Negative experience: THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. WORST CARE I HAVE EVER HEARD OF IN MY LIFE. If i could rate any lower i would. This dental practice (if you can even call it that) only cares about money and shows not a single sliver of care for any of the patients that pass through the door. My partner went in with jaw pain and concerns of a rotting tooth and all they did was tell them to get a retainer because the cause of the pain wasn’t the literal rotting tooth, but instead was solely from grinding their teeth. Didn’t suggest an X-ray to assess any other causes or the actual ROTTING TOOTH in their mouth, no, instead they suggest an expensive retainer and send them home with pain meds. And surprise surprise, the ROTTING TOOTH was the problem!!! Ding ding ding, medical malpractice called, said that pacific dental got the negligence award. Now they have to get dental surgery to remove the tooth and potentially get sinus surgery as the rotting tooth is showing signs it may spread the infection to their sinuses. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY.

Negative experience: I am appalled at their lack of care. I had work two years ago and they will not extend themselves to accommodate Medipay. I offered to provide documents and further information but they closed the door on me. It was a blank NO WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT HERE. No empathy towards a past client shown.

Negative experience: They offer a 5% discount for all good reviews so technically they buy their 5 stars. This is wrong! I saw Dr Chen today, he was very gentle and explained everything in details so 5 stars for him!

Negative experience: AVOID THIS DENTIST!! - My partner is now in hospital because you gave him a filling when he came to you with pain and he had an infection!! You did nothing to treat the infection before fixing his tooth. You then realised your mistake and gave him antibiotics AFTER the infection escalated! The results of your negligence have led to enormous agony!... I see other people have experienced similar problems with your clinic! How are you still practising??

Negative experience: Never had any issues with my teeth, went for a general clean and was advised I need to have a filling replaced. Had the filling done by one of the dentists (mind you, the dental assistant seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, must have been her first day!), and the tooth could not stop hurting for few weeks afterwards. Went back to get it checked by a different dentist at the same place, apparently previous dentist didn't completely remove the old filling! Fixes were done, yet I got charged again for the same service. It's been couple months now, the tooth starts hurting again, I bet the filling was done incorrectly to start with and now who knows what I'll need to get done to it. I will never ever go back to this place again. Avoid at all costs unless you want to mess up your teeth and get charged multiple times for their mistakes. Update: your response that "you can't find me in your database" just further proves my point - how can you even find me if you don't know my last name? As I said, avoid this place.

Negative experience: I took my daughter to pacific dental yesterday for check up and put coating on her new adult tooth’s and when we came home she started complaining about gum pain n blood after inspecting her mouth I saw a big cut in her gum due to the procedure. It shouldn’t have happened at all. My daughter slept in pain n wasn’t able to eat anything. I’m so annoyed. Christmas spoiled for us.

Positive experience: Really happy with the dentist and work completed. Very gentle and informative throughout my session, not patronising and rude about dental care. Only thing i can fault was the chair was really uncomfortable on my neck and head - perhaps i was too focused on this discomfort to pay attention to what was happening in my mouth. Definitely returning for regular check ups and for the first time will have a dentist that i continue to see rather than dentist jumping.

I used to be scared of the dentist and I was embarrassed as I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years, but they never made me feel bad they just wanted to help me get back to good health and continue to practice good hygiene so I don’t end up the a bad position again. I can’t recommend them enough they are friendly and professional, check in on you while you are having working done making sure you are ok. This is the place to go for all dental work and check ups.

Negative experience: I went in for denches, I asked for metal ones, but the dentist insisted on the plastic ones so I can add more at a later date if need be. I asked for metal as my auntie and others had said it feels like you don't even have any on. I paid $2,400 for top and bottom and they are so uncomfortable, I also don't have that many teeth missing, but I can hardly wear them . I have been back to the dentist several times to have them shaved down or adjusted, ofcourse months in between I couldn't go due to lockdown, and still so horribly uncomfortable. The last time I was there, she said there is nothing more she can do and I am so unhappy with them and paid way too much. Also, I had my teeth cleaned and it was so average, as my previous dentist charged the same but took much longer and was thorough. Everytime I went in to check for fillings as well, all she did was try to sell me on crowns or caps for my front teeth which werent even a concern. The last time I had a clean and she mentioned I need a couple of fillings , thrn tried to sell me on crowns again I also sent my brother there to have his tooth pulled out as it was split right down the middle and she insisted on a filling, so Xrays and filling $300 and the pain still went on for over a week, so I sent him to my old dentist who pulled it out for a further $260. So $560 all up for an unemployed person was alot. The dentist that pulled it out said there was no way a filling would solve it, it was not salvageable The only reason I changed dentist was to go to someone closer, but now I would rather go to Dandenong and see a dentist thats not trying to sell us up on something we didn't ask for.

Around 7 months ago, I was lucky enough to have my first real tooth pain in my life, which lead to a root canal treatment while COVID was at its peak in VIC, and I couldn't have been luckier to have Ruchi and Michelle taking care of me. Initially I did what most people do, use Google to see what sort of pain to expect and the procedure, however the treatment I received here was almost pain free, reasonably priced and always done with caution. About one month later after a few procedures, the tooth looked the same, felt fantastic and was pain free.This was all for a reasonable price and admist the peak of the pandemic. Couldn't recommend the Dental Clinic higher!

I am usually not very comfortable seeing dentists but since I started having sever pain in my wisdom tooth I had to start surveying around for good dentists. During my search phase, I was recommended to visit Pacific Dental by quiet a few people and trust me, the the recommendations were worth it! I really cannot recommend Dr Ruchi and her team enough! The clinic has an amazing environment and their staff is highly trained and very veryyy friendly! The quality of service provided with the detailed explanation eased my anxiety and pain almost instantly!
