Fantastic experience: The team here are amazing, friendly, calm and wonderful to work with. Attending a recent appointment with my little baby, they were welcoming, patient, kind and calming. We all know dentists can be scary (even for us adults) but everyone here make the experience whole lot better!

Fantastic experience: Dr Dumi Medagoda did a wonderful job, he treated my 10 year old daughter who has severe dental trauma and anxiety. She had a tooth infection and needed a molar removed. She was so scared but he treated her excellently. He made her feel calm and removed her tooth so quickly and painlessly, she didn’t even realise it’d happened. He is an incredible dentist and I highly recommend him for anyone, especially children. All the other staff were excellent also. 10/10 experience

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth taken out by Dr. Dumi at Officer Dental Care, and honestly, it was awesome. I was pretty scared going in, but there was absolutely no need—I didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Dumi is fantastic. Super professional, really calm, and knows exactly what he’s doing. The whole thing was quick and painless, way easier than I expected. If you’re nervous about getting dental work done, especially something like wisdom teeth removal, I’d 100% recommend Dr. Dumi. He made the experience way better than I thought it could be.

Fantastic experience: Dr Medagoda and his assistant were amazing! I was really worried about having 3 teeth pulled due to previous dentist experiences, but Dr Medagoda and his assistant gave much attention to my feeling any pain and fear. I experienced far less discomfort having 3 large teeth extracted by Dr Medagoda, than what I did having 1 extracted by other dentists. I would rate 7 stars out of 5 if I could,

Fantastic experience: I just left officer dental care and cannot express how fantastic Daniel Kim is. I am terrified of dentists and the whole experience was amazing. Not only did I not feel any pain or discomfort at all. Even the injections were completely pain free. He aswell as the wonderful lady assisting him were amazing. Very calming reassuring and just lovely gentle people. I am 100 percent making them my forever dentist. In fact I’ve booked in for next week for more work. So so happy.

This guy knows painfree dentistry to the point where I accidentally took a cat nap while he worked his magic. Fantastic experience: If I'd only ever been to this dentist, I would never have been afraid of the dentist. My first visit I was so anxious, panicking, twitching, crying. I knew I'd need a root canal or extraction and I was so afraid of the pain, the bill, the sensations. First person I met was Pam at reception who was so kind and understanding, she was so great at reassuring me that my dentist will make things as easy as possible for me, then I met Dr Inoka who was just as kind, patient and understanding. She discussed my payment options and tried to get me to keep my tooth and not destroy my smile. Her work was so good, I didn't understand why people hate root canals so much! My second appointment I was so much less anxious because I knew I'd be looked after so well, everything went so smoothly, I'm looking forward to having someone to help me look after my teeth! I wish I could explain in better words how amazing this experience but if you have anxiety, GAD, panic disorder, or any dental hesitation, I assure you. This is the place to go. Oh and huge plus, they have TVs off the roof in every room, so look up the tv guide before you go so you can tell them what channel to put on, helps to distract you a lot!

Fantastic experience: After a slight misunderstanding that was my fault and I take full responsibility for, I came in for a check up clean and other service and l was very happy with the professionalism and the quality service. This is an excellent practice and I both apologise and thank the lovely receptionist who I originally spoke to, and to the owners.

Positive experience: The people here are very friendly and kind. So far on my braces journey, it has been great. I've had no problems with my braces and they tell you all the details about your teeth and the braces.

Negative experience: I am not sure how so many have given good ratings or other poor rating are removed , but me and my wife both did not have good experience as after being so experienced, they could not say what was wrong with the tooth and messed up my tooth and gave other options for implant and other which would cost me thousands whereas I got the same tooth done from other and its still after 2 years going strong, and yes when doing the procedure the weight of the doctors hand was on my chin and it just made jaw pain for 2 days , I know reviews help and seeing good reviews I went but it really was worst then others who have less reviews , so please share experience

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr Daniels for all he has done for me throughout my dental visits. Today I took my sons in to get there first dental check up and honestly Dr Daniel made my sons feel very comfortable and ensured my sons were okay whilst checking their teeth’s.. I also got my front teeth’s filled in for how many years and he made sure I was okay throughout my procedure. No matter the cost Dr Daniel will be our families dental care person from now on.. Fantastic experience: Another great visit to Officer Dental Care today but unfortunately my tooth had to be extracted as a filling from many many years ago had disintegrated! I was able to sit and relax in the dental chair while waiting for the numbness to take affect as I knew it would be an ok experience and I was not wrong. I felt comfortable and felt at ease even though my tooth was extremely hard to extract I did not feel a thing. Good Work and well done by Dr Dumi Medagoda yet again a very caring man.

Fantastic experience: I recommend to anyone who needs to have braces, Dr Inoka and Dr Dumi both are very professional. My son has an intellectual impairment, due to that situation most of the dentists rejected to fix braces on him including the Royal dental hospital. Finally Dr Inoka took the challenge and treated him with patience and understanding. We are extremely happy with the outcome and their well professional attitude. I hope my personal experience and this review will help anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had several different treatments from the people at Officer Dental Care and the most recent was the insertion of two dental implants and the work and service provided to me was of an excellent standard.
