Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and dentist, dentist was really knowledgeable and assuring too - Dr Safaa explained everything really well and I was always clear as to what was happening and what to expect. This included explanation of prices and fees before performing a procedure. Throughout the check up, both herself and the dental assistant would check in to see how I was going which made me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist!

Negative experience: I only see one dentist with in the practice who is excellent and exceptional with his patient. This review is specifically for the practice manager Abbey, the mannerism with which she deals with patients is not professional or helpful. Money making is important and we all can understand if one patient is running late then there will be consequences however today at 05/05/2025 during a traffic issue which was beyond my control I called the practice approximately at 2.25pm to give them a heads up advising I might be late for my 2.45 pm appointment by 10 minutes if any. I am not sure as there seems to be congestion due to work in north east link. The stern and unprofessional tone used over the phone by the practice manager wasn’t professionally acceptable or helpful It’s very disappointing as I thought of going to a different practice with the same dentist. This should not be the case for a family who is going to same business for more then 5-6 years.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Northland Dental Clinic for a few years now and couldn’t be any happier. It’s very difficult to find a dentist that you feel comfortable with but I have had nothing but excellent service. Dr Pavel is extremely competent, professional and makes you feel very comfortable. He explains everything in detail so you are completely aware of what is happening and his gentle nature makes the whole experience a pleasure. The dental nurse is also extremely helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Northland Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a dentist especially anyone that is hesitant or anxious.

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a dentist! Dr. Pavel is exceptional at his job, his explanations are thorough, and he was able to quickly calm my nerves on my first visit. While working on my teeth he made sure to check in on me regularly to ask how I was coping and if I needed a break, and allowed me to ask to stop at any time to catch my breath if needed which made me feel a lot more comfortable during my teeth clean and fillings.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pavel Mahmud and his dental assistant Nasreen are amazing. From the initial consult with their friendly receptionist to meeting them both was very calming. Dr Pavel took great care in calming me and telling me step by step of what he was going to do with my tooth extraction. Very blessed to have found them and will definitely recommend. Fantastic experience: 4 teeth extracted by Dr Pavel and Nurse Nasreen. They were incredibly kind, confident and friendly, and did their utmost to successfully provide me with an extremely smooth and comfortable experience for the extraction. Throughout the preparation and aftermath, they constantly checked that I was at peak comfort before extracting my teeth and offered me additional anaesthesia to combat my low pain tolerance. Before proceeding to the next step of the process, they always enquired on my well-being. When I was nervous, they offered me a stress relief apple toy to relax and Nurse Nasreen held my hand to comfort me uring the extraction when I became a little nervous. The whole process was quick and smooth, concluded in less than 15 minutes and left me (a nervous 15 year old) relieved and assured by their incredible competency. I defintely recommend this establishment to everyone, especially if your child requires a serious dental procedure and you desire a smooth and minimal-stress experience.

Negative experience: Please I beg please if you don’t want to waste your money and keep your teeth, do not go here or especially to Dr Pavel Mahmud. I got a deep filling done for it to have to be taken out redone properly because he did such a terrible job and cost me so much. They don’t care about you only want your money! Fillings are easy to do but managed to do a terrible job! All they want is your money! I want my money back! I’m glad I will not come again or else my teeth would probably be gone for good.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pavel Mahmud and his dental assistant Nasreen were fantastic and so professional. I have recently had an implant tooth and everything went so smoothly. From the removal of the old broken tooth to the final implant going in the whole process was managed brilliantly. It's a long process but I believe they took their time to ensure that the implant itself will be long lasting. It feels just like my normal tooth and I can finally chew again on that side! I highly recommend the team. My husband had previously had his implant done there so we have both had a very positive experience.

Negative experience: I did give 5 star at first but after almost $2000.00 in dental work and 1 months later my pain was still the same, after getting 2nd and 3rd opinion with out doubt there were hairline fracture in my teeth to witch northland Dental did nothing to help me with that Very Disappointed.

I was very nervous and anxious since i have not done a check up for so long and still with the exams, x-ray and so forth, Dr Safaa immediately made me feel at ease. She is very welcoming, kind, and helpful down to earth. I can immediately tell how far a dentist is very good only by the interaction, and Dr Safaa is an excellent dentist.She knows what she's doing and seems like she has lot of experience in her field I feel now that i will not be so anxious for my next appointment . Fantastic experience: Fabulous dentists - I have seen both Dr Pavel and Dr Safaa and they are both lovely people as well as gentle and thorough dentists. My kids have also seen Dr Safaa a few times, she is so calm and gentle with them which also means they actually look forward to their check ups - which is amazing! Nurse Nasreen is also really lovely and I cannot fault the friendliness and great service given by Roma on the front desk. Overall this is a great family clinic and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Pavel is really professional, experienced and gentle in caring my case, on top of the fact that my teeth is almost the most difficult case he seen in his career. Nurse assisting Dr. Pavel also very caring and good at giving reassurance during the lengthy surgery. It was so close to nerve and we worried about nerve damage however thank god and Dr Pavel no issue at all nerve-wise. Although unfortunately infection appears and require repacking of wound and debridement, nil further charging for my follow-ups and staff there is super nice. They always provide me a call for checking in after clinic day. Can’t be more thankful to the service and the luck meeting them. Will definitely come back for periodically checking and cleaning.

He did a crown and is very impressed with the service, the methods and how Sandra the dentist explained everything and took him through the process. The end result was excellent. I decided to book and fix one of my tooth. I want to thank Sandra for explaining everything to me and for her care . She takes good care of her patience and she's excellent producing good results in a short time. Thank you to Roma (Dental clinic Manager) for taking me through and working out the quotes before the appointments so there are no surprises, when time to pay the bills. Not many dental clinics take the time to do that. I felt like we were well looked after, like the old days where the customer mattered. Fantastic experience: I drive for almost one hour for my regular check-up. Everyone is friendly and explains everything with great care. They also have most of the x-ray and other diagnostic machinery on site, which makes everything much more accessible—plenty of parking in the Northland shopping center parking. I would suggest everyone come here for their dental check-up and emergencies.
