Fantastic experience: Choosing a dental clinic was a daunting task, especially for my elderly mum. I looked up and spoke to a few clinics but their genuine friendly staff won me over from the get go. The staff were extremely courteous and Dr. Tracey’s gentle approach in patient care during the whole process was very helpful in putting mum at ease. Westside Dental Clinic stands out for its use of advanced technology and emphasis on patient comfort. The 3D digital imaging technology provided a painless experience. The fees are very transparent—he always explains the costs clearly and checks if you’re happy to proceed before doing anything. He cleaned my teeth thoroughly and carefully. I also really appreciate that he never pressured me to rush into fillings or other treatments that aren't urgent. Negative experience: First, the price is very high, more than double that of other dental clinics. Removal of a tooth cost me $500; a similar tooth mounth before removal was only $235 in other clinics. Also, the dentist, Dr. An Doung, was very aggressive; He didn't even say hello.

Fantastic experience: Best clinic on the Westside. I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned here for a few yrs alrdy, and the results are consistently outstanding. The staffs are very considerate, welcoming and I genuinely feel cared for. The dentists are very impressive as they have a good understanding of their patients’ needs and take the time to reassure u if u have any concerns/insecurities about ur oral health. Additionally, they maintain a respectful approach regardless of me being stubborn about my wisdom teeth >.<.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience here during clean and checkup, dentist had a terrible bedside manner and felt rushed to finish the appointment. Wanted to charge extra fees I wasn't informed of, even though I asked about fees beforehand. Wasn't able to get the information I wanted out of the checkup for a particular issue and ended up having to go to a second dentist to resolve them. Clean was alright but still below average. Honestly feel ripped off and wish I had gone to that other dentist first.

Negative experience: I have been going for treatments at this place for about six years. I had my worst experience in six years when I got a severe tooth ache. I was sitting there crying for help. They did nothing at all other than keep me waiting. They don't know how to handle an emergency. Front staff is horrible. This used to be a better place earlier. Not anymore. Even the practicing dentists are not the same staff as earlier. Thank you very much. Lets talk about the 3 D scan that was never wanted. Exposing me to 20 times more radiation. You are never acceping. Did I asked you to cancel someone 's appointment? I was totally ignored and mistreated. You are never accepting.

Reception staff are amazing and friendly, Filipino reception who are learning the communication and process of the clinic are an amazing things to see for my fellow people. I can see that they are enjoying the experience and providing friendly customer service. Dr An Duong, a young professional, great personality, high potential. Good knowledge on his practice in dentistry and most important he show his passion on dental health. Amazing dental clean skills and treatment planning. Dental assistant, while shy and quiet, her chairside assisting skills was gentle. They offer great features in terms of processing your payment including; private health insurance (gap payment may required varies from providers). Another bonus if you are utilising Afterpay for any Gap payment. Experience will make this team flourish and may provide great quality Dental Health Awareness. Lots of Love

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience here at Westside dental. Had excruciating dental pain after putting the dentist off for years. Was able to get an appointment for the following day . They were running on time, practically called in the minute I sat down in the waiting room. Dr Raymond Chan was fantastic. Made me feel so comfortable, and the dental assistant was very sweet. I went in knowing I would probably need a number of things done . Turns out I needed 5 fillings. He took photos and explained everything, and wasn’t pushy into getting expensive treatments. My fillings were all done in the one sitting, very efficient and fantastic job.
