Negative experience: I went here early this year because I was too busy to got to my regular dental clinic. I am having trouble claiming my recent dental scale clean done by my regular dentist, and I have found out they put over 400 dollars on the receipt and that ate up my insurance policy. And he main reason i went back to my regular dentist in 50 mins drive away is because DR. Wong didn't clean my teath properly, with spots missed all over the place.

Fantastic experience: I have a crippling phobia of the dentist, and really struggle in the lead up to each trip. Previously, I would visit different dentists each time in the hopes of magically finding one I felt confident and comfortable returning to. Sounds unrealistic, but after being referred to Preston Supreme Dental, I found just that! Each dentist and dental assistant I’ve had is super professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful! Alex and Brendan are both awesome, and a special shout-out to Alison, who I met today and who did an amazing job and who made me feel safer than I thought possible while in a dentist chair. Marcus is also incredibly kind and professional and does an amazing job. And the lovely receptionist whose name I can’t recall (so sorry!) that is always super warm and welcoming.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience here few years later the tooth they operated on was ruined beyond repair thankfully another dentist figured out what they did and fixed it. HIGHLY NOT recommended. They are doing deals n Groupons for a reason.

Fantastic experience: I just had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Preston Supreme Dental. On my extended travels from the UK, I like to keep on top of my health and booked a check up and clean. I am a nervous patient at the dentist but Dr Alison Lau was extremely understanding of my disposition and made me feel completely at ease. She and her highly competent assistant Lily were extremely thorough, professional and informative. They took photos of my teeth and the images instantly came up on the screen showing the state of my teeth, and they were able to explain what was required in the short and long term for their preservation. I did need a cavity and they were able to fit me in just 30minutes after my initial appointment - the procedure completely pain free!! It took the 20minutes Dr Lau said it would take and she talked me through each step explaining in precise detail what I would feel, offering to stop at any time I felt uncomfortable (which I didn’t). I cant praise Dr Alison Lau highly enough, along with her assistant Lily, and Pearl on the front desk who, all combined, help to make this a pain free and really helpful experience. There seem to be a lot of dentists in the Thornbury and Preston area and not knowing which one to choose if you are new to the area (or, like me, passing through) can be difficult. I actually tried ringing others initially based on reviews and they never answered their phones or kept me waiting on hold for ages. I’m so pleased that Pearl took my call, was able to book me in quickly and if the rating was out of 100, they would get 100!! Thanks again Preston Supreme Dental, you are SUPREME!!

Fantastic experience: My two teenage daughters went and they needed to get work done. After their positive experience I decided to book myself in. I found them to be very thorough overall and very reasonably priced for a dentist. The kids were completely free under Medicare and they didn’t try to add on any out of pocket extras, just because they could. Staff are polite and helpful too. I recommend this dentist!

Positive experience: Saw Dr Brendan for a check and clean. Was very thorough, and was happy to answer any questions I have. Didn't fill like I was rushed because I was using a Groupon deal. The reason it wasn't 5 star was the waiting time. I had to wait >30mins. The reception apologies later, which was appreciated. Saw Dr. Brendan again a couple of days later for a filling, he was excellent, price reasonable and appointment on time. What more can you ask for?

I have had several root canals etc beforehand through other dentists that were rough experiences and went in for a wisdom tooth removal. I must say Daniel did an amazing job. I was made aware of what was happening every step of the way and was confirmed several times throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay and nothing was painful. Negative experience: 这家诊所别去，烂得抠脚，三流医生。去检查牙齿，大牙有蛀牙，根本没蛀到神经，又不痛，只是浅龋。医生就说什么大牙太里面了不好弄啊有可能会拔掉什么的。Excuse me？拔掉你在冲三小？心里非常不安，于是只让医生补了其中一颗，补也没有补很好，牙齿一直不能正常使用，过了一周才好。连x光片也拍的十分模糊。无语子。

Was told I also needed a filling which would I booked in a week later & for done . Also satisfied when the service & price . Was told I had a loose upper wisdom tooth & booked in to have that removed. Very pleased with the tooth extraction , they took an ex ray to confirm then the procedure followed up with another X-ray to make sure all the tooth was removed , all in 35 minutes , price was good also . I will be using this place for future dental services , good service & price .

Fantastic experience: For me, going to the dentist has always been a nightmare and I have only had traumatic experiences in the past as I have very sensitive teeth and not all the dentist know how to do their job carefully. However, today I can say that it was very different and I even felt relaxed! The dentist was very gentle, considerate and caring. He spent almost one-hour checking, cleaning and explaining to me all the possible problems that could cause sensitive teeth. He even showed me how to clean and brush my teeth correctly, which is something no one has ever done before! So I do recommend him definitely. Thank you so much!
