Fantastic experience: Dr Louis the best ! Great service and explained everything to me so I malea informed decision. On next next steps

Negative experience: My wife and daughter have both been here twice and are continually stuffed around. Today they had the first two bookings for the day at 8 and 8:30am for their second visits. Yesterday they had been rung by the practice three times to change times and dentist's they would be seen by. Today my wife was seen on time but my 11 year old daughter's appointment was an hour late, when it was supposed to be 8:30am. Their work is ok but the management is woefully. We will not be returning. Going to the dentist in the Stocklands centre from now on. Would give a zero star if possible. I don't usually give bad reviews but this has been excessively bad service.

Fantastic experience: The ladies that I had were amazing in comforting me, what was a routine extraction turned to a surgical procedure. Dr Sona Sojan was amazing as was her dental assistant Taylor. Highly recommend this practice to anyone, even the reception staff are kind, caring & friendly.

Fantastic experience: Sona is a wonderful person and a great dentist she is very thorough in her search for the issue and making sure I leave the surgery pain free. The front-end staff are genuine in their service and phone calls the next day to check a pleasant. I recommend Gentle dental to everyone in the Bay.

Positive experience: Nice people and clean space. But 430 for a first time visit, one tooth deep clean and an xray seemed a little high in the end. Though it got rid of my pain, I might have to find a cheaper place or just knock it out myself next time.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Gentle Dental. Dr Jeremy Collins makes you feel right at home and all your fears disappear. ( I don’t like going to any dentist - but Jeremy has changed all that) He takes his time to explain what will happen and throughout the procedure has a very calm manner constantly checking in to ensure you are ok. Highly recommend him for any dental treatment you need done.The staff that work alongside him all show a genuine, caring manner as well.

Fantastic experience: My first time at this dental surgery, Dr Jeremy Collins was great explaining everything clearly. His nurse/assistant on the day was very nice. The whole consultation was very relaxing & the cost was reasonable, even if I didn't have private health. All staff, from reception, dentist & nurse were very friendly. I would recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a dentist in the hervey bay area.

Fantastic experience: Had to take my, as always, very nervous self in for an emergency appointment to see to a broken filling. Dr Louis and his assistant were just amazing - very calm and very reassuring during the entire procedure, letting me know what was going on at every step. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and I've confidently scheduled my next appointment in a few weeks time.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Gentle Dental! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the environment was clean and calming. I really appreciate their attention to detail and care.

Negative experience: Not recommended, would have given a ZERO. Showed up for an appointment booked weeks in advance to be told the appointment had been cancelled and no one knows by whom. According to admin lady, they have a new system in place and they can't tell who made the cancellation. Not so gentle.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been beyond happy with our recent experiences at Gentle Dental. I have been very nervous in the past when going to the dentist. Dr Louis is incredibly welcoming and understanding, putting me at ease. Between the two of us we have had several fillings, crowns and an extraction. All of which have been very smooth procedures and Dr Louis was so gentle during my extraction that the after pain was minimal. Tay the dental assistant is also incredible. She had a warm, gentle presence that puts you at ease. We look forward to continuing the journey to get our best smiles !

Fantastic experience: I simply cannot speak highly enough for the advice, care and service received from Dr Louis and the marvellous friendly team. Having had serious misgivings about getting a crown, today I have had my first truly pain free day in 3 years. So happy. As for the recent hygiene clean by the amazing Dr Olivia, fabulous. Thank you all.

Negative experience: Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend. My partner and I both saw Dr John Yun for a check up and clean. The clean was an extremely rushed and poor job. He was also extremely judgemental when going through the history, especially when he asked about soft drink consumption and I told him I have 1 or 2 cans per week of sugar free soft drink. I was also given a quote for a previous hole in my tooth that needed to be fixed. Was told best case scenario was almost $700 for a filling, and worst case scenario $6.5k for a root canal treatment. I went for a second opinion at another dentist and was quoted $300 for the filling or $2.5k for the root canal treatment. Definitely not gentle on the wallet.

Fantastic experience: I had a toothed ache for 7-8 weeks. I booked into gentle dental, Dr Josh came in on his day off and worked aside Jordan and Olivia. I had 2 teeth removed under happy gas. What an amazing team work there. Talked me through everything, reassured me that everything was okay. Could not recommend gentle dental enough. No pain at all, absolutley wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I am a pensioner and I had $820 voucher for dental work to be done. I had been there before and had a great experience, however the receptionist would not let me make an appointment unless I presented my voucher in person because people don’t turn up for appointments to which I said that I always do, and they have to look after their customers, she would not even let me book tentatively until I could present my voucher. So I said fine I’ll go elsewhere which I did! Terrible customer service because I was a pensioner!!

Fantastic experience: My dentist Luis George listened attentively to my lament regarding the state of my teeth due to health issues. He gave me a needle to deaden pain prior to filling a tooth, that I barely felt. Cleaning my teeth was thorough and efficient. He was very diplomatic and said my teeth were not as bad as I thought. His assistant was excellent, as well as all the office staff. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: We as a family have been seeing Josh for all our dental needs, since he first opened. He has always been caring and compassionate, I have a fear of dentists and he has completely changed that view. Just this year, l have had extensive dental work done , which includes a Bali made dental bridge removed, teeth extacted. Josh then put in 6 dental implants and a temporary dental plate . All was done under sedation. With regular check ups during the past 7 months, lots of discussion on size, colours and fit, I now have my permanent dental plate. I cannot be more happier we as a family 100% recommend Josh and he's crew. A special thankyou to Brooke who always talked me through my anxiety. Thank you Josh, you have given me, more confidence than I've had for a long time. Time to smile

I am petrified of dentists but he made me feel at ease it was a pleasure to start going back to a dentist. Also the dental nurses and receptionists are very polite and nothing is an issue. Fantastic experience: From my wife: Suffering from anxiety, it was such a relief to be treated with such kindness and compassion from the first emergency appt last week, when they fitted me in with no vacancies! After 3 hours today, would definitely recommend any of the dentists. The dentists, their assistants and the receptionists were fantastic!!

From my initial appointment through to my ongoing treatment I have been highly impressed with the level of service. Not only was I quoted for the proposed treatment but everything was explained in detail upfront and again each step of the way. I have always felt at ease during treatment and they live up to their name, Gentle Dental. I’d like to add that the positive experience (yes, a positive dental experience) extends from the time you arrive and are greeted by the reception staff, through to the dentist and the dental assistants. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth shatter on me yesterday afternoon and the team had me in on a cancellation the next day. I made special arrangements to leave work and was in and out and back at work in under an hour. I was impressed with the clean and modern surgery but more importantly the friendly and professional service that all staff showed me. A wonderful business and I would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a place to make their dental practice!!!!

As soon as I entered the super clean amazing almost showroom like dentist facility I immediately felt at ease with the friendly staff and professionalism. I am nervous and apprehensive on what was going to happen etc. Dr John and the nurses were extremely forthcoming, gentle, friendly and there precision and expertise was amazing to watch. I never thought I would actually ever enjoy a dentist visit. Dr John was honest, direct in a fantastic way, his experience and expertise put me at complete ease and I knew I was dealing with a complete expert, expert team and company. Fantastic experience: I’m a real scaredy-cat when it comes to a dentist however they are very professional, pain free and very through with a fully costed plan on what you need to get your perfect teeth. I was also impressed with the technology to track progress with scans, photos and able to build crowns immediately, My teeth were a mess and now I’m very happy to smile.

Negative experience: I feel that I was overserviced when all I wanted was a very loose tooth extracted. X rays, an examination ( nothing was said to me after the examination!!) Yes, tooth was removed pain free but I feel the cost was exorbitant. Not so gentle on the wallet!!
