Fantastic experience: I was very fortunate enough to be squeezed in for dental work after breaking my tooth on a Saturday afternoon! My whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The lovely receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) was extremely helpful initially on the phone and then when I got there. Then there was Sandra and Rand. The dynamic duo! I was blessed with 2 professionals who knew what they were doing! They put my mind at ease, were very informative about what was going to happen and showed great care for a patient who hadn’t been to a dentist in 40+ years! I was nervous prior to the procedure but Rand was outstanding! I now will be going back to Oran Park dental, thanks to a wonderful experience (I doubt many people can attest to that) I received from Rand and Sandra! Thank you! I highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: If there was a way to rate this place zero I would. My husband had a tooth removed and was told to take Panadol and Nurofen. He advised them of being in a significant amount of pain and they said to call back in two days if he was still in pain?! They refused to prescribe anything to assist and said to go to the GP if he needed additional pain relief. Money grab and run.

Negative experience: My first experience at this clinic was amazing and I left 5 stars review, I thought that I found my regular dentist in the area. Unfortunately now we are very disappointed with the clinic. An appointment was booked and confirmed with a text message. When we attended they said that there is no appointment. Receptionist was so unbothered and kept playing with her phone and dentist didn’t even apologise for the mistake or offer another appointment, especially we had to leave work early to attend. Definitely it is the time to try another dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Dr Fahim. 100% the best experience at a dentist I have ever had. I was stressed about some issues that I had been having due to a mishap with some dental products and I was sure that I couldn't fix the issue. Not only was the treatment a success, but Dr Fahim even offered advice in regards to my future use of the dental products. Everything was explained to me in great detail with photos and xrays. Blew my mind. The rooms and facilities are excellent. Super clean. The booking procedure was super simple too. All done online and even though I booked last minute, I still got the day and time I wanted. Finally, the receptionists behind the desk were lovely and took the time to ask how the treatment went and how I was. It was very nice to hear. I would and will recommend this place to anyone. 100% worth it.

Negative experience: I had a negative experience at this clinic with Dr. Mohammad. I visited the center to have a mouthguard made, but from the start, both the receptionist and Dr. Mohammad had poor attitudes. There are several reasons why I would not recommend this clinic to anyone: When I inquired at the reception about my mouthguard, they simply handed it to me on the day of the appointment without checking if any adjustments were needed. I returned it to them and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mohammad for fitting and adjustments. After he examined everything, I felt uncomfortable with the material and the fit. Upon wearing it for the first time, I experienced severe jaw pain due to misalignment, rendering me unable to close my jaw at night. When I called the clinic the next day to schedule an appointment to address the issue, Dr. Mohammad called me separately and questioned why I had made another appointment, insisting that everything was fine. Despite explaining the problem, he seemed unable to understand and I had to insist on the appointment so he could investigate. During the appointment, his attitude was confrontational, and he seemed unwilling to address the problem. The receptionist's behavior was consistently unwelcoming, always wearing a grim expression. The clinic's services were exorbitantly priced, even with private insurance coverage, making it unreasonably expensive to receive such poor treatment.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I have an elderly dad who woke up with so much pain in his mouth & a severe headache. It was already early in the afternoon (my dad went to a dental surgery but it was closed) I phoned around to see who could accept him for the afternoon to remove his tooth that had been broken off & the rest of the tooth embedded in his gums. My third call was to this Dental Surgery in Oran Park Town Centre, I spoke with a lovely lady who spoke with the dentist Dr Mohamed who said he could accept my father, who is normally on his lunch break at that time but is willing to see my dad. He performed the surgery & the outcome was fantastic. Would like to Thank you Dr Mohamed & the friendly lovely staff, going out of your way for my dad. It was a great experience!

Thought l would get a chipped front tooth taken care of whilst here. The entire staff are so professional, friendly and truly caring. My dentist was Dr Mokdad, can't say enough about his wonderful care practices. Full of smiles, took the time to explain the procedure needed and was very gentle and thorough, he even fixed a 50 year old stain from many years of braces. Couldn't be happier with the results. My experience with Dr Mokdad was fantastic. Dr Mokdad listened to all of my concerns and addressed each of these during my examination. He was friendly, empathetic and personable. His hygienist and reception staff were also lovely. I would highly recommend him.

Told me all about the procedure and what it involved and the aftermath, and the general experience was quite good, calming even. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Oran Park dental. The minute I walked in I was greeted by the friendly reception staff. My son had 2 wisdom teeth out with Dr Mohammad and DA Hasan. First one out in 2 minutes, bottom was impacted and tricky but Dr Mohammad was fantastic. Very professional and calming, he explained everything in detail beforehand and during the appointment always checked my son’s comfort and explained the procedure ( noise, smell and pulling etc). Aftercare was explained in detail and provided an information sheet and extra guaze and prescription medicine.Had complete faith in his ability and felt at ease during the appointment as did my son. 5 stars and a high five to the team at Oran Park dental.

Fantastic experience: Oran Park Dental Care are an amazing team, made our son feel very comfortable and safe. Squeezed us in for emergency dental after he nearly knocked his front adult tooth out. The fix was great and his tooth is 100 percent fine! Thanks to Dr Mohammed for the amazing work.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme anxiety where it comes to medical procedures, especially dentists, which can make it quite hard to find the right team for me. From the minute Dr Mohammad and Kim addressed me, I felt more comfortable and relaxed than I’ve ever felt at a dentist. Negative experience: Dr Mohammed is a thief, they are worst dental clinic in the world. i had the free consultation for an implant quote but the charged my private health insurance card for that visit. it is a day light robbery. they are very dodgy individuals. even he does not like a professional individual.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic and professional dental care is provided by Dr. Mohamed Mokdad and his team and I agree with all five start comments provided by other reviewers! Two exceptional experiences I would like to share: 1. my 6 year's old son had an accident at school, he fell and his front two front teeth hit the concrete floor. I called the clinic and Dr. Mohamed, despite his busy schedule, treated my son on emergency basis - Luckily these were the baby teeth. I also appreciate how Dr. Mohamed dealt with 6 years old kid and comforted him. Dr. Mohamed also checked the status of my son's adult teeth following the baby teeth which were still inside the gums. That was amazing care! I was really lucky to call them that day and was surprised by the response, care and treatment. 2. I was suffering with an on & off light tooth ache/ sensitivity going on for more than six months for no obvious reasons. Dr. Mohamed found a very thin crack in the back of the tooth and fixed it. Before the treatment, he explained the issue, treatment options, and the associated risks. I highly recommend Dr. Mohamed Mokdad and his team.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience thanks to the lady work at the reception on Sunday morning. I was surprised that her attitude to customer can be such rude and unprofessional. Previous experience with Dr Mohamed Mokdad and the Nurse team are fantastic. Very nice doc and nurse taking really good care of my daughter. This morning I took my daughters for routinely teeth check. My appointment is 9am but we walk in at 9:15am. Slightly delay I understand. My wife hold our second and speak to the lady politely and get the answer is “Your appointment is 9:00, but now is 9:15.” Plus a really rude and poker face, without any smiles. My understanding is she asked us to walk away. So I took my family walk out, and I came back to ask the lady to delete my daughter’s patient information from their system. The reception lady refused to do and refused to tell her name. Although the dentist is good and treat my daughter really well three times, we will not walk in while this reception lady working in this Dental Care and will not recommend this center.

Negative experience: the reception woman working on Sunday morning has really bad attitude !!! We will not recommend anyone go there until they change the reception!!

Fantastic experience: Mohamed and the team really came through for me when most dentists were closed! During a Sunday lunch, I chipped top and bottom teeth by accidentally biting on my fork. After looking online for an emergency dentist that was open (after 12pm on a Sunday), I tried calling Oran Park Dental Care. I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist booked me in for that same (Sunday) afternoon. Then, after only having to wait a few hours from when I had chipped my teeth, Mohamed carefully checked all of my mouth and immediately repaired the damage and filled an abrasion cavity that I didn't even know was there (on different teeth to those I'd chipped)! Thanks for the great service and care OPDC!

Fantastic experience: I called because I had a tooth ache and was hoping to see a dentist. Even though they were fully booked the dentist Dr Mohamed Mokdad advised he would stay back to see me. When I came in I got a check up, clean and minor cavity filled and X-rays. Dentist was so helpful and honest and upfront about what he was doing. Service was great, no more pain, very affordable and I honestly don’t think I’ll be as reluctant to go back for a more frequent checkup at this place because they made me feel so comfortable. 5 stars. Fantastic experience: Dr Mohamed Mokdad and the whole team are very professional, kind and welcoming. I was seen at very short notice, as large part of my tooth had broken off, and I was very anxious. They had to stay back late to help me and they were so lovely to me, they took their time and didn't rush. Dr Mokdad explained everything that needed to be done to rectify this problem. He showed me my x-rays and re assured me there was no abscess, explained that I needed a crown. He showed me how they would make the temporary crown, how that would eventually be removed and explained each step of what needed to be done. I am very grateful for Dr Mokdad's help and I highly recommend him and his team.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anybody for the below reasons: - They are very very expensive! - If they notice you have good private health insurance coverage, they will try to rip you off. - I would like to share my experience here - In the middle of 2nd wisdom tooth extraction, I was told to leave immediately and rush to an oral surgeon recommended by them. I wasn't given any medication, or instructions to follow after the 1st wisdom tooth removal. - No follow-up calls to discuss the next steps or if I was doing ok - Surgeon had to perform the surgery the following day, scans, consultations, and other charges were forced on me, leaving me with an out-of-pocket cost of $475 - This practice is a total rip-off, unprofessional, and clearly shows medical negligence!
