Fantastic experience: Amazing! After being away for a few days on holidays i experienced an old filling falling out. Annoyingly i had to find a dentist to help in a moment of distruption. I'm glad i found this dentist honestly. The ladies at the desk were beautiful. So accomodating, they managed to slot me in for an appointment the following day which already was so incredibly helpful. Then an earlier gap became available and i was slotted in without delay. The waiting area and vibe of the entire dental surgery relieved any stress i had which was a welcomed relief. The care i received from Laith was best in class, he was gentle, informative and reassuring! Nothing was an issue and he went above an beyond to ensure i felt well cared for. Thankyou for the best experience.

On top of that i recently called in a lot of pain early one Monday morning. Dr Rishi was able to see me within an hour and commence root canal treatment and resolve my pain. Fantastic experience: Such a nice dental clinic experience that we have moved our whole family’s treatments here now. Was quite nervous about my 18mo needing to see a dentist given her age, but we had a very positive experience (great little book nook in the waiting room, Peppa Pig on the tv above the chair, Dr Rachael was very gentle). Now see Dr Yvette myself and it feels great to support a local mother in her passion, as a mum of young kids myself. More dental clinics like this one please!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to Torquay Dental! We were away and I unfortunately broke a tooth at dinner. Quickly googled and phoned Torquay dental. They were able to see me straight away. They organised the medication I needed for the procedure for first thing the next morning and had me sorted first thing the following morning. The team were absolutely amazing! I am a very anxious person and tend to put off medical and dental work but I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Dr Jessica was fantastic as well as all staff I came across that assisted me. If I ever need Dental care in the future I will make the drive!

The practice is a perfect mix of being aesthetically pleasing whilst maintaining its clinical integrity. Emily was amazing to deal with and dealt with my numerous requests for appointment rescheduling with absolute professionalism. Montana was so kind and very efficient in assisting Dr Rishi. Dr Rishi was phenomenal! The best initial consultation with a dentist I've had. My previous appointments with the NHS simply cannot compare to the level of detail and precision that went into this appointment. Worth every dollar! I now have a treatment plan that I'm confident in and I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment!

Fantastic experience: I had to have an emergency extraction on one of my molars. Practice manager Tayla was able to get me into an appointment the same day within a few hours. Dr Frazer is easily the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. For someone who suffers from dental anxiety from past experiences, seeing the dentist, let alone having a tooth extracted was one of the most daunting things I had to do. Dr Frazer was the most calm, caring and gentle dentist I have ever met. Before the process started Dr Frazer informed me of the procedure of a whole and what to expect. During the appointment I did not feel a thing and Dr Frazer and his assistant would stop to ask if I was doing okay regularly. I was comfortable and the whole process was done within 30 minutes of arriving and I did not feel a single thing. After the appointment I had a lengthy conversation with Dr Frazer about aftercare and what the healing process might look and feel like. A day later I received a phone call from the team at Torquay Dental to check in and see how I was going. I could not be happier with Dr Frazer and Torquay Dental as a whole for the patience and clarity through the whole process. I suggest anyone with dental anxiety to go and see Dr Frazer for your appointment as he goes above and beyond to deliver on making sure you are comfortable as well as being incredibly informative of the whole process. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars for the team at Torquay Dental.

Fantastic experience: We have been clients at Torquay Dental for over 3 years. Dr Jessica has been taking care our whole family including the kids, during most of our visits and she has been a pleasure to work with. The kids have no issues when told they have to go to the dentist, especially because they get to choose which show to watch while they get their teeth cleaned or checked. I've seen 3 different dentists and have had no issues. Even during an emergency visit I was seen by Dr Rishi who took care of me without any issues and scheduled a follow up appointment to ensure everything was sorted properly. The front desk staff do everything to ease your nerves when you arrive at the practice, offering tea or water as you wait for your appointment. Wait times are minimal and usually you are in right at your scheduled appointment times. We recommend Torquay Dental to both families and friends.

Negative experience: Every new patient at this dental clinic must have certain things done (xrays/photos). It is part of their protocols. When we booked in for my wife to have a tooth removed this was not explained to us. My wife sat down and the new patient procedure began with photos and X-rays being taken and she just assumed it was necessary for the tooth to be removed. Her teeth were cleaned and a fluoride treatment was done. The dentist explained that the tooth could not be removed and she needed to see an oral surgeon to get it removed. My wife stopped at the desk to pay before leaving and was told the bill was $320. We questioned this and were told a couple of things 1. The bill would have been around $500 but they cap the first new patient visit at $320 (in other words we are giving you a discount be grateful) 2. All new patients must go through certain procedures (xrays, pictures etc.) this is explained when you make your first booking and the bill will usually be $320 for the first visit When we told them that this was not explained to us and if it had of been explained to us we wouldn't have booked at this clinic, they offered an apology and a pledge to look into how it happened. Service was fine and staff were friendly.

Fantastic experience: Having been a regular visitor to dentists since an early age, due to various dental issues, I have always baulked at the thought of making a dental appointment. I have tried a number of dental practices in Torquay with the last one having inexperienced dentists who seemed to change from one week to the next. Knowing I was in need of a check up, I saw the advertisement in the Surfcoast Times that a new dental surgery had opened in Torquay. So I called up and made an appointment to see Dr Yvette at Torquay Dental. She was fantastic. Since then I have been a regular visitor to the practice and completed the first appointment to have crown fitted. Due to Dr Yvette being on maternity leave I was cared for by Dr Rishi . The hour flew by. This is the first dental practice I have attended where I was not anxious at all, no sweaty palms!! Felt completely relaxed.
