Fantastic experience: I've been here twice and the place is amazing. I hate the dentist but the team here are very professional and make it a pleasant experience. I recommend it to everyone in the area.

Fantastic experience: Have lovely white veneer teeth by Dr Mariana Habil. So wonderful. She puts you at ease, and affordable.

Negative experience: I had a great experience in this clinic in the past, but unfortunately not a few weeks ago with Dr Sharma. The staff is still friendly and nice there... however, even if i use my best vocabulary, I cannot describe Dr Sharma's attitude better than negligent. I had discomfort and loose filling in one tooth to the point that food got stuck in the crack between the feeling and tooth; and I had a loose filling and cracks in another tooth. You don't need to be a dentist to identify these as the problem. Dr Sharma confidently reassured me that there is nothing wrong with my filings and they sit perfectly solid in their places. Today I had these two fillings replaced by another dentist along with treating nasty decays underneath (the obvious common sense reason why the fiilings got loose!) - thanks to God I didn't believe Dr Sharma and went to someone else to double check. If I didn't - it would be poisoning me and affecting my health for who knows how much longer... Dr Sharms, if they didn't teach you in your dental school that loose fillings don't happen without a reason, my non-dental advice to you is: THERE IS ALWAYS A REASON FOR LOOSE FILLINGS , SO PLEASE TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY for the sake of the people who trust you. Thank you for cleaning my teeth externally, but once again, my non-dental common sense suggestion to you is: INTERNAL TOOTH DECAY REQUIRES FAR MORE URGENT ATTENTION THAN EXTERNAL CLEANING.

As i had a very bad experience in the past,i was a bit hesitant to attend another dentist but to my surprise,l had a very good experience with DrT.Nguyen at Carrum Downs Dental Care. VIC. He is very experienced. He explains procedures pre and post care in a clear and understandable manner,with strong credentials. He is certainly very advanced in dental technology. Updated techniques and enhanced the quality of dental care.Uses modern practice. He prioritises patient comfort and effective communication.l had a very pain free procedure done didn't feel pain nor discomfort. In conclusion Dr. T.Nguyen stands out as a reliable choice and committed to patient satisfaction.l would recommend Dr. T.Nguyen to anyone

Fantastic experience: The dentist Dr Haidee Creber and the dentist nurse.. really took great care of me, and make sure that I was comfortable through the whole process.. I did not feel the injections for the numbing, and also the Dental nurse changed the nozzle on the suction.. because the other one was making my teeth sensitive.. I could not ask for better Service.. plus I believe I’ve never been treated that way before especially going to the dentist…

Fantastic experience: Dr Tri is the best. I don’t want to recommend him as he’ll become too popular and I’ll never get in to see him. Honestly I am a big chicken but he’s the only dentist who makes me feel so comfortable. He explains all the procedures to me, he takes his time, and doesn’t just do something for the sake of it. He cares. He’s the best. All the team at Carrum Downs dental are wonderful and caring. Cannot recommend their services enough.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment online due to lower wisdom tooth pain. On the day of my appointment the staff went over my options, examined me, took some x-rays and then pulled the tooth right then and there under local anaesthesia. I was in and out within an hour! I felt the price was also reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michelle Wong is my dentist and she looks after my dental needs well. I cannot thank her enough for her caring heart and patient-centred approach in addition to her finest clinical reasoning for diagnosis and exceptional surgical skills. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Carrum Downs Dental Care for a while now, everyone including the dentists to the staff are very friendly, professional and personal, the friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I found the dentists polite, factual and most of all caring. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently, to the extent I even received a follow up phone call after a procedure just to check in. There is ample free parking with an easy stroll into the bright and fashionable foyer. All areas of the clinic are modern and spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly dentists, I've seen multiple dentists here and both the dentists and their assistants are very welcoming and communicate very well. As someone who was very uncomfortable with dental visits in general, my previous dentist retired and I was very worried about anyone new, but this place has been great. Fortunately for me I was seeing them as a public patient with a private clinic voucher, so 8 can't speak for cost precisely, but if the actual cost is the same as what they charge against the voucher, I would say they are very affordable.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental scenario with extreme pain & discomfort. I phoned & was seen immediately within a few hours. I was given a more thorough dental treatment for the same issue that was not managed by another dentist 2 days prior, who gave me an incorrect diagnosis & prognosis. As a private-health-insurance approved dental clinic Being that I was in extreme pain & in distress, my experience from the first second to walking in to this state-of-the-art clinic was only that of a positive experience. From the second I walked in to this beautifully decorated modern wating room, to the welcoming smiles of the reception staff, eager to answer any questions I may have, my appointment time was also prompt. The professionalism & expertise from my dental technician was way above standards that I would have expected from any dentist in the past. My procedure was a challenging one, being in the chair for 2 1/2 hrs. Small details like having a tv on the wall & another one on the roof that I could watch while having treatment just adds value to the whole dentistry experience. The dental nurse constantly asked if I would like to change channels or change volume, especially since I was in the chair for 2 1/2 hrs! After my procedure, the professional dental technician explained my options, gave me brochures explaining the different options and clear quotes for each option and the time-frame expected for each option. Post-care instructions were given to me, and any questions I had, I was welcome to contact the clinic directly with any potential complications or questions. I felt like I was in the safest of hands.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic bunch of people, made my 5yo very comfortable and we're very caring and understanding. Did an awesome job and were really easy and enjoyable to deal with. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Positive experience: Dr Mihika is amazing with my kids and so thorough in her approach. My kids are two and four and love visiting the dentist, she makes them feel so at ease, a perfect ten out of ten score for Dr Mihika. It is just a shame I cannot attend the practice anymore since they have confirmed they are not replacing the hygenist that left. I now travel across town to receive a clean with a hygenist even though I would love to come here! Please hire a hygenist

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dental clinic, could not more highly recommended.Dr Ali has been working on my sons teeth for over a year and could no be more happy and great full for his professionalism best in the business. All the dental nurses go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable with a smile on their faces the entire time.Brilliant family friendly clinic, would not trust anyone else with our teeth.

Negative experience: My visit started off badly when it was cold and rainy, and I tried to enter from the Main Street. There was a staff member going in but they told me I’d have to walk around the back (in the icy rain) without any apology or feeling of empathy. The dentist was over 10 minutes late and when I asked how long the wait would be (I was there between jobs) I was taken straight in. I was there because I had a filling fall out, but once in the room I was pretty confused by having a crown recommended instead of a filling. Ive had a lot of dental work in the past, which hasn’t gone well and so I was nervous to spend $1650 with someone I just met, and decided to just go with the filling for now. The filling seemed to go fine, but the assistant didn’t seem confident with the suction at all. First she wasn’t getting the water and I was struggling to keep from choking on it. Then when I brought this to their attention she actually gagged me with the suction tube! When I went to pay there was no one there so I rang the bell once, then again a few minutes later, then had to go looking for someone to take my payment. She was also quite rude, and when I asked if I was good to leave she roller her eyes and said “see ya” in a sarcastic tone. I have a long history of traumatic dental work, and I always struggle in a dental clinic. I had high hopes for this practice as they came highly recommended, but I was very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Mihika. She is great with children and adults alike. I love the TVs they have installed on the roof which comes in handy when lying there for an hour for root canals etc.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction at this clinic and the experience was a good one (strange to say) but I felt comfortable and did not experience one bit of pain during the procedure which was over in minutes and my recovery went well with no pain or medication needed. I don’t write reviews generally but felt that my experience was worth sharing for those looking for a great clinic..

Negative experience: I attended the clinic a couple of months ago. Friendly staff , but unfortunately in pain ever since ( more than before) will have to spend more money to get it fixed again- just 2 month later . Unfortunately feel like I waisted my time and money.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mihika is an absolute goddess with kids. She goes above and beyond to provide the best care with the maximum amount of fun! I was quite anxious about my child's appointments and there was no need to be! Not only did she look after us well in the clinic itself but personally spoke to specialists so that we were seen at a priority externally. The kids love going to the dentist now and ofcourse the on demand tv on the ceiling is a huge plus Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Incredible service, care and information from Dr Tri and Maddie during my son's appointment today. I honestly could not ask for a better local dentist and practice. Dr Tri always provides the best information and truly the best dentist I've ever seen and he was amazing with him. My son is 6 and had to have an unexpected extraction and the patience by the both Dr Tri and Maddie was amazing. Thank you guys so much!

Positive experience: Had my wisdom teeth out and had a great experience with the dentist, she was gentle and calm and had a great bedside manner, cannot fault my experience with her at all, but I developed dry socket a few days later causing excruciating pain and when I called up, your receptionist that was on that morning brushed it off and said ‘we’re busy’ and that I would have to wait til the next available appointment which was another 48 hours away. I’m not saying I’m more important than anyone else but I guess I assumed that a dental emergency would be taken a little more seriously. I said to book me in for that appointment and hung up the phone. After contacting another dentist and them telling me to come down right away, I was seen to and sent on my way in 5 minutes. After realising this could be such a quick fix I was left feeling deflated at the treatment from your receptionist and called back to cancel my new appointment. She said nothing to me other than that it was cancelled and then hung up without any other comment. While the dentists at this clinic are AMAZING, I feel this receptionist needs some more training and maybe a stress management course because she clearly couldn’t cope with a ‘busy’ day. And I do find it a shame because I loved the dentist I saw but I can’t bring myself to come back just yet to a clinic where I was treated like just another number by the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I and my daughter have been seeing Dr Tri for years. He's always been wonderful with us. Recently I had to have a tooth extraction(with an access ouch), which I was really nervous about, having heard horror stories from other people, not just the procedure itself but also the downtime I would have to have off work. Dr Tri was so good at what he does as always, not only the procedure went so well, my downtime was 2 Panadol and 2 Nurofen, then no bleeding no pain, I couldn't believe the difference a good dentist can make. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gentle dentists. They have been patient and empathetic with me and my daughter. I have a lot of dental fear but getting work done was easy here, they are also one of the only dentists offering nitrous oxide in the area which completly takes the pain and fear away. I have recommended my whole family come here.

Fantastic experience: I have a terrible fear of dentist, to the point of being banned from one in Cranbourne for wasting their time. Dr Mariana and her assistant Farzana understood my fears, were calm and patient. I even received a sticker for being brave and I am 55 years old. Due to my past experience it has taken me years to undergo the treatment I needed, but thanks to these two wonderful people I am finally doing it !

Fantastic experience: One of the nicest Dentist’s I have found in many years. Dr Mariana Habil, is an outstanding gentle caring person who makes you feel very welcome. Dr Mariana recommended that I have adhesive restoration on my four front teeth. I was not really sure what they were going to turn out like, but was happy to trust her. It was a 1 hr appointment. At the end the dental assistant and Dr Mariana we’re saying how nice my teeth looked. I was so excited to see what they had achieved in that hr. I was handed a mirror for the big reveal. I could not believe my eyes !!!!!!!!!! I have never seen my teeth look so beautiful . I was in absolute shock. I can’t stop looking at them. I would never have experienced this if Dr Mariana, had not shown the initiative to recommend this treatment. I cannot thank her enough. Thanks Dr Mariana, for making me feel like (for the first time in a long time ) I can smile with confidence. This was not an expensive procedure and was mostly covered by Private Health Cover. Fantastic experience: After finding out a few people I know visit the same dentist, we all agree Dr.Fady is one of the only dentists we have ever been to see who is able to give a completely pain free anesthetic and he should be sharing this technique with other dentists. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic clinic! They were so wonderful with my son Brax (8) who has a bad “gag reflex”! He was very anxious and self-conscious about this little problem but after a visit at this clinic he was completely CURED of his gag reflex and anxiousness and can’t wait to go back! Fantastic experience: Over the past year I have had to have so many procedures because my teeth were in such poor condition after years of neglect, most of which were completed during my second pregnancy do to high risk of infection. All the staff at carrum downs dental took excellent care of me especially Dr Mariana she was so careful and always made sure i was safe and comfortable not mention she gave me a complete make over saving my teeth and giving me back my confidence. Would highly recommend their services to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible tooth ache and was extremely nervous when booking the appointment as I hadn’t been to a dentist in years, upon my arrival I was instantly comfortable as the staff are so warm and welcoming! Not only were they extremely helpful with explanations of each issue they found but when getting the work done the team were incredible at letting me know what was happening when it was happening and how it was happening keeping me extremely informed and comfortable through out!
