Fantastic experience: I went to Golden Square Dental to have a tooth removed after it breaking. This was my first ever visit to a dentist so I was very nervous and anxious, but they all made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. I seen Dr. Brodie and honestly, he was the nicest person and just made my experience that much better and enjoyable, as going to the dentist can be.

Fantastic experience: Look l am like a lot of people and l didn't like going to the dentist but the service was quick and very friendly and then came the dentist room there was a TV on the ceiling that you can watch if you can keep your eyes open and the dentist puts you at ease straight away he had to pull a tooth witch my teeth the roots go everywhere so they end up cutting my gum to get all the root out anyway he let me know what he was doing and they look after me even when I had a little cry but l would go back to them if l need a dentist ha ha l they gave me a phone call the next day to check up on me nice thanks

I've been going here for a few months seeing Dr. Mithun, and he is the best I had to get 19 fillings done, and he was extremely gentle about the whole process, and there was no judgement. The ladies at the desk are kind and are welcoming and have called me a few times now after some appointments to see how I am going If you need a dentist, this is the one.

Mithun checked the tooth prior to the crown appointment to make sure everything was in good order from my previous dentist. The same day crown was such an easy process not having to come back in a few weeks. The crown fits and feels great. Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing team at Golden Square Dental. I honestly couldn’t recommend this dental clinic highly enough! All the staff were kind and caring, I was in agonising pain and not only did they fit me in same day, but even moved heaven and earth to get me in an hour and a half earlier! They helped me speed through the new patient paperwork, were fast, efficient and and most importantly compassionate! Regretfully I have not always taken the best care of my teeth, and not been in a financial situation to keep up with regular dental appointments. Over the years I have been lectured and judged by dentists on the state of my teeth. This was not the case at Golden Square Dental, there was no trace of judgment or shame, just genuine care and to fix the source of my pain. I even had a phone call this morning to check in on me and see how I was doing. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend Bendigo Smiles Dentist (Golden Square dental). Riking had been to another dentist 4 times prior to our visit today & he either had a full melt down or became catatonic in the corner. I believe he is traumatised from being put under & having dental work (Our beautiful Peadtratic Dentist is in Melbourne). Due to Rikings previous treatment, he is required to have checkups every 6 months, 9 months has gone by & I was starting to feel stressed! Emily... the complete legend was absolutely fabulous!!!!! Emily saw Riking in the waiting room, surrounded by toys. I was blown away by her approach, relaxed environment & how Riking opened up. Safe to say Emily is now Rikings new dentist! On the way home, Riking was happy.. chatting away, telling me Emily is his best friend & that they did a puzzle together - cute! & hallujulu

I moved away from Bendigo and still came back for 12 months to finish getting my work done because I trusted the team enough that I didn't want to find another dentist.
