Fantastic experience: A shout out to Bondi Dental and especially Dr. Jack Stoch, who put me out of my misery with experience and gentleness. Dr Stoch kept me informed every step of the way and while it's not an entirely pleasant procedure, it was made that much better by his thoughtfulness and expertise.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. The dentist was calm, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped ease my anxiety. I’m usually very nervous about dental work, especially because I have a fear of needles and didn’t want any anesthesia. To my surprise, the dentist was able to treat me gently and effectively without it—and I walked out completely pain-free. I genuinely felt cared for and respected throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dental Bondi for their kindness, expertise, and outstanding patient care.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I came in with a chipped front tooth and they fixed it in under an hour. I came back 2 weeks later for a check up and teeth cleaning and wow- made my teeth so white. Couldn’t recommend more. All the staff are so friendly, super nice, not judgey like some other dentists I’ve been to and so helpful with advice on after care.

Fantastic experience: Saw Cara the LC for my 6 week old baby's tongue tie, she was so lovely and thorough, made us feel very at ease and informed about the procedure, the LC and dentist presented all the facts while allowing us to make a decision we felt most comfortable with, and supported us through the process. Negative experience: Worse dentist ever! Soo unprofessional and they just try and rush you as you only have a 30 min slot. I unfortunately had a 5pm slot on a Friday and it was evident that the dentist just wanted to leave for the weekend. I went in for a chipped tooth and have never had any problems with my teeth before so have no idea on steps forward or if I would need composite, veneers etc and nothing was really explained. When they was doing the procedure the top of the drill dropped in my mouth not once, not twice but three times and then the dentist said ooh I think we should change this top! Like yes I’m about to choke on it. When I was first showed my tooth you could see where the chip was and it was a completely different shade to the tooth. When I pointed this out the dentist then seemed to notice it was a completely different shade (not sure why it took myself to point that out) so more whitening stuff was used to correct the colour which looked better and then she asked what I thought, and I literally looked like Nanny McPhee. The fake tooth was a lot longer than the other one so I had to ask for it to be filed down more which again not sure why I was having to ask that and the professional wasn’t doing it. I then asked for my other teeth to be checked as I had hit the pavement quite hard when my tooth chipped so was worried I had damaged any of the other ones but there was no time left so had to book another appointment for the following week to get everything else checked! On this appointment they didn’t realise I booked in for that reason so again wasn’t time to do it so wanted me to book a third appointment. I just went elsewhere to Dental Lounge in Double bay which was amazing! They checked the tooth that was done and they said it was a rushed job and corrected it (applied stuff to the top to make it feel like my tooth and smooth) before it felt like there was plaque all on my tooth and behind my tooth it felt like there was chewing gum! Honestly the worse experience ever!

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the amazing team who took care of my daughter during her dentist appointment. She was very scared about getting her cavity treated, but everyone was so kind, patient, and reassuring. They made her feel comfortable and safe, and the procedure went smoothly. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care.

Negative experience: Don't go here! They do the two appointment clean, I went for a third appointment in a month as my problem still wasn't fixed and they charged for yet another clean when not a single piece of equipment was turned on and I was in there for less than 10 minutes. Bad service, a bad practise.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place for laser Tongue Tie removal on a baby. We were not told udon booking that we would not be allowed in the room with our 8 weeks old while she has this procedure. The dentist used the excuse that they don’t have enough laser protection glasses…. Then how do they do this procedure on adults? I didn’t believe this. Both the lactation consultant and the dentist had to be asked to WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE STICKING THEM IN MY BABIES MOUTH!! they assumed hand sanitiser was good enough. It should be common practice to wash your hands before procedures as hand sanitiser is definitely not good enough especially if you are touching a baby. The dentist was also touching his mouth and face all throughout the consultation. It’s important to keep in mind that you are about to touch other people so you should be aware of not touching your own mouth and face. I’m glad i walked out and got an appointment elsewhere. This place needs to review their procedures and hand hygiene infection prevention and control.

During my first visit, I was immediately impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and talent provided at this practice. Over the years, Dr. Haddon Suttner has looked after my dental health with skill and care to keep my teeth in the best long-term condition. When necessary, he has performed Major and Complex dental procedures plus the application of crowns (same-day visit in-house milling ) and tooth extraction. Additionally; when a Bondi Dental crown broke after years of service, it was replaced under warranty at no cost to me. I was most grateful. Without hesitation, I can recommend this dental practice to anyone who wants complete dental care that they can rely on (24/7 if there is an emergency).

When the previous dentist retired he assured me he was leaving me in very capable hands and I have been coming for regular checkups etc ever since. Dr Hadden is very dedicated and professional in all aspects of his work. His Bondi team are also very professional, respectful and friendly at all times. I wouldn’t put myself in anybody else’s hands.

My teeth feel so clean now and I am delighted with the advice and service the dentist provided. They took X-rays and photos of my teeth so we can refer back to them in the future. Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at the Bondi Dental tongue tie clinic. Started with a very thorough and clear assessment conducted by an experienced IBCLC followed by an assessment with the dentist. All information was shared clearly, and all our questions were answered. All staff were wonderful with our infant son. The procedure itself was fast and is healing well. We came to this clinic for a second opinion and I am so glad we did - would highly recommend without hesitation.
