Fantastic experience: Dr Supra Chan and Dr Tiffany are great and would 100% recommend them to anyone. I have been coming here for my teeth cleaning and Tiffany always puts me at ease and does a perfect job, recently I had my wisdom tooth spurge and was in a lot of pain so I had to email them overnight and to my surprise I received a response back straight away booking me in for the next morning …the procedure was well explained even though it was a complicated procedure, Dr. Supra Chan made it look easy and was quickly completed with very little discomfort, they also soon after removed my 2nd wisdom tooth as it was infected and provided me with all the support and assurance a patient could receive.

Negative experience: I needed an extraction and a filling and made it VERY clear over the phone - absolutely unprofessional! I went and received two filling on receding gums am in pain and did not receive the normal procedure required for a first time visit ... just a a glance and put in the too hard basket !!! Furious Do not go here EVER Also Absolutely NO manners In telling me what they were doing - I payed cash but will be going back for my receipt tomorrow !!! Not be be trusted dental practice to say the least!

Fantastic experience: Quite possibly the best dentist i’ve been to. So glad i stumbled upon this dental practice. Dr Supra Chan is very good at what he does, clearly explains everything and has a friendly nature. He makes the process of going to the dentist much easier. All the staff are also friendly and I’m in and out efficiently. I will be coming back. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. I would have given a 0 but the lowest is 1 star. Google reviews are not true and this place is very unprofessional. I called to book for wisdom teeth extraction, the receptionist/nurse agreed on the phone but then on the day I went there, the doctor said no because not enough time scheduled for teeth extractions even tho I explained over the phone that I’m coming for a teeth extraction. And then the doctor just put me for a X-ray, claiming to check it first and then book in next time again for the surgery, had a look in my mouth for like 5 mins, no service was done and then charged me $125 + health insurance claim without explaining the charges to me upfront. The entire experience feels scammed and a complete waste of my time. The place and equipment looks filthy too. DO NOT GO HERE.

Negative experience: Dr S. Chan put a crown on an infected tooth even though I told him it was painful and I ended up needing the tooth pulled.

Negative experience: 非常不推荐。来之前打电话问补牙收费多少，明确告诉我150-245之间，因为这个价格和我在其他牙医问的收费170-230之间差不多，就定下预约了。 结果开车过来后才说295，而且还一直推销另一个补牙计划，收费更是到1000+。这是想把顾客骗到店里来再宰么？本来选择这家是因为对华人有好感，想支持，结果就这么坑同胞的？很失望，而且看到评论区其他华人的留言才发现，这家已经是惯犯了 不过前台小姐姐服务还可以，这点还是值得肯定。

Negative experience: Walk away and go somewhere else. They are not trustworthy. They would find ways to charge you more. Somewhere else charge you around 200 bucks for a minor procedure, they would find a way to charge you $ 1000+.

Dr Chan was super knowedgeable, very professional, caring and genuine. He took extra time listening to what I wanted and helping me understand the root canal procedures. A fabulous experience overall. Highly recommend -- you will be treated with empathy and kindness, throughout the whole process.

Negative experience: Would like to give negative stars if I could. My mum was told she would receive a 5% discount if she paid cash. The dentist simply put a little enamel on the top of her tooth, it took 5 minutes and he charged her $170, at checkout she paid with cash to get the 5% discount and he proceeded to tell her that the discount will also require her to give a 5 star review. HE TOOK PHONE AND WROTE THE REVIEW HIMSELF. This is dishonest and illegal. Fair trade will be hearing about this.

Fantastic experience: Dr Supra is the best dentist I have ever had. I have a annual check ups with him and all my major dental issues are looked after by Dr Supra. He has been helping me for years. I recently had my crown done and can not thank him enough. I use to be scared of dentist as my past experience was always painful but at Dr Supra’s It’s always painless and stress free. He is very calm and experienced. All the staff are very friendly. I have actually moved to Brisbane however I fly back to Sydney for him to check up my dental issues as I even had problems to find someone as amazing as him in the new city. So I strongly recommend Dr Supra!
