Fantastic experience: Dentist Mohammad is really professional and polite dentist.He did really good job for my daughter’s dental treatment. He was so supportive, polite during treatment. We glad we chosen Dazzling smile All staff was really helpful specially dentist.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic last month and it has been my bad and frighten experience ever . First of all, the young dentist asked me to take an Xray because I have not visited any dentist for 1 year ( as I told her due to COVID 19) and I paid $70 extra , on top of checking and cleaning. After the cleaning process, my teeth were bleeding and she said because i have sensitive teeth . I have visited many dentists before and I know I have sensitive teeth but I haven't never had such worst teeth bleeding like that before. I went home , my teeth were still bleeding for a whole day and even now I feel very sore every time I brush my teeth. The young one who is working in that clinic should need to offer free service for a while in order to gain more experience , rather than pointing her fingers around.

Thanks to her warm and reassuring approach, he felt so comfortable that he ended up deciding to go ahead with both fillings instead of just the one we had planned! It was such a relief to see him so calm and at ease. Dr. Manya’s gentle manner and genuine care made all the difference. Fantastic experience: My whole family go to 32 Pearl Dentist Tarneit and we’re very happy with them, most importantly we have a 23-year-old autistic son that we were very worried about at the start but Dr. Mohammed made our son feel comfortable right from the very start. Our son has had many procedures done now and due to Dr. Mohammed our son now has a beautiful healthy smile. Our son is non-verbal to strangers and still to this day has not spoken to Dr. Mohammed but he connects with him in other ways and for Dr Mohammed to achieve this I know my son has full confidence in him. We did not know how our son would react the first time I took him there but his teeth needed to be looked after and we had to put our trust in someone and I’m glad it was Dr. Mohammed. We recommend anyone that has a young child or adult child With special needs please do yourself a favour and go and visit this dentist. You will not be disappointed. I recommend making an appointment in advance to save time. - My check-up and clean appointment was at 9:00 AM - I was out by 9:45 AM — quick, smooth, and efficient Service and Care The team was professional and friendly. I saw Dr Mohammed, who was: - Polite, respectful, and informative - Thorough in explaining each step of the process, which I appreciated since it had been a while since my last clean - Kind enough to point out that I had been over-brushing, which led to gum recession He took the time to explain how to brush correctly and provided helpful long-term care tips, including: 1. Floss daily 2. Brush away from the gum line 3. Spend 2 minutes brushing to ensure full coverage 4. Use a gentle back-and-forth motion on top and bottom teeth (flat parts) 5. Negative experience: I had an exceptionally disappointing experience at 32 Pearl Dental Clinic at Tarneit Central. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Rodney for 11:00 AM. After waiting for 20 minutes past the appointment time, I enquired about the delay only to be informed that Dr. Rodney had gone shopping. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It demonstrates a disregard for patients' time and shows a severe lack of respect and responsibility. I would strongly advise reconsidering any appointments at this clinic or with Dr Rodney.
