He is very experienced & he helped to calm me down & alleviate my fears. His dental nurses were fantastic too. It is such a beautiful practice. I left feeling so incredibly happy & I am looking forward, to going back there, in 6 months time, for my next check up.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Dr Prasanthi and Deeragun dental to anyone. Myself and my two children ( 8 and 4 ) have all visited as new patients recently and all received great care. Both children were nervous before their appointments but now keep asking when they can go back for a check up! Dr Prasanthi really took her time to go through everything with me at my appointment and was extremely gentle doing a clean and fillings.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Deeregan Dental is truly remarkable. I'm am currently getting all my teeth removed & my dentist, Dr Prasanthi, in my opinion, is an expert in her field. I barely felt the needles she administered to numb my gums & and again, barely felt the extraction of 3 teeth. I couldn't believe it was completed so quickly & so comfortably. It was incomparable to any extractions I have had previously with other dentists. She carefully explains every step of the process of my dental plan & is friendly& cheerful. I do not feel anxious or dread about my upcoming appointments because this doctor knows her business. And a big round of applause to all the dental assistants & receptionists. They're so professional at their respective jobs & warm & polite & helpful. If you are nervous about your dental experiences, you won't be here. Negative experience: Nice staff but absolutely ripped off, mouth guard cost $198. I nearly choked. I came here because it's close to home. My last two around town have cost around $70. Please know, this is heavily inflated.

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth removed. I have high anxiety when I go to the dentist. Dr Praveen Kurapati was so gentle that I didn’t feel a thing. I usually need pain killers after getting a tooth extracted but I didn’t this time. I’d recommend Deeragun Dental to anyone needing dental work.

Fantastic experience: My mother who is a resident at Arcare nursing home had a tooth extracted from another dentist in Burdell, unfortunately they didn’t take all of the tooth, and were not able to get her in straightaway, as a pain was quite bad. Deeragun dental not only fitted mum in straight away, they also extracted the Piece of tooth that was missed and treated my mother with the upmost respect and listened to her concerns. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Negative experience: Slightly confused why there are only great reviews, the hygienists/staff were all very very young girls seemingly still in highschool with little to no training (cheap labour I suppose) training was done during the session, my session lasted 25 minutes, all that was carried out was a checkup and a clean and for that you'll pay $316, for 25 minutes, No extractions, no injections, just checkup and clean. It would have been nice to have upfront pricing of their services prior to attending as I found this extremely overpriced, specially for staff that are under training. I wasn't made to feel very comfortable, perhaps as the staff were new? I have no idea, but I won't be returning, I was expecting more considering there was so many good reviews. All good, cheers.

The ladies that assist him are always caring and friendly, the followups by the reception ladies are great. The surgery is always clean and inviting. Fantastic experience: I had been dreading having my wisdom teeth removed for more than a decade and could not be more grateful that I was referred to Dr Praveen for the extractions. His work is exceptional, he has a gentle, calming manner, and he is very accommodating regarding anxiety and health conditions. I have since had additional work done by both him and Dr Prasanthi, who quickly and skilfully replaced a broken filling, and whom I would also highly recommend. Their assistants are kind and attentive, and their staff very welcoming.

Negative experience: Husband Went for clean, check and quote for bridge. No clean done and have never had any calls or email in regards to quote. Must have too much work on.

Today though I had my Wisdom teeth extracted all 4 in the chair and I was dreading it. They did an absolute fabulous job and explained everything which made me feel calm and comfortable. Very Happy and greatful for these guys. Will be back for all my dental needs. Can’t recommend them enough 11/10.

He had to be numbed and was very scared so they used the gas and made the whole experience such a breeze. They talked him through the process and what they were doing next. Could not be more happy with the welcoming and friendly people we encountered.
