Fantastic experience: Very happy with our experience at Flagsmile dental great with both our sons teeth. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I will admit I was a bit apprehensive about going to the dentist in the beginning however my first appointment went so wonderfully well the staff are absolutely wonderful, they make you feel so at ease and very comfortable. During my procedure I was always informed of what was happening and always asked how I was doing and just really reassured and the procedure itself went very smoothly I was very surprised how well it went, I would without a doubt recommend visiting Flagsmile for any dental queries they’re fantastic

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. From the start, I was made to feel talked down to and treated as though I didn’t know how to look after myself. The hygienist was extremely rough during the cleaning, and even though I told him several times that he was hurting me, he continued the same way. To make things worse, he actually asked me whether I brush my teeth every day – which I found insulting and unprofessional. The overall attitude was pushy, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. I left the appointment upset and in pain, and I will definitely never return. Patients deserve respect, care, and compassion – none of which I felt here.

Negative experience: Come in and had my first appt the other day, when I got to the clinic I was greeted by a beautiful natured young girl (she was amazing) so softly spoken and caring. I thought I was in good hands however as soon as I met my dentist (dr Ann) I was in shock she was running around like a headless chicken and you can tell she doesn’t care about her clients and how they feel she only cares about getting them in and out the door as quick as she can which doesn’t work for everyone. When it come time for my X-ray she ran out the bloody door before I could even get up out of yhe chair and being anew patient you obviously don’t know where to go so I walked into some random room and just got stared at. I eventually found the room that she ran into and she was still running around which was stressing me out and someone with anxiety this type of person makes it worse. I will never be coming back and was the worst experience ever! Haven’t been to the dentist in years and now I know why I don’t go I am terrified to go back to another place I’m traumatised!!!

Fantastic experience: I have recently had a visit to Flagsmile Dental for a tooth repair due to my rear tooth breaking off. Dr Ann Chen attended to me and repaired my tooth. She is an absolute credit to the Dentistry profession. Her approach to what needed to be done in explaining and then fixing my tooth was exemplary. I could not recommend Dr Chen and Flagsmile Dental highly enough.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has avoided dentists like the plague, I’d let my teeth get to less than ideal conditions. I called to make a booking after being in pain and was booked in that same day to get me out of trouble. Dr Ann explained everything, and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve since been back twice and we’ve made a plan going forward to ensure my teeth are cared for. I loved that even though I was her patient, Dr Ann involved my kids and made visiting the dentist fun for them. She put in the work with them, and didn’t have to at all. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Have been attending the practice for 6 months now in a treatment plan and honestly could not fault the team there! As a person who was nervous to attend the dentist and put it off until last minute when I had no other option, I walked in not very confident or comfortable to attend. They talked me through what we would need done and also catered the treatment to my budget! Would highly recommend anyone to attend and see the team!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter was a thumb sucker and after trying many different things/ways to get her to stop without success, we contacted Flagsmile to see if there was anything else we could try. We were offered the option of trying a specially made plate with a little ball on it to try and stop the thumb sucking, improve the tongues placement in the mouth and hopefully improve the teeth that had been pushed out of place. I am happy to say that our daughter stopped sucking her thumb as soon as the plate was fitted and within 1 month there has been a massive improvement in her teeth position. Hopefully we can avoid braces in the future. We have also had a general clean, full mouth xrays and a lip tie cut - all with exceptional attentive care. A huge thanks to the team at Flagsmile, everyone is so lovely, welcoming and fantastic with kids.

Fantastic experience: As a new family to the Flagstone Area, Dr Ann Chen and her dedicated team at Flagsmile Dental have been nothing but professionals and an absolute delight to work with. All of the staff are so very welcoming and kind. Dr. Ann was able to walk me through the processes and steps of my visits to help ease my anxieties of what to expect; providing as little or as much information as I wanted. After 2 appointments and some fillings (which weren’t as scary or uncomfortable as I expected!) my confidence for my dental future and my next visits are entirely more optimistic; something I now look forward to taking care of. I recently took the plunge and got bracers, Dr Jason has been absolutely amazing, explaining everything clearly and has always said to ask any and all questions. They take the time to ensure the treatment plan is not only going to achieve the desired outcome but is also sustainable long term. The crew are all great with both kids and adults and the clinic is modern and clean. I have undergone extensive repair works at Flagsmile and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I avoid dentists like the plague, I feel very nervous however I was forced too make an appointment, after spending the night in tears, due to the worst toothache of my life. Today was my 1st time seeing Dr Jason & he was fantastic. Xrays revealed that I needed my wisdom tooth removed which he was able to schedule me in for another appointment later in the day to have done. I arrived extremely nervous but he was professional, informative & most importantly too me it did not hurt one bit having it out. His prices are reasonable, he's extremely knowledgeable and he's gentle I could not be happier with the outcome. Also the receptionist is lovely, it really makes the difference to walk in and see a smiling face when your anxious visiting a dentist.

I wear a denture which was made by her thirteenth years ago. I don't have any pain in the gums, the denture doesn't make me gag and there is no excess saliva. I've enjoyed 13 years of confident eating, it enhanced my life and I have a healthy stomach. Dr. Ann will give you a brilliant solution for your dental and oral health requirements. Also, staff here is phenomenal, kind and respectful and will treat you like royalty. The atmosphere and the environment is always healthy and friendly. I will forever be greatful. So its 5 stars from me but it would be 10 stars if it were available.

Fantastic experience: Best experience in dental I have ever had. I had received 3 quotes, from other dentists, to rectify a couple of long term issues with my teeth. All were extremely expensive. I was advised the work needed to be performed by a specialist dental surgeon. Hence the price hike. I had to have a filling done, visted Flagsmile Dental and asked Dr Ann to look at the other issues as well. The outcome was less than half the quoted prices and the results were better than perfect. I can smile with the utmost confidence and feel fantastic. It really does give you a new lease on life. No extractions, couple of fillings and a few crowns had fixed every issue I had concerns with. Throughout the entire process, her team of assistants were absolutely amazing. Ray, Jayden and Kristy. Going to the dentist is never pleasant, but these ladies had taken the fear and anxiety out of every visit. I cannot recommend Dr Ann, the team and the surgery highly enough. By the other fantastic 5 star reviews, it is abundantly clear they deserve all the praise and more. I am definitely grateful for my smile.

Negative experience: Receptionist was lovely but this is the second time I’ve been unhappy leaving the surgery. The first time my tooth wasn’t matched in colour and left me with mis coloured front tooth, I wasn’t happy but realised maybe that’s the best they could do with my tooth. Today I went there in pain and left in pain. Dr Ann was nice but the price was over the top. Every other dentist I rang today told me the consultation fee wouldn’t be charged if I got any work done, this surgery charges you $70 consult fee on top Of the procedure and x ray fee meaning a simple extraction was quoted at over $400. I was quoted $195 fixed fee at other dentist but chose to go local. Wish I didn’t now. I left paying $100 and had no work done and the dentist didn’t even look in my mouth just a quick X-ray. Was pretty disappointed and won’t be back. Receptionist was nice though so that’s a plus I guess.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Ann. She is a great dentist who is happy, friendly and and very caring. I take my two daughters who have anxiety amongst other things to see her and she always makes sure that they know what she is going to do and how long it will take. She is very quick to see when they need a break and will talk to them before continuing. My older daughter has been going to see Dr Ann for a few years and doesn't want to go anywhere else and my other daughter feels the same way. The whole team there are really great.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Flagsmile Dental now for over two years. I hadn't been to a dentist for over 10 years as I was scared and anxious. Dr Ann made me feel very relaxed and was non judgemental. Many fillings and two wisdome teeth extractions later I no longer feel afraid. My extractiins btw were done so fast I didn't even know the teeth were out till Dr Anne showed me. Dr Ann and the staff at Flagsmile Dental are very caring, and very helpful.
