Negative experience: As a dental nurse I’m appalled with the service here. I started my Invisalign here and today I came in to finish - have my attachments removed and scan for retainers. When I went for my consult for invis I mentioned I wanted bonding at the end and we discussed the take home whitening trays that were supposed to be included in the price I paid for my Invisalign. When I came in I was told I can’t do the included whitening trays at home because I wanted bonding. They told me I have to pay an extra $397 and do it in chair. I mentioned having sensitive teeth but they still recommended an hour of in chair teeth whitening. After 15 minutes my teeth were so sensitive I was in tears and my tooth colour had not changed too any significance. After this ordeal I was told I still have to pay $397 for the full 1 hour whitening even tho I used 1/4 of the products and 1/4 of their time. So I’ve been left in tears and pain that should have been avoidable and $397 out of pocket for my teeth to be the same as they were when I walked in. Not one to leave bad reviews but as someone who works in the industry I’m so disappointed in the service and care at this clinic
Fantastic experience: I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out in one go under local anaesthetic. Dr Rohini and her DA Maddy were superb. Dr Rohini was very professional and had exceptional skills. Maddy was extra kind and encouraging throughout it all - she really elevated the whole experience! Together, they made me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure and listened to me when I expressed my needs. Grace and the girls were so kind and supportive as well. Service was 10/10, will recommend this clinic to my family and friends for sure ☺️

Fantastic experience: I love going to my dentists appointments. They use to be a huge dread of mine because of the pain/cost but Aesthetik is amazing. All the girls are lovely, super accommodating & I especially love that you can choose to have blankets, headphones & a pillow during your treatments. Makes it so much more enjoyable & less daunting.

Negative experience: Save. Your. Money. Paid over $10,000 for 4 porcelain veneers, they caused two root canal’s, three weeks I had to take off work for infections and revisits for them to fix the root canals.. and after all that one of my veneers is cracked and you can still see my existing tooth underneath. All I can say is the amount of pain this bloody company has caused me is ridiculous. 2 years later still trying to get my teeth fixed, contacting Aphra and the ombudsman. They don’t care, wiped their hands clean with me said they won’t do anything about it, won’t even replace the dodgy crowns they’ve done. I’ve got endless emails and proof I was concerned about the teeth from day 1. Better off going to Thailand they’d be a lot nicer and save you a lot more money!

Negative experience: Honestly, I didn’t have a good experience here. I was told I needed a couple of fillings, which seemed weird because I’ve never had major issues with my teeth. Something felt off, so I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist—and guess what? They told me my teeth are totally fine and I don’t need any fillings at all. What really annoyed me was how the clinic kept calling me nonstop, trying to get me to book in for the fillings. It felt like they were just trying to get money out of me rather than actually caring about my dental health. I won’t be going back, and I’d suggest anyone going here get a second opinion before agreeing to anything.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Dr. Rohini 50 stars, I absolutely would. After a series of disappointing experiences at Aesthetik Dental (Highpoint), I was honestly at the point where I was ready to take my money elsewhere. The frustration from those past visits had left me feeling uncertain about dental care altogether (which is still lingering as I have more treatments that have been pre paid for at highpoint). But everything changed when I met Dr. Rohini. My appointment with her was nothing short of extraordinary. I had all four of my impacted wisdom teeth removed on March 4th, and I was completely blown away by the level of care and attention I received. Dr. Rohini’s approach was warm, reassuring, and incredibly professional. She made sure to explain every step of the procedure beforehand, which eased my anxiety significantly. What truly set Dr. Rohini apart, however, was the comfort she provided throughout the entire experience. I’ve never felt so at ease in a dental chair before. Her gentle demeanor and the way she took the time to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure made a world of difference. It was such a relief to have a dental professional who genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. I can honestly say that this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I’m so grateful to have found someone who takes such pride in their work. Fantastic experience: I accompanied my sister on 2 April 2025 to her appointment for 4 wisdom teeth removals and to say that the staff at the Eastland branch were beyond incredible would not do it justice. The moment we stepped in to the store the staff were super incredible, friendly, welcoming and comforting. Rohini completed the extractions and her talent and precision was amazing to see. She not only guided my sister but myself through the process, was very patient, gentle and kind given the difficulty of the extractions and overall was a lovely person to deal with. Rohini is beyond knowledgeable which is proven through her work, constantly educating us on what was being done and why and left no question unanswered. She created a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the procedure to take place, elevating and anxiety and worries about the process. Massive thank you not just Rohini, but Hassan and the rest of the team for making this a seamless, positive and memorable experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Aesthetik Dental for some consultations around getting invisiline. From the start the service from the team there is exceptional, such a friendly and comforting experience, as someone who is nervous around this type of stuff I felt more than comfortable the whole time no matter who was talking to me. Negative experience: I spent 2.5 years doing Invisalign, wisdom teeth removal, whitening & composite bonding only to be left with issues & very average results from Aesthetik. They tried to rectify the situation however a year later I am still frustrated. The reason I chose Aesthetik is due to my intense fear of dentists & their promise of providing services to help alleviate that stress & pain. First red flags were upon commencing treatment. Rather than seeing dentists, I saw OHTs which was not advertised as part of the treatment. I was under the impression all Invisalign cases were DIRECTLY overseen by Dr John or dentists however they only review your case remotely majority of the time. I had questions for OHTs who couldn’t answer them, increasing my frustration that treatment was not attended to by dentists as they weren’t available in the practice. Practitioners conflicted each other, one stating I was unable to get a fixed upper wire & another said it would be at the discretion of Dr John but that it would be fine. I attended multiple appointments & staff didn’t know why I had appointment booked, including when I was told I didn’t need IPR, got sent away only to receive a phone call asking me to come back as I need IPR. I had IPR performed at Eastland & despite crying in the chair telling the OHT/dentist he was hurting me, he kept going, invalidated my pain & told me I was “very sensitive” while cutting my gum open. My mouth & gums usually heal quickly but following this I was left with cuts in my gums that took over a week to heal. All this done without anaesthetic or anything to ease pain, not the experience I expected to have at Aesthetik. When I went to get reviewed to end Invisalign, I believed the decision to remove attachments & end treatment was made by a dentist only to learn the person was a OHT who removed my attachments & ended treatment without a dentist visually inspecting my teeth or bite. I asked if I could speak to Dr John but told I needed to pay for an appointment which I believed was included. How you can end years of Invisalign without a final appointment with a dentist is baffling. I had in chair whitening performed and the pain was excruciating! It was done immediately following attachment removal when my teeth were sensitive & the pain continued for days after the whitening. Anyone interested in whitening be aware of “tooth zaps”. There was left over material on my teeth from attachments & what appears to be enamel damage which even after Dr John “removed” the left over when doing my composite bonding there is still some on my teeth now. I informed staff multiple times I wanted composite bonding on my front teeth which wasn’t appropriately communicated as my retainer was made before my bonding occurred. This required me to travel to Highpoint & have bonding done after which Dr John cut a hole in my retainer & told me I would need to travel back to Highpoint and pick it up because my retainer no longer fit after bonding. My teeth moved during the time I was waiting for my retainer which stressed me out further. The icing on the cake was the composite bonding, which looked like gum stuck on my teeth and like I had one big front tooth. The composite was rough and made me feel terrible about my $10,000 smile. When I told Aesthetik I was unhappy they fit me in to see Dr John again to which he responded it’s not a one and done process, which was news to me. During the composite, Dr John ground down my natural tooth significantly & after getting a 2nd opinion from another dentist, I’ve been informed I need porcelain veneers on my front teeth in the future as each time the composite is removed the underlying tooth structure is damaged further. I was so unhappy with my results & Aesthetiks incompetence that I didn’t go back to Dr John to have him fix what he had tried twice to fix. Don’t waste your time or money with Aesthetik. They seem like a lux high quality service but at the end of the day you’ll just be left with pain, a bad bite, unattractive bonding & a lighter bank account.

Negative experience: I had a dental clean done here ages ago and they unfortunately overcharged me $100 for the service. The receptionist promised she would give me the overcharged money back but nothing happened. Then I called back and got promised the same thing for it to again not happen. There's other dentists around who are a bit more ethical... I've given up on getting my money back

Fantastic experience: I have been a new client at Aesthetik dental in Eastland after a 10 year long fear of the dentist. I originally went to have cosmetic work done on my 2 front teeth but ended up a week later with needing an urgent removal of my wisdom teeth. I had called up and was booked in swiftly and all the information was provided. I was booked with Dr Nasser and I have never felt more safe and comfortable. My procedure was done in an hour or less and completely painless. To my surprise I received a follow up call the next day and never felt more comfortable. I will never go to another dentist again

Fantastic experience: Awesome service today from Keeley in Reception who welcomed my 10yo son and offered him a drink and chat before his appointment! Fantastic experience: Had my first check up and clean with Aesthetic Dental Eastland today. The receptionist Keeley was very friendly. Suzzi took me for photos and 3D scan, explaining everything that she was doing. Rochelle was the OHT that did my check up, clean and X-rays. It was the most comfortable clean I have ever had, as I was offered numbing gel! Can’t believe there was no gap to pay, considering everything that was done! If you have Private Health Cover - you will pay ‘no gap’ regardless of how much your health fund covers! This is a fabulous service!! Will tell everyone about my experience as it was amazing! Thanks Rochelle! See you in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I’m getting 6 premium veneers, currently on my temporary veneers.
