that it is urgent and i will pay whatever fee to be able to see a doctor for my medical emergency. however after i had waited for hours they only then decided to tell me i will not be allowed to see a doctor. i am beyond baffled and shocked that a doctors office would REFUSE a sick patient. i had made the appointment at 8am and they wait until i show up and wait hours just to see my doctor to then not let me. absolutely poor and disgusting behaviour. you guys shouldn’t not be in business.

Patients deserve to be informed, as many take time off work or use their allocated lunch breaks for appointments. There have been multiple instances where patients have experienced significant wait times. Today, when I raised this concern with the receptionist, her response was, *"Is there a problem? You have to wait."* Yes, there is a problem—patients schedule appointments based on their availability, and delays can be disruptive. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the front desk staff has been an ongoing issue. However, I want to acknowledge the excellent care provided by the doctors, particularly Dr. Maria, who has been a trusted GP for many years and always treats patients with kindness and professionalism. I am sharing this to raise awareness and hope that improvements will be made to ensure a better experience for all patients in the future.
Negative experience: The female receptionist here is an absolute disgrace! I have never encountered such a rude, impatient lady like her. She avoids calls and when possible tries to hang up. Negative experience: GP and receptionist are so rude. I should’ve listened to all the other reviews saying the receptionist just glares at you and the GP speaks to you in a mocking tone. Worst service I’ve ever gotten. Went to a different GP and they solved my problem straight away. Here the GP sent me to a specialist when I already had a diagnosis and only needed a simple form to be filled out, which took my current GP 2 minutes to do. The specialist they sent me to was 2hrs away from Rockdale and was shut down. It’s fine to make mistakes but it’s not okay to be rude about it and mock the patient. The tone she used with me was disgusting, made me feel shameful.
Fantastic experience: i had an excellent experience at Landmark Medical and Dental Centre, from the moment I walked into the centre, the staff and medical doctors were warm and welcoming, they were highly professional. Following my consultation with Dr Maria, Dr Min, and Dr Sidrah, I felt that I was in the best hands and I am grateful for their time. All doctors were thorough and took their time to answer all my questions. The receptionists were very helpful and always willing to go out of their way to assist. So grateful to finally find a Medical centre that I feel comfortable with. the respect they showed and the respect we gave back is recommended.

Negative experience: Just had a phone consolation with dr Maqbool and was hung up on. If you want rude doctors and receptionists, this is the place for you! I have since been terminated for expressing my disappointment to the MD Andy Daniel. The reviews here don’t lie. They are extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I would imagine the only reason they still have patients is for the patient’s convenience and not the receptionists or doctors service. Negative experience: The receptionist named Georgia is so rude. We just moved-in in the area. We were told that this medical centre is good. I passed by as a walk-in patient, my husband managed to do walk-in there a couple of times without an issue. However, the rude receptionist named Georgia said to me bluntly "you don't have an appointment? Go back on Tuesday" (that is in 3 days)with a very RACIST look to me. No extra information, or " Hi, you're a first time patient with us, let me give you more info..." It is not busy at the medical centre when I came around 3pm. I have worked at your position and you're the MOST RUDE, CARELESS, and UNHAPPY Medical receptionist I've ever met. Georgia should not be working in this good medical centre, you're destroying the reputation of this medical centre. Just by looking at your face and even hearing your tone over the phone, YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WORKING THERE. PLEASE GIVE US ALL A FAVOUR AND JUST RESIGN. Just go somewhere else where you can be a little bit nice.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been to this medical centre a couple of times and their service have always been amazing. All the doctors (Dr Maria and Dr Sidrah) seem to have genuine sympathy when we explained our health concerns and they always investigated thoroughly. I'm so thankful to have moved to this area and found the wonderful GPs here. I've never been treated poorly like what some people have written. We did see some rude patients at the front desk even though the receptionists are all lovely despite being really busy with phone calls and patients lining up. I think people are so impatient and ungrateful these days; they don't appreciate this bulk billing practice is doing everything they can within their limits.

Negative experience: An update to my previous review: I have since been kicked out of in their words 'terminated' from the practice for providing genuine feedback about their services. As you can see in my review below, I previously complained about the treatment I received from the receptionists on numerous occasions, however, instead of fixing this issue, they have instead refused me medical attention & I will be taking this to the Health Care Complaints Commissioner. I received a call a few weeks after my review from the director of Landmark. In this call, he berated me for making a review in the first place & followed that up by asking me to delete the review without any action being taken. In December, whilst in the doctors waiting room, I was approached by one of the receptionists & was asked if I received my 'termination letter' which I had never been emailed/called or told about. She told me I was terminated from the centre as I made a negative review online. I was then given a very poorly executed letter, that I have attached below. She also told me that my appointment for that day was cancelled as "the doctors don't feel comfortable seeing me". However no one had contacted me to tell me of this cancellation before I turned up for my appointment so I was left untreated, whilst unwell. I had also received a confirmation text the day before, which was another opportunity for them to inform me of this cancellation. If this is how a centre treats their long standing clients then this is obviously not a centre that prioritises health & wellbeing & is not a centre I want to attend. It speaks volumes about the centre that I provide feedback after years of attending the practice & I am then kicked out for it. I urge everyone who attends this centre to speak up for what is right & not let the receptionists or management bully you into feeling guilty or ashamed for commenting on their mistreatment. I hope that my complaint has made genuine improvements in how the staff speak to patients.
Negative experience: Shocked at the lack of compassion and information by both doctors and reception at this practice. Visited for the second time as they were fast the first time, but now realizing that you get what you pay for. Super brief visits and neither doctor I saw on either occasion seemed to care much at all about my medical concerns. Maybe they only care if you have bulk billing, but they certainly don’t care about you if you don’t. This practice is carried by being able to rush patients through like a factory production line. What led me to write this review is when I try to bring my lab sample back (reception told me they close at 6), when I get there at 5:30 I’m told no the lab tech has gone and my samples won’t be good until tomorrow so I have to bring in another sample BUT I can’t leave my sample there because they can’t dispose of it properly?? I fought back at this and she finally did take it to dispose of it… Would rather spend 4 hours waiting at St George ER, at least I know they are all compassionate and informative and all your lab costs are covered in your visit cost!!!

Negative experience: Been a regular patient here, the doctors are nice but the receptionist (specifically this lady name Georgia) is quite rude and not very welcoming. Instead of giving instructions or suggestions on how to obtain digital copies of the test results, she addressed things so cold and not helpful at all, as if I’m begging for my results. I literally just got an approval from the doctor, she then just disproved it without any useful suggestion, I have to then tried to explain my case and asked her if I can get my test results any otherwise. To G, maybe it’s your natural way of communication but please know that as a receptionist, please at least be polite and understanding to patients who came to the clinic because they obviously go through sth with their health. So your patience and assistance would be very appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic consult with Dr. Maria Alvarez. She stood out from my other consultations with two different GPs at the center. In addition, the 4cyte lab personnel was wonderful.
Negative experience: I never have issues at medical centres nor do I sit down and write reviews afterwards. However, after dealing with Jay at reception, I'm making sure that this one doesn't go unnoticed. Rude on multiple occasions and very unprofessional. I won't go into details but it's very disappointing to have someone like that be the face of your business.

Negative experience: Called the receptionist I will be 10mins late and she said I will have to pay the late fee of $50 before the doctor can see me. I read their policy posted at the reception again and it says $50 for late cancellation of appointment. I did not cancel as I need to get the script of the medicine which I ran out of. I was just asking for 10mins but the receptionist was rude on the phone and in person. Doctors are good but not happy with the receptionist.

Negative experience: Stay away!!! I tried to make an appointment four times and got hung up on. I Wish they would get rid of the receptionist. If they do I might stay. I would also tell everyone to stay away from this place.
Negative experience: Rude receptionists on multiple occasions. Needed a Medicare rebate code for an iron transfusion and they gave me the code for a General Appointment which I pointed out was not correct but she insisted that it’s correct thus rebate got denied. I don’t like conflict so I just didn’t go back and paid the full price. Also needed to book in a vaccination for my baby before our trip and kept just saying the fridge broke down and to call back on the day. Every time I try to book an appointment on the day it’s usually full so I just wanted to book something in Incase the fridge was working again… but just was told no. As a new mum going overseas for a month this gave me so much anxiety because he needed his Vaccinations. So I asked what should I do, should I go to another clinic even tho my child’s GP is at this clinic. And she just said “Yeah go do that.” I’m usually very tolerant but the lack of compassion really upset me today.
Negative experience: Don’t waste your time :( Dr Min Sein is probably the most unhelpful Dr I’ve ever been to, and I have been to ALOT of Drs. I recently moved to this area, and needed a new ongoing Dr, for my ongoing condition, and he told me that I had to go back to my old Dr for my scripts….? He was not compassionate at all and had no interest in my medical history or condition. When I told him i had an anxiety condition I felt very judged, and like he didn’t believe me. (I tried to provide documentation with proof but he wouldn’t even look at it.) And refused to dispense my medication, which ive been on for over 10 years. AND when my partner went to see him with sever tonsillitis he wouldn’t even dispense antibiotics for him! Very disheartened. Not sure why he’s so reluctant to help. But definitely won’t be going back.
Positive experience: Do not wait patiently for your test results- dispute being told both times by the doctor they would contact me when the results came in- both times I waited and when I called to follow up, the results were ready. They really need to improve with booking follow up appointments or sending confirmation on results received.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a couple of years now, and though I’ve recently moved further away, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Doctors Maria, Sidrah, and Lillian have been absolutely fantastic, always caring, professional, and thorough. I know how busy they are and the variety of people they deal with every day, so I truly appreciate the effort they put into their work. This clinic in Rockdale is super clean, well-maintained and offer bulk billing, which is a huge tick for me. Thank you for the excellent service over the years. If only I still lived nearby to continue coming. On a side note, some of the comments left on the reviews here are truly just awful and not constructive at all.
Negative experience: Went there expecting at the very least some good advice on what to do about anxiety. All the doctor said was that he did not know much about the treatment I am on now and didn’t give me any extra solutions besides talking to my current doctor. Paid $70 for the consultation to hear he doesn’t know about it. Also lady in reception said it would all be covered by my health insurance. It wasn’t. Everyone was nice and respectful but also incompetent

Negative experience: Dr Minh - actions speak louder than words. My wife went to him to read out blood test results and the first thing he did was criticise her weight, telling her the problems are weight related. She’s a size 12 for reference and wouldn’t consider her fat at all. At one point, he directly told her “you can’t gain any more weight” (it would be disastrous for her health). Left it at that, nothing surprising on the blood tests. Oh, but there was. Second opinion showed my wife has a thyroid issue (!) and later found to be hashimotos quite substantially. Not only did he fail to read this out on the original blood test, but that was a major symptom and cause of her weight gain!!
Negative experience: RUDE RECEPTIONIST !!!! Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this medical facility. Not only do they charge a fee to share patient reports, but they also refuse to email them. Instead, they insist on printing the reports, and of course, charge you for that as well. This is completely unreasonable and frustrating. In today’s digital age, charging for something as basic as sending an email or printing a report feels outdated and unfair. It’s an unnecessary expense for patients already dealing with medical concerns. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be aware of these practices before choosing this facility. Negative experience: I'm going through my blood test results supposedly 17 pages because the doctor I saw forgot to print them all out and the reason I went there was for cholesterol test . I've realised the name on the majority of results is not my name or Medicare no. The girl responsible with black hair sits in the middle works at the front desk has given complete negligence in client confidentiality. I've sent results of other person to my heart Dr...he now knows about this... This is the worst mistake you could make in a medical practise. Update - This is in response to the reply from Landmark - They say - “We’re assuming that you are still currently happy with our services!” You should NOT be assuming that I am happy with your services because I am definitely NOT. I still cannot believe that you have sent to me somebody else's result with their full name and personal details, which is a serious breach of confidentiality in particular in a medical related environment. I am worried that you might have sent my results to somebody else. The fact that you are not addressing this issue is a clear sign of your arrogance and lack of understanding of how important this issue is to patients, as well as the medical procedures in Australia. Your first paragraph which is obviously a standard reply when you have serious complaints like this says nothing and does not address your poor practices in dealing with sensitive confidential medical records. May I suggest that instead of wasting your time and trying to look good address these issues by reviewing your poor record handling practices and put in some quality control procedures in place. If it was not your location and bulk billing I would not have come back there ever again so please do not try to imply that I am now "currently happy" with your services. May I suggest that you do not waste your time and reply again, instead put your resources into good use by addressing this serious issue. For serious breach of privacy they used my name after "Hello" now deleted from them addressing me another confidential breach of privacy in their response. Negative experience: The receptionists are unprofessional, rude as and childlike. Dealt with Jay and Carmen a few times, and they are what is bringing this medical Centre down, and will ensure that you don't get community support and more clients through the door as you are stating you want, which will lead to you eventually probably shutting down. Given all the countless reviews of how bad the receptionists are, i do not understand why the doctors keep them employed and don't care. But I, and other patients, don't care either, as because of them we won't be returning and that's one/multiple patient/s you've lost at least. Get rid of them and hire professional, MATURE, friendly, educated people that actually know how to work in a professional institution, welcome their patients and make them want to return. Like most reviews i agree Dr Sidra hasn't got the best nature with people. *** I highly urge patients that have had bad experiences to write a complaint to the NSW Medical Board exposing the receptionists behaviour and the doctor in question, and the practice, and this bully nature going on including all the termination letters that have been mentioned in multiple reviews.***
Negative experience: This service, if you can call it that, is a disgrace. They make getting help very difficult and when you get upset for not being taken seriously, you get banned from returning. It's a joke!!
Fantastic experience: I had a good overall experience with reception, Dr. Min, and the lab. An additional point is that several staff members speak Spanish, which makes the process easier, even at the pharmacy located right there.
Negative experience: My partner and I have visited a few doctors here, but to put it bluntly, the doctors at this clinic are truly terrible and useless. I’m shocked at how they managed to gather such incompetent doctors in one place. The first thing that surprised me was when I was told, "You shouldn't have a blood test when you're feeling unwell." In other clinics, whenever I’m feeling unwell, they immediately do a blood test to find out the cause. She has a very arrogant attitude and seems to be just going through the motions of seeing as many patients as possible. If you look at her low reviews, it’s obvious. Even without mentioning her name, you’ll know who I’m talking about because many people have complained about her. When I asked if I could have an interpreter, I was practically forced to give up on that request because she said it would take too long to connect. ...Ok.... that's understandable because she has other patients after me...But she didn’t try to speak more clearly or use a translation device or ask me if I understand or not. I found her to be unkind and lacking in empathy. Additionally, I had a blood test for health reasons, but they charge you to print the test results and won't email them to you. I’ve never encountered such a rule at any other clinic. Whether it’s Bulk Billing or not is irrelevant; this clinic just seems stingy. I understand why people go to this clinic because it offers Bulk Billing, but I would only use it to get a prescription. The receptionists are neither particularly good nor bad—not friendly, but not terrible either. And good luck trying to get through on the phone—it’s almost impossible. The only reason I’m giving this clinic one star is because it’s clean. That’s it.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a while now seeing DR Reem which I always recommend. The reception staff member Jay is always extremely lovely and helpful. For a reception staff she always goes above and beyond for clients which is very rare to see in a medical centre. I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Love Landmark medical centre in Rockdale and have been going here since they first opened. The staff are so caring and lovely to deal with and always so helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have any questions. The place is always so clean and tidy and I love that they can still offer bulk billing as so many medical centres have stopped bulk billing. It’s a shame one person who obviously is not an Australian resident covered by Medicare could be so selfish to complain an emergency delayed her to be seen by a doctor quicker. I’m sure if that person was the emergency that they would not be complaining. A special thanks to Jay the receptionist and Dr Maria who always look after me with more care than any other medical centres I have been to. Always a pleasure to see your beautiful smiling faces every visit.
Fantastic experience: I love this medical centre the doctors are amazing and the receptionist are very knowledgeable helpful and caring They go above and beyond to help others at times yes we all need to pay different prices but it's important to know that the economy is going up and business are making different adjustments to survive them self to give us the best care we need . The receptionist jay it's far from rude she is very lovely and caring at times we can't be judge a character over things we didn't like she is doing her job and medical centre have policies in place. Negative experience: Worst receptionist ever. Called them on 28/06/2024 morning . The receptionist was not helpful at all and kept hanging up on me. She was unbelievable rude. They wasn’t helpful even just for making and confirming appointments.
Negative experience: The worst receptionist customer service. They do not even give correct telephone feedback to the doctors. Have changed my first good review as I did some favour and after several unfortunate incidents with the call center this is my final review.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Landmark Medical Centre in Rockdale for approximately six months and I rate it as one of the best medical centers I have ever been to. The doctors are fantastic and the reception staff are unbelievable and so friendly and always greet with a smile. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else
Negative experience: Worst reception ever. I called them to request for medical certificate since I can’t get out of bed due to being covid positive, I’m also concerned I might spread the virus once I go out turns out I have to pay $50 for just talking to the GP for less than a minute and then have to go there to pick up the referral and the medical certificate which I urgently needed to rebook a flight for next day. And the worst part the reception hang up on me 4 times! Worst!
Fantastic experience: Dr Lillian Soliman is a wonderful caring old school doctor. She found things in my blood test that others ignored. Personal and approchable she truly is one of the best. I am so happy this medical centre has opened. The chemist nextdoor is one of my favourites. I followed them to their new location. The customer service is exemplary and team are so lovely and welcoming with their friendliness and warmth. Deng with his wide smile always greets me and each one of the girls are lovely. They know me and their aim is to please. Very impressed.
Fantastic experience: We are a travelling family and needed to see a nurse for a immunisations in short notice. Not only was reception so lovely and fit us in (as new patients) but the nurse (Nha) was fabulous and efficient. With two little ones afraid of needles she was so good with them. I was so nervous but she made this experience so straightforward and easy. Thank you Nha!
Positive experience: Dr Lillian Solomon's attention to care is second to none and she is my preferred doctor time and time again. If I could rate her 6 stars I would. However, I very rarely leave low reviews but my encounter with Dr Min Sein has not been to the same or similar standard- he told me he couldn't prescribe a medication as a gp, as well he couldnt assist me with my chronic pain management paperwork because it "took too long". As I went to the chemist to ask if this was true regarding gp and prescribing the medication- they mentioned gps should be able to, and in fact it has been downscaled to be able to sold over the counter. Please ensure all your health professionals are up to date with protocols to give each person up to date information, and hopefully; not get deterred by "too much paperwork" for today.

Negative experience: The receptionist (Jay) was unhelpful and kept hanging up on me. She was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I have been following up on my test results every week for the past month and she has been giving me excuses saying there is a backlog or that I should call every single day. Today I tested my luck to see if my results finally came in and she hung up on me 3 times saying my reception was bad. It took me 4 calls and me having to tell her that my reception is fine for her to even try to do her job right. I personally have experienced my fair share of unsatisfactory customer service, but this was without a doubt the worst. This comes as a real disappointment given that the doctors are quite good. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Negative experience: Visited this clinic 6-7 times before but was shocked by a $100 charge for a quick signature from my GP for identity verification on my recent visit, which took less than two minutes. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: So not impressed with the service I got from Doctor Sidrah. I took my son who was unwell on Tuesday 19th of March. She looked like she was in a hurry to get us out of the room. We didn't spent even 5 mins there she was just rushing us. Then had to bring my son back two days later as I felt he was not getting better and the treatment was so bad. She was so dismissive. Like it was not worth visiting a doctor. Even my daughter she had the same experience, was so rushed and she did not even examine her. At least spend time with a patient it is worth doing. People don't come to medical center to chill we all have busy schedules coming there means there is something wrong. Let's treat each other as human. We come to see a doctor because we trust your expertise. Value your patients please. I have been to this practice and seen other doctors they are the best like Doctor Solliman Lillian she is excellent in every area.

Negative experience: The worst medical centre, I need to do a full blood test every year due to multiple health issues. I also to do so , I need to fast for 12 hours to do it . When I when to do it the blood test was for 2 blood counts only. Don't care about your health at all. Update I have been terminated from getting back to the medical centre due to my review, please note they may do it to you too. To Management don't have a review on your website of you don't want to hear concerns from your clients to improve your business.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure what to expect when I came here after reading many reviews. I didn’t find a thing wrong with my experience from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor. And it was very convenient to then go get my antibiotics from next door. And it didn’t cost me a cent.
