I've been a regular for about a year now and recently I had the most seamless and stress-free experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to go and visit Super Smile dentist at Chipping Norton for they had a promo going. I was amused of the way they X-ray my teeth and followed up watching all my teeth on a tv in a 3D vision was unbelievable. I have not experienced this before and recommend 100% value of treatment being done and the dentist. Once they explain your issues in the office by the beautiful team they have a no pressure with making you feel comfortable. I decided to get what was needed had a few teeth to be pulled out fix up and the value of the price was pretty good so I decided and agreed to get them done and I just sent in for my last time and I’m just so please I went to Super Smile the Dr is awesome did a fantastic job and very easy to talk to him of other stuff with his work is amazing and will want you to look fantastic he takes his wirk to the point that his happy and your happy the effort and energy he puts in us a massive tick. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Elisabeth (Client Experience Manager) at the front desk. She kindly seated us and guided us through the process of filling out my fiancé’s details with care and attention. The appointment with Dr. Cal was nothing short of outstanding. It included a comprehensive assessment along with a 3D scan and X-ray of my fiancé’s teeth—completely free of charge. The technology used was incredible, and the whole process felt seamless and modern. After the scans, Elisabeth and Dr. Cal guided us into a beautiful room with comfortable chairs and a large screen that displayed both the X-ray and 3D interactive scan. Dr. Cal explained everything in detail—professionally and clearly—outlining all the possible treatment options based on the assessment. I want to give a special mention to Elisabeth, who was an absolute gem. She was incredibly compassionate and empathetic, especially when it came to my fiancé’s anxiety. She broke down the treatment plan step by step, explained the costs transparently, and even discussed anxiety support options like nitrous oxide (“happy gas”). She explained and guided my fiancé through what the dental journey would look like perfectly. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had at any medical or dental appointment. My fiancé and I left feeling informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Thank you to Melissa, Elisabeth, and Dr. Cal—you’ve set a new standard for what healthcare should feel like. Fantastic experience: I was referred here by Abdul from Casula denture clinic. I had expressed to Abdul that I wanted the best dentist inorder to give me a solution to fix my teeth , due to the fact I was still in my 40's and had lost most of my upper teeth several yrs ago and I had been experiencing depression for a long time cause I could never smile nor eat, and also I had multiple differentiating opinions from other dentists regarding getting implants. So I made the call to super smiles dental and the secretary made me an appointment. Upon arriving I met Elizebeth and Melissa who are just the most beautiful, friendly and professional secretaries I have ever met. Within minutes I was escorted inside by Dr Cal , who specialises in implants and all other major work. He took all necessary X rays and scans and then gave me a solution to my problem which I never thought possible. He told me he would place 4 implants in my mouth and I would also need some bone grafting. So I booked an appointment to have the procedure done. On the day of my appointment I went into the surgery and found a whole team of the most amazing people who assisted Dr Cal with the procedure. I was absolutely terrified and thought the procedure would take atleast 4_5 hrs. But when I say this dentist is a miracle worker and gods send, I'm not kidding, he and his team where absolutely just amazing and I was done in approx. 2hrs. This is by far the best dentist in the world and I cannot recommend them enough, from the girls at the front desk , to Dr Cal himself and his whole team, all I can see is WOW just WOW. And it has now been 1 week since and I did not get a single bit of swelling or inflammation at all. Dr Cal told me I was in the best of hands and I sure was, I hit the jackpot. It was just so comforting and such a great feeling to finally have found a dentist with so much love and compassion for his work and clients. I cannot recommend Super Smiles Dental enough. I cannot wait to get my final snap in dentures put in so I can be able to smile again for the first time in yrs, and to be able to chew without being in pain all the time. Most of all I cannot wait to live a normal life.

My son and I have both experienced dental trauma in the past and I have cried at every dental appointment I’ve ever attended. When we met Dr Bilal it really did change for us. My initial consultation was with Dr. Zamil Nazim, who took the time to thoroughly explain what the procedure would entail, which immediately reassured me. However, on the night before step one of my procedure, I was extremely anxious due to a bad experience with a previous dentist. When I arrived, Elizabeth and Melisa at reception greeted me with warmth and kindness, instantly calming my nerves. They assured me I was in good hands, and they absolutely delivered on that promise. I underwent a teeth cleaning and bone grafting as the first step toward getting a dental implant. Dr. Veronica and her dental assistant were fantastic! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and approachable, making me feel as though I’d known them for years. Their expertise shone through, and they made the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Mohammad performed the bone grafting, and I was blown away by his gentleness and professionalism. Melissa at the front desk was incredibly friendly, even though I got no luck in my first call, but Melissa later called back with an open slot (thank you for squeezing me in that day before your clinic closes). Dr. Muhammad Ridha handled my case with expertise, professionally assessing the problem and explaining I needed a root canal and offering flexible, various options, including no-interest payment options. The treatment was painless, the payment was affordable, and Melissa was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout all the payment options processes and explained all options patiently. Though it's a bit far from Greenacre, where I live, I’ll definitely return for future treatments—it was absolutely worth the trip!

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!! I was petrified of removing 4 of my wisdom teeth. I was recommended this place and received a free consultation. They were very professional. I received a free scan and they took the time to go through the scan with me to show me the problem areas. I was very worried about paying for the surgery but also the pain. They offered a Payment plan and offered me the solution of being asleep throughout the surgery. I woke up feeling no pain, and all staff were there to comfort me upon waking up and received follow-up calls and another free consultation after a few days of recovering . Fantastic experience: A very caring and understanding clinic, i had a tooth infection which resulted to half of my face being swollen, waited 12 hours in Liverpool hospital to be told they cant do anything, luckily enough Super smiles dental accepted me without an appointment and free consultation plus a discounted service as i had insufficient funds. Fantastic experience: The team have been amazing. Been avoiding going to the dental clinic due to phobia as a kid. That said, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel at ease. Elizabeth was professional at answering all my queries and Dr Mira did my treatment with such ease , I barely even remembered that I was having my teeth done. Kudos to such lovely team , definitely gonna recommend to my friends and family. :)

Fantastic experience: I have been putting off going to the dentist as I get very anxious about it. I can honestly say this was the best dentist experience I have had. I explained how anxious I get going to the dentist and the staff were very accomodating. Amazing customer service. All the staff were very personable and professional. Explained everything, gave options and made me feel at ease. Everyone made me feel calm and comfortable before treatment started and throughout the treatment. I’m definitely happy to go back and have already made my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation free of charge which included x-ray, a scan and some referrals! They were able to chat to me about the procedures I want and needed done with. Everyone was welcoming and professional from the receptionist to your actual dentist. They weren’t pushy about the procedures either so you can think about it! Best dentist I’ve gone to and booked my second appointment already. I would highly recommend to anyone that’s in the hunt for a Dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: This has to be without doubt the best dental practice I have ever visited in my entire life! Right from the start with the front office staff (Elizabeth & Melissa) to the Dental Assistant (Katie) and especially the Dentist (Dr Mira) they all put my mind and nerves at ease!! Elizabeth is a jewel who helped me when my husband was extremely ill and when I got ignored by his "regular" dentist of over twenty years .This clinic is exceptional in how they care about their patients, making sure you are welcomed sincerely, comfortable and explaining every step. Fantastic experience: Amazing service, friendly staff and fantastic results. I had a dental implant at Super Smiles. They talked me through the whole procedure and made sure I was pain free and hairy at all times. From the reception staff to the dentist and the assistants, every single person makes you feel welcome and at ease. The results were AMAZING. They team colour matched the implant perfectly and you absolutely can not tell which tooth was replaced. They were reasonably priced and very transparent with their fees. I highly recommend Super Smiles Dentists to anyone!
