Four years ago, I posted having just finished the journey of having both of my front teeth replaced with implants and crowns. I could not speak highly enough of the technical expertise, professionalism and care I experienced then, and can repeat it again now in relation to my daughter's orthodontic treatment. Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental care and patient experience all around. From booking over the phone through the appointments for my children (aged 6, 4, and 2), I can’t imagine any improvements to be made. My son aged 6 was made to feel very comfortable during his cleaning and subsequent cavity fillings, which did not require freezing. The dentist and hygienist made him feel very comfortable and confident and he left even more enthusiastic about dental care than when we arrived. I also appreciate that all visits for my children were positive experiences, very child-centric and focused on reinforcing good dental health behaviours. May I also add that the receptionist is absolutely lovely and was the deciding factor in our booking the kids in for their appointments.
