Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, I have had my three children with braces, with this team, very thorough and helpful with any questions. And if we needed appt to fix anything as braces occasionally may break biting on something and they were always there and assisted in fitting us in. I have had my son and one if my daughters who now have braces off and doing well, loving there new gorgeous smile. Fantastic experience: Always welcoming and friendly on arrival and when leaving as well as when engaging during consultation. Staff are informative and make you feel at ease even when I might of felt unsure and nervous. Over the two years there was never an issue if I needed to rescheduled or I needed more information. Fantastic experience: I really have to give 5 Stars to the team, hands down! Going to the dentist can be a HUGE struggle for me, I have an irrational fear of the dentist. I advised Dr. Mike and Chloe, and they spent a few minutes speaking to prior to removing a broken tooth for me. That made such an impact on the whole experience, and really helped me to calm myself down when I felt the panic start. Thanks so very much for taking the time for me to feel relaxed prior to extraction. Not that I want to have a broken tooth again, but at least now I know the only place for me to go to if it happens once more.....
