Fantastic experience: I had implanted my tooth (almost all on my lower jaw) about three years ago, so far so good with great satisfaction! I would like to express my appreciation to Hills Dental Design team, for the excellent and professional services provided to me. In the past three years after implantation, I felt that the implanted tooth fit into my jaw very well, I can enjoy various food normally as earlier, it certainly has improved my lifestyle greatly!

My child can’t stop asking when their next checkup with Dr Poornima is, since each time, she spends some time re-connecting with them, explaining to them what is to happen in the session, gets the job done very well and farewells the child with her happiest face and beautiful smile so no childhood dentist trauma at all!

Fantastic experience: Needed quite a bit of work after not seeing a dentist for awhile (my previous one had retired) and went to see my daughter’s dentist. Lovely staff and very professional, caring and friendly. I appreciated the tech used eg ‘the dry wall’ which lets you have mouth closed around a guard for the area not being worked on with tongue out of the way and excellent suction - so much more comfortable than trying to keep your mouth open for a filling.

I had 2 tooth extracted from their clinic, one was last year and another one on 2nd April. 2nd tooth extraction was complex, however they made it so easy for me, its been just less than 24hrs and no pain at all. Fantastic experience: I have had the best treatment and service at Hills Dental Design in Pennant Hills. I made an appointment last year for a check up after many years of not having been to a dentist. I was embarrassed and ashamed, but I was met with care, professionalism and no recrimination. I have just completed a series of treatments resulting from my initial check up and I was very happy to have been treated by Dr. Srinavas. Her dedication and professionalism shone through along with very pleasant and interested conversation, making me feel completely at ease. I would recommend anyone to be treated by Dr. Srinavas and Kylie. Her rooms are spotless and everything is clean and state of the art.

Negative experience: The worst Root Canal I've ever had, still having major issues with it, years afterwards. Contacted the Dentist but she wasn't interested in finding a solution, just kept grinding down my tooth and charging me hundreds with every visit to fix the problem she created!

Fantastic experience: Had a Root Canal done and Dr Poornima was excellent, didn't feel any pain at all. Follow up was good too Lisa called to check on me the next day after the procedure. Good experience.

Fantastic experience: I had to get an urgent appointment and had a very good experience at Hills Dental. It was very easy to organise a last minute appointment. Dr. Poornima Srinivas gave my teeth a thorough clean and the following procedure was almost completely pain free. Dr Srinivas is a very experienced dentist and takes good care of her patients. She is very friendly and is very good at calming any nerves you may have. Overall it was a pain-free experience and I will most certainly visit this practice again. Fantastic experience: I've been going to see this on beautiful dentist for more than 10 years, and I cannot go to anyone else. She has been very good to me. I have fibromyalgia disease, which makes the pain so much worse than it normally is I get sedated and she does her work. I come away knowing that everything's been done correctly and she does a really good job with my teeth and takes really good care of me. I'm not the easiest of patients. I am 52. My mum drops me off. My husband picks me up due to the sedation, and I get a happy meal afterwards. Negative experience: Worst experience ever. My dentist had moved offices to Top Ryde and I saw an ad for a free consult at the Hills Dental Design. I had a sensitive tooth so I arranged to go and see Dr Poornima Sirnivas who, after taking a full head X-ray and a full examination of my teeth, told me most of my teeth needed work and also I needed a root canal on a tooth of a bridge. She referred me to Dr Shalin Desai in Bella Vista. As it happened I saw Dr Ahmed at the same office. After another full head X-ray and a couple of local X-rays and the examination of my teeth, he told me I did not need root canal treatment, but needed a filling on my wisdom tooth. This cost me $250 for the consult. I heard from the receptionist on the phone with another patient that Dr Poornima refers a lot of patients to this practice. Dr Ahmed referred me back to Dr Poornima for the wisdom tooth filling. This cost me $265. The worst thing about it is that my tooth is now a 100 times worse than before. I am in huge pain and have gone back to my usual dentist, now based in Top Ryde. I found Dr Poornima all about money rather than patient care.

Fantastic experience: I can definitely recommend Hills Dental I was super scared to begin with to go and see them, as I have an extremely bad experience with another dentist. It was so bad I had not seen a dentist for approx 13 years. So I got a bad tooth ache and off I went to see Hills Dental. I can say that from start to finish they were amazing. They took the time to calm me down and answered all my questions I was so at ease with everything that i left feeling very comfortable! Thankyou to the whole team! Definitely worth more than 5 stars in my opinion. Positive experience: Today is the first time I went to this clinic and paid almost $350 for cleaning teeth. Their charge is almost double what I have been charged before. I did not ask the price before going otherwise I will not go. Nurse is inexpeienced and the equipment is old. Water keeps leaking from the tube. My face is washed as well. Will not go second time. I wonder where the 4.9 rating comes from.

After getting bombarded with different treatments and diagnosis’s from other dentists, not knowing WHY or HOW, we were referred here by our friend for a second opinion. Her way of explaining my treatment plan was so reassuring in the way that I finally understood it (instead of all the technical jargon stuff). Her caring nature and patient-focused care was great and she really listened to my concerns without brushing it off. Also, she is very funny, which helped ease the nerves!!! Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extracted, went very well as tooth extractions go. Minimal bleeding, could eat solids day after. Minimal to no post op pain. Cost is what hurt but I am sure comparrible to other dental surgerys.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Poornima yesterday for a regular dental checkup and mentioned about my troubling left wisdom tooth. She said she can do the removal in the same sitting. I had this brain fog or mental limitation that the procedure will be very painful. So I got anxious. While explaining the process, she and her assistant got me to calm down n kept me positively engaged..and in less than 20 minutes..the tooth was out…as if magic was used. From start to end, the experience was so smooth and painless. I Highly recommend her !!!
