Fantastic experience: Been coming here for many years now annd wont go anyhwere else. Always have a great experience. Great friendly staff, always professional and easy to get along with. Dr Sim is hands down the best dentist that’s ever worked in my mouth, very gentle and a genuinely nice and caring person. Esther on Admin is brilliant too, always is bright and bubby and always get a laugh. Oh and Dr Wei Shen cooks a beautiful dinner Thanks team, keep up the good work and see you all again soon for my next check up and clean

Fantastic experience: The ladies on reception were so lovely and prompt. I saw Vi for myself and she was very professional and friendly. My daughter saw Arthur and he was amazingly welcoming for her and spoke with her through the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those who are health conscious and want practitioners who are welcoming of this.

Negative experience: Attended several appointments as part of a 'care plan' and nothing was done during the visit. Was told to just come back. It went on for months (monthly visits). Showed up twice for appointments oy to be told they need to reschedule. Lost paperwork several times. Over exaggerated treatment which has now caused more issues. Incompetent communication.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lindsay Webb made me feel comfortable with my procedure and very gentle on my mouth. I highly recommend Lindsay if you would like your teeth to feel and look great.

Fantastic experience: I had my second appointment with Wattle Street Dental on 13 November (with Dr Sim) Unfortunately childhood dental trauma has prevented me from having as regular checkups and cleaning as I should have had over the years and I have paid a heavy price in terms of now-needed dental interventions Accordingly I dreaded attending last two sessions as I knew there would be cavities to attend to as well as having a broken tooth which would require extraction with an underlying abscess!! However, I strongly feel that Dr Sim made the whole experience the best it could possibly be under the circumstances. Not only is she is very kind and caring person by nature, but she went out of her way to provide all the available treatment options for the various presenting issues and what would be involved with each one Whilst the aforementioned full disclosure is probably routine procedure nowadays, I think it was Dr Sim's MANNER that made the whole experience a standout in the overall circumstances. I really feel that she CARES and takes PERSONAL interest in her patients and is able to display empathy. For me, this makes a massive difference to how well I can manage my dental treatments. Throughout the treatments it was clear that it was foremost in her mind that she needed to make the treatment as bearable and painless as she possibly good, for which I am very very grateful I would like to add too, that the reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming and al the staff seem to smile!! Added to the fact that Wattle Street Dental pride themselves on being more holistic in nature, I would highly recommend them (and of course Dr Sim!!) to anyone keen to find dentists who are not only extremely professional but who also clearly place a high value on making the experience as pleasant as they can for their patients

He has shown such genuine compassion and understanding for our situation having children with terrible teeth at such young age. He has honored our request for minimal intervention and being health conscious whilst maintaining his high standards of dentistry. Arthur has guided us step by step threw our appointments which is so refreshing to have someone explain and take the time to connect. We have thus far avoided a GA and I feel confident Arthur will make decisions in my children's best interests in the future also.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sim and the whole Wattle dental crew is amazing! We had great experience. Both my husband and myself have massive dentist phobia and haven’t been to the dentist for years, although we knew we had to go. Even a decision to visit dentist was a massive shift for us. The staff were incredibly supportive and patient and we went away feeling like any concerns we had about her teeth were addressed. We highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental clinic! I had a filling fall out yesterday morning, I called them straight away that morning and they were VERY catering and caring to my busy work schedule and the fact it was an emergency. I was running behind at work which resulted me being almost 20 minutes late, I was very overwhelmed/stressed/ anxious and they were nothing but understanding and made my whole experience very comfortable! I have rebooked to get the rest of my work done with them and could not recommend them enough! Truly live up to their name as the gentle dentist! I have a phobia of the dentist, putting it off for over 4 years and how costly it can be. Fantastic experience: I used to be a “crisis” visitor to receive dental care until I met Dr Sim at Wattle Street Dental at Cooroy. Very quickly Dr Sim helped me to overcome my childhood fears. Dr Sim provided gentle pain free surgery that included en extraction, fillings and a crown. I can thoroughly recommend her service. We have now embarked on a preventative dental program. Fantastic experience: If you have suffered Dental Trauma then read on: I have had some very bad experiences with Dentists and have been putting off some major work on my teeth because of it. Slowly over time I have been having dental checks and cleans at Wattle Street Dental to gain my confidence back. After a few years I finally booked in with Dr Sim for all my amalgam fillings to be removed. Come the day of, I was extremely anxious to say the least. Dr Sim was fantastic!! She took it very slow with me and started with some numbing cream and a gentle and kind chat. From there she numbed the area with zero pain - not kidding! Then slowly and gently she talked with me every step of the way to get to each stage of the procedure. I felt safe, heard and believe it or not - relaxed. Touching me on the shoulder every minute to reassure me and checking in regularly, the procedure was over! If you have struggled in the past with Dental Trauma it truly is worth having a check up with Dr Sim or I am sure, anyone at Wattle Street Dental. Fantastic experience: I had been wanting to try Wattle Street Dental for quite some time particularly after learning about myobrace as my daughter has issues with breathing which creates tiredness and dark circles under her eyes and she is not getting enough oxygen into her system that can cause learning problems among others. Sophie has large tonsils/adenoids as well as a tongue thrust that pushes her front teeth forward and her jaw is narrow. We had our initial consultation with Dr Wei and after a thorough examination and discussion will definitely be going down this path. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and care that was put into Sophie at her appointment and excited that this could be the answer to help her without resorting to surgery and removing her tonsils and adenoids which is something that I am trying avoid. Highly recommend Dr Wei and her team and fingers crossed this will make a huge difference to Sophie and her breathing.

Fantastic experience: I once had a terrible experience with a dentist when I was 11 that left me traumatised and not wanting to go to a dentist for the rest of my life, but after 7 years without visiting a dentist, my teeth were in bad shape with a chance of having to have 6 root canals done and many other problems. Just the thought of it scared me so when I was signing in for the first time I wrote down that I was extremely nervous. Over the last 6 months of hard work from dr. Sim and all the amazingly kind and friendly staff, I have gone from being extremely nervous to loving every time I go. It is a very relaxing and welcoming place, whenever I have an appointment it feels like I get to have a break from work just to lay down and watch a movie. If you are in search of a dentist with very friendly and welcoming reception, gentle and kind doctors and hardworking assistants and trainees. I highly recommend choosing Wattle Street Dental.

Fantastic experience: The reason for my recommendation is basically I don’t like going to a dentist. I had four teeth removed I could not feel the needles from Dr Sim…why….. Negative experience: I am an unhappy customer because I have been sitting in the waiting room waiting after my appointment time, it happened before but for a valid reason but this time I was the only person in the waiting room. I was waiting and watching the person who I was paying to look after me in my time, walking around with a colleague then joined by the boss conversing in front of me like they had all the time in the world. For me an unprofessional performance from the top down showing me that I, as a client, was of no importance or concern to them. I wasted my time driving all that way and have dropped the Wattle street Dental as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: This is the best practise and dentist I have ever been to! Having been told by previous dentists that in removing my amalgam fillings my teeth would fall apart and need to be crowned. No such nonsense here. Beautifully removed and white fillings replaced. 10% of the cost compared to crowns quoted by other dentists. Fantastic care and dental work by Dr Simms.

Fantastic experience: I went into the denal surgery a little anxious, (as a lot of us do with dentists) and my procedure was going to take around 2 1/2 hrs, but my fears where gone very quickly, as my dentist at Wattle Street Dental was very gentle, making sure I was comfortable, letting me know what was happening all the time, gave me a couple of breaks in between the process, and was reassuring and thorough! Fantastic experience: I've been a regular patient with this dental practice for a number of years. Wei Shen has built a team which is both really, really professional and very friendly. Between them all, they make visiting the dentist about as pleasant as I think it can possibly be.

Fantastic experience: New to Cooroy with a shattered tooth around an old amalgam filling. Dr Shen removed the old filling and rebuilt the tooth with a minimum of fuss and a great deal of technical expertise. After 70 years, I've been to a dentist or two so have lots to compare with; she's up there with the best, and very pleasant to boot as were all the staff I came into contact with. The procedure and cost were clearly explained to me before commencement, so overall a very satisfactory experience.

Fantastic experience: Look no further ! This team ticked all my boxes. From looking after my grand son Freddie who had a tongue tie and fixed with so much care . I quickly swapped from the dentist i was ok with to this amazing team .To then be told i should get an ENT specialist opinion as i have an obstruction in my nose .Deviation turbinate procedure was done For many years i have used a CPAP machine for sleep apnea. Long story cut short . Through This amazing Dental clinic , i may never need a CPAP machine again .Just picked up my new CPap mouth guard today . So excited . Thank you Wei Shen your awesome !

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent and very friendly and experienced dentist. I had to get a replacement made for a splint I wear on my lower teeth when I sleep at night. I wear the splint to stop my teeth from moving and protect orthodontic working had done. Few years ago to help with TMJ Dysfunction. They did an excellent job and the splint was a perfect, I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Wattle Street Dental for nearly a year now and have never been happier with my teeth. I have been for cleans, fillings and now Invisalign (as demonstrated by my picture featuring a shot of my old teeth in the back). The quality of service is unparalleled and despite getting my first fillings (I was so nervous!) I haven't experienced any pain during procedures. Everyone ensured I was comfortable and kept in the loop, no matter how many hands were in my mouth. Definitely helped me overcome my mild fear of going to the dentist! Even throughout the pandemic I was able to consult with Dr. Wei via Zoom and as soon as restrictions were lifted I was able to visit in person. My temperature was checked on arrival, I was able to wash and sanitise my hands and felt completely safe knowing the highest safety precautions were being taken by all staff. Everyone is really friendly and down to earth, though I have many shortcomings in caring for my own teeth I was never made to feel guilty. Making appointments is easy, I also get Google Calendar invites and reminder text messages which are super useful. They also have Zip Pay which is a lifesaver. Couldn't recommend Wattle Street Dental highly enough. Thank you everyone for taking care of me!

Fantastic experience: My 1 week old daughter had her tongue and lip tie released at Wattle St Dental. We could of not asked for a better experience. Everything was explained in detail and we were given ample time on the appointment day with the lactation consultant to address any issues. The whole team particularly Wei and Kelly were extremely caring. We were given detailed information packs about aftercare and had follow up sessions to make sure everything was healing how it should be. The outcome was immediate with my baby who straight away was about 80% less gassy. It was amazing. We will be now be seeing Wei and the team for all of our dental needs. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Had my top 2 wisdom teeth removed. I'm not one that copes well with the dentist visits as I have a massive fear of injections. The ladies were so sweet and even had tissue to catch my fear tears. I watch Netflix as they place the numbing cream all over my gums. They kept talking to me and making sure I was ok. I didn't feel any of the injections. I kept watching TV as they did the work. Pain free and I was calm as they made me feel so comfortable. No pain at all as the pulled them out. Only a little sore today Thats to be expected. They called to follow up to see if all is ok. I'll be going to see them again for some fillings but won't be so scared as they have made this such a positive pain free experience.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old rated Arthur 10/10, he has had a lot of remedial dental work, this was a great experience. Lots of patience and understanding and took the time to address all of Nicks concerns, very well done, so appreciated. My husband had to have a tooth previously root csnaled extracted. After 4 years of stewing about it, he is so please he has had it removed, no more pain. Well done all.

Our little one (18 weeks old) had both a lip and tounge tie release done on the 17th of January and the improvement it has made in two weeks has been amazing. We feel like we have a different baby. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr Caitlyn Tindale for being so wonderful with my 6 year old daughter, Coco-Bella, while removing her two front teeth. Dr Caitlyn showed a great amount of patience and did a great job of ensuring Coco-Bella was comfortable at all times during the procedure. The perfect “firm but fair” approach was taken to show compassion towards Coco-Bella but at the same time it was made clear of what was required to get the job done efficiently. We will definitely be returning to Dr Caitlyn for any of Coco-Bella’s future dental work as this was such a positive experience for all! I would highly recommend Dr Caitlyn and Wattle Street Dental to anyone with young kids who are nervous about going to the dentist. Could not speak more highly of this practice and our experience! Negative experience: Very disappointed in this visit to find that the clean that I had a few weeks back was declared by Adelle to have been inadequate and a further $900 would be needed to complete the procedure over three more visits, at which time i expect more dental upgrades to be thrown at my feet. Further to my irritation was the personal questions with regard to my plans for the rest of the day and what i had been doing prior to getting there . P.Relations overdone and predictable. i wont be back.something on the nose in Wattle street.please no reply.
