Fantastic experience: I am thrilled with my local dentist at Yeronga. Great customer service. Dr Dash, the dentist and his wife, Pavi (the hygenist) put patient comfort first. I love the nitrous oxide which enables me to relax for dental procedures. Hygene treatment is painless. I love the candy coloured stream line dental chair.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Was welcomed politely by Kajal although I was a bit late, Dr Dash was friendly and he knew what he is doing. My tooth extractions were painless and he made it look easy, He is engaging and asked me to inform him if I had any pain during the process. Staff was friendly. Procedure and instruments were new and sterile. Post procedure instructions well explained. post procedure followup is phenomenal Highly recomended.

Fantastic experience: I had a cavity filled yesterday and was the last patient of the day. The cavity was quite large, so the procedure took a bit longer. Even though it was already getting late, the dentist was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the treatment. The receptionist and nurses were also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Dash is very professional and patient-oriented - he always checks without fail to make sure I've received enough anaesthesia during procedures and he's very conscious of giving regular breaks to close my mouth/rest for a minute. I've had several routine checks and procedures here, including a root canal and 2 wisdom tooth extractions. My experience has always been comfortable and the recovery quick and painless, not to mention the prices incredibly reasonable as well. I've even received texts/emails on the day following the procedure to make sure I'm ok, which really takes patient care and empathy to a whole new level. I've since moved too far away to come here, but I would highly recommend to those who can.

Fantastic experience: Dash is a very gentle dentist. Apparently it isn’t kosher to laugh during a root canal-but it’s that good. I wouldn’t say that I love the dentist - but this is as close as it gets.

And was very uncomfortable but I thought it was normal, thought that’s as good as it gets. But Hanny showed me what I was missing. I’m an anxious patient and I’m now very comfortable with Hanny. Very careful and methodical, checking all the way that I’m comfortable and not in any pain. So glad now. Wish I found Ria dental sooner.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always phone to confirm our appointments (thank goodness for their reminder calls!) Unlike some dental offices where you feel like you’re about to be hit with a surprise bill that could fund a small country, I think Ria Family Dental offers reasonable prices. I always get very nervous going to the dentist so they make sure that I'm always comfortable and go out of there with follow up calls to make sure everything is ok.

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had a filling done. Sensitivity didn't go away, went back couple of months later. Was told nothing to worry about. Sensitivity still didn't go away so got second opinion and x-rays. Filling hadn't sealed with tooth, and had started rotting underneath. Have just had filling replaced, but rot was so deep, the tooth may not survive and I'll need a root canal. A very costly experience. - Wow - Their response below is completely inaccurate. Thankfully the new filling seems to have saved the tooth.
