Her assistant Justine was also very good. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice( Norwest Dental Care) to anyone looking for a great dentist. Six months later I went back to Dr Randa Beshai and I can truthfully say that her level of professionalism has not changed one iota. It’s only surpassed by her superior skill levels. Fantastic experience: There is only one word I can use to describe Norwest Dental Care, specifically the wonderful Riya and Taia... fantastic! I have not particularly looked forward, or enjoyed visits, to the dentist, based on my experiences over the last 50 years with various dental adventures. I have always been very anxious about these impending visits, which personally has had nothing to do with the staff. Because of this, it had been at least 10 years since I have been to a dentist (horrifying, I know)... gulp! So, I was certainly dreading the visit, plus expecting some real dental issues due to my slackness. However, I had nothing to worry about. Riya and Taia were so good with my 2 visits, I can happily say (and I've said this to them personally) that they completely dispelled my 50 years of dental angst. Simply put, Riya and Taia are the 2 best, and most calming, dental professionals I have had the joy (yes, that's right... I used the word 'joy' while describing my visit to a dentist... how about that?!) of meeting. Oh... and my teeth weren't quite as bad as I feared... phew, bullet dodged! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Riya, Taia and the rest of the Norwest Dental Care team to anyone who is in need of professional, friendly and caring dental work. Negative experience: I have selected this place based on the online reviews and replaced 3 old metal fillings at this center. However, 2 teeth were very painful and sensitive after the replacement. I visited my previous dentist and after x-ray I was told that there are still decays left under the fillings and one of the filling is not correctly placed and there is a gap. My previous dentist fixed them for me over 4 sessions but I had to go through the pain of removing the fillings again. Leave alone the time and big money wasted. When I contacted the center to let them know what my previous dentist said, I was offered to get it fixed for free but the trust was broken and I was not comfortable going back there again.

Fantastic experience: Riya and Taia replaced an old metal filling from 45 years ago. They were very quick and professional and I was in and out in no time. The filling is smooth with no problems at all. I would highly recommend Norwest Dental Care for any dental needs

Fantastic experience: They are such a friendly and knowledgeable team. Even though I hate the dentist, I still go every 6 months for my checkup. They are very patient with me and gentle on my teeth. I had to have a procedure done where they put in a sealant over some of my teeth and I didn’t feel anything. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Amanda this past week and was very impressed. I wasn't thrilled with my last dentist at the rouse hill medical centre as the cleanings weren't very thorough and seemed to be getting shorter and shorter every visit I had. Amanda was great at explaining what was going on with my teeth and also offered techniques about brushing that at 40 years old I felt like I should have known but didn't. The cleaning might be the best I've ever had. Very thorough and my teeth and gums felt amazing afterwards. She also offered advice and assistance with my sons dental habits and some tips and tricks to help. The prices also seemed very fair and reasonable considering what i was paying at my previous dentist. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough and comfortable dental experience.

Fantastic experience: A 5 star Google review does not do justice to the amount of care and professionalism you will receive from Dr Randa, Amanda, Dani, and Dr Anthony at Norwest Dental Care. My wife and I were referred to this practice by a family member, and since our first visit, we have not looked back, travelling from Chatswood. It's definitely worth the drive over. I recently had an appointment to remove my wisdom teeth, and the whole team went above and beyond to provide me with truly exceptional care. When I suddenly became very anxious during the extraction, Dr Randa and Dani stopped immediately. They took the time to provide reassurance and calmed me down before continuing. Throughout the remainder of the appointment, Dr. Randa and Dani kept checking in and comforting me, I am so grateful for them for that. On top of this, the dental work I received is extraordinary, and the recovery time from the surgery was minimal. On a separate visit, Amanda skilfully repaired a broken and infected tooth, avoiding the need for a root canal. Beyond affordability, their genuine care for patients sets them apart from any other. Dr. Randa and her team have a rare blend of expertise and compassion, making each visit a reassuring experience. Fantastic experience: I took my 2.5yr old son for a teeth clean - he had never been to the dentist before and I was unsure about how he would go. From the minute we met Amanda she was warm and friendly and met my son exactly at his level. Negative experience: Extremely Rough I went in to get fillings done, she was extremely rough with my mouth during my visit. I ended up with a split on the side of my mouth (this turned into a cold sore) and irritation throughout my mouth on my gums in places she had worked. But the worst was that when she was polishing my back tooth she cut my gum. Which caused a traumatic ulcer to form and did not heal for over a month. She never mentioned the cut to me, but it was clear she had cut me as I could see the blood soaked cotton balls she had placed there during treatment. I would never go back and do not recommend. Reply- it is definitely you. This is not the email and name I used for my appointment. And unless you have cut multiple people at your practice then you should know who this is.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for many years now and would not go to anyone else. We're planning on moving 270 kms away, but will be returning for our regular check ups. The staff are professional and caring. You're in good hands with Dr Randa and Amanda.

Negative experience: My old mother with the age of 76 years old had an appointment for an extraction. My mother is on regular medications. To name some is diabetic and heart medications. To be able to take her tooth out, she had to stop some of her medications such as the aspirin which works as a blood thinner. Stopping aspirin reduces the risk of any potential bleeding during the extraction. My mother had to be on anti-inflammatory medication for at least 5 days before the procedure which would have been performed by Dr. Randa Beshai. After arranging an appointment for my old mother with all medication restriction in place and following the advice from the family doctor step by step for a whole week , my mother simply received a call from Norwest Dental Care saying that the dentist with the name of Dr. Randa Beshai will not come in as her daughter in law had given birth. This is something which totally goes against the moral and practice of the dental profession. Dr. Randa should have came in for my mother’s carefully planned appointment. My mother is not a usual patient with all health issues mentioned above. Dr. Randa ignored that totally and did not care at all about my mother. When you give birth in Australia, you have many nurses, doctors and even your other family members around you. A doctor can simply Not leave a patient specially in my mother’s case and have the joy of joining the delivery. A doctor who wants to keep her reputation undamaged, she needs to follow the rules of the profession in which Dr. Randa Beshai has failed to do.
