Fantastic experience: My son chipped his teeth from a fall and it was really noticable on one of them and he was so upset. We were fortunate to find Bicton Dental on google and that there was avaliability the next day. It was efficient to make an appointment online and do the sign up before we arrived. It is really a beautiful practice with friendly staff. Dr Arezoo made my son feel at ease straight away, she was so warm and kind and she made his 2 front teeth look beautiful. He is so happy and releived now.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Ari on 13/1222 and was CERTAIN I had a pile of problems as it was ages since my last visit so I was seriously overdue! Again Dr Ari made me feel at home even before getting in the chair. She has a really organic approach and her people skills and descalation of anxiety is superb! Going back in a few days for teeth whitening. Still can't get how I'm so relaxed there! Yet another fabulous visit with Dr Ari!! Can’t believe I say “I love my dentist!” when before I was on the verge of panic attacks! Now: I look forward to my visits and the beautiful work and care given! So grateful - Thankyou Ari!! Back yet again...this time I had some pain. Dr Ari got to the root of the problem, had my trays and teeth cleaned and as always left feeling healthy and fab. Still can't believe that my insane phobia of dentists is no more!!! So good knowing you have a health professional you can trust, enjoy being with and will do their best for you!!

Negative experience: I was happy with the service carried out, although when I went to pay was shocked by what $681 for what I expected was only a general clean, X-ray/s and fluoride.

Now I know that going to the dentist is not everyone’s cup of tea, I get we all have our reservations when you sit back in the chair and allow a complete stranger to poke and prod in your mouth. However, can I just say that the team at Bicton Dental are so professional, so caring and so attentive, that any of your previous feelings about going to the dentist will wash away (along with all that yucky plaque build up) when Dr Ari and her wonderful team go to work. This is now the second time I have been and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that is provided. If you can’t remember the last time you visited a dentist, then you are long overdue for a visit. So do yourself and your teeth a favour and pay Bicton Dental a visit, you will be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service. I'm a very tall guy and the dentist was brilliantly precise and painless while taking out one of the biggest tooth's she's ever seen! The building is a very accommodating and was a relaxing environment. I was originally scared of going to the dentist but now I'm looking foward to going back! I'm also glad they had a little stress ball to fiddle with while they were removing my tooth :)

As a difficult patient that suffers immense gag reflex, I assumed any dentist would become frustrated and impatient with dealing within such a patient but Dr Ari was extremely considerate and competent in dealing with my issue in a gentle and assuring manner. I have leukaemia and had been to oral surgeons who could not diagnose why my lymph glands in my neck were so swollen. The dentist did some great detective work and found some infected teeth. The treatment has made a massive difference to my life. Well done. Would not go anywhere else now!

Negative experience: I called bicton dental as I had a filling fall out and they told me they accepted Medibank Which is the provider I have, but they never told me that I would not get the full Medibank cover by using there service. I only found this out when they asked for payment. My stupidity for not finding out about this, but feel that they should of helped me out by saying that if I went with a Medibank prefered provider that most of my $687 treatment would have been free.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice provides excellent person-centred care and take the time to explain things to patients so that they can make informed decisions about appropriate dental procedures. They were willing to perform my wisdom tooth surgery which saved me needing to go to a specialist unnecessarily. The Dentist and Dental Assistants are also professional, skilled and compassionate towards patients who are nervous about visiting the dentist. I am now a long term customer.

Fantastic experience: After being traumatised in the past by dentists, I'd put off going to the dentist until my teeth started hurting. Turned out I needed several fillings and my wisdom teeth removed. Dr Ari offered to break down the treatments over time to make them more manageable. She was very kind and compassionate and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She also offered braces for my very bad snaggletooth that previous dentists had ignored. Now my teeth are healthy and aligned. I would recommend Dr Ari for anyone who is dentistphobic.
