Fantastic experience: Long term customer over 10 years has always been happy with the friendly service and profession work. Dr Francis Tan has taking care to keep my teeth in a very good shape. Lately I have loose 4 teeth due to old age which is wear and tear. Lucky, I have Dr Daniel Horne who is a professional implant specialist has done an amazing job that all my 4 teeth are back in place. I am very happy with it. The whole process has given with a comprehensive information and follow up all the way. His assistance Alexis also done a good job, well done. We have also had hygiene service with Deborah. Everyone from reception, to dentist and dental nurse, through to the hygienist were lovely, professional and made the whole experience comfortable. Fantastic experience: I was travelling through and had a very loose (8 year old) implant - I couldn’t have been happier with these lovely staff and their kindness over my situation. Dr Vanessa was wonderful and did everything she could to fix my loose implant. Fantastic experience: I went to Adelaide Smile and Implant Centre today. I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years due to anxiety. I bit the bullet today. I was greeted by the most friendly reception girls, and Jo went above and beyond to provide quotes and estimates of what my medibank could cover. I was lucky enough to have had Dr Imogen Reid for my consult and X-Rays. She was so patient, kind, thorough and explained everything as she went. She made some scary stuff seem less scary. I had Sandra for a clean afterwards and was absolutely blown away. She too made me really comfortable and continued taking away my anxiety. Sandra was gentle and continuously checked in with me, and made me feel so welcome. I am already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you all so much for everything!

After my last rough and painful dental clean experience at a different dental clinic 8 years ago I thought it was just normal to experience pain and discomfort during a clean (hence I never went back for a dental clean ever again after that), but Sandra was so gentle and caring and my dental clean experience with Sandra at Adelaide Smile and Implant Centre today was a completely different, comfortable, and pain free experience! I’m no longer scared or anxious to return to Sandra for regular dental cleans now! She was also very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about looking after the health of my teeth simply and clearly. My dentist, Miri, was also very gentle and friendly, and very thorough, addressing preventative dental measures and created a treatment plan to ensure I have no surprise dental discomfort or emergencies in the future. The clinic itself is modern and clean with an inviting luxe decor, and the receptionists and dental assistant were so welcoming and friendly too. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Adelaide Smile and Implant Centre in 3 years as I had been overseas. I needed some expert attention for my teeth as I knew Francis Tan and the team would look after me. Dianne the dental hygienist was welcoming, friendly and personable from the first greeting. She explained every step involved in the process of Imaging, inspecting and the cleaning of my teeth and was engaging with conversation during the whole process. Dianne was very competent and helpful in describing the overall condition of my dental health. Francis, whom I respect and trust, inspected my teeth and as usual was accurate in what needed fixing and the priority of repairs. No one really enjoys visiting the dentist but Dianne, Francis and Ashley on reception made it a good experience.

She always remembers things about me which make me feel seen as a person rather than a patient number in the system. She does an excellent job on the clean and I feel comfortable and relaxed while she works. Vanessa who did my checkup is very kind and calm, her energy is very soothing and relaxing. She communicates what she is doing and gives clear instructions if she needs you to do something. I always enjoy speaking with her and come away confident I’ve had a thorough check up with an understanding of what I need to work on and monitor. Negative experience: I would highly not recommend this place, travelled 400khs from the country to visit this dentist, was organised to have a two hour time slot to get a good amount of work done, in two hours and 10 miutes i got 1 single simple filling done, it was the worst experience ive ever had at any dentist. The assistant was terrible i was always choking on water, then asking if she needs to get someone to help her find a item and also how to mix it up like she had never done it before. Then comes the dentist, right from the start she was not confident, tapping on my teeth as dentists do i thought she was actually going to break them she was hitting them that hard, which has now left me with more sore teeth. was planned to have a filling done on each side of my mouth, she gave me two needles and numbed both sides only to end up running out of time and not even starting the second filling which meant absolutely no need to give me a needle and numb that other side for no reason. The filling was absolutely terrible, bits of resin from the filling left between teeth and sharp, square edged which would of cracked the filling if left,huge gap between the two teeth, even grinded into tooth behind it,Checking mobile phone while i was in the chair behind me, mobile phones should not even be visible during work hours, spoke with the owner only to find out she was fresh out of dentist school which was why she was giving off non confident vibes. Which i new something wasnt right, right from the start. i was asked to come back the next morning which we had to change our plans around to make the appointment, only to have that same filling the day before removed and redone due to not being right, so in the end nearly 4 hours on 1 simple filling. A needle that was not necessary and a terrible experience and left with more pain than i initially went in with. I would definitely not recommend this place.. the only positive was the lady who took my booking had great customer service and was very understanding i was traveling 450khs away for this appointment. if u want a pleasant experience look else where.... days later And then you inbox me threating me with legal action for defamation. Absolute everything I said was all true so go ahead. You know the filling was messed up thats why you urgently booked me in the next morning to fix her mistake. Since my negative review they have asked every to leave reveiws for them.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with Dan to have the resin on my front tooth renewed. I was nervous as it would require an aesthetic eye to get it right. The outcome was much better than I could have imagined. It was perfect! Getting an aesthetic outcome is a true skill and it doesn’t automatically come with being a dentist. It’s a gift. On top of that, Dan and his staff are lovely, friendly and compassionate. Well done

High appraisal can also be given towards the hygienists. They do an excellent job at cleaning my teeth and are extremely knowledgeable. It also should be mentioned that all staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall, this is one of the best places for dental related issues in Adelaide.

My dental hygienist, Jennifer makes me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and ensures I understand what is happening in each appointment. She never makes me feel silly for asking a question regarding my teeth. This also applies to my dentist, Vanessa who is absolutely lovely. They both provide treatment that is painless and comfortable. They have great attention to detail and I am always keen to come back. Bonus points for turning on a movie/show that I’m interested in and making me feel sleepy during treatments! (Which is a great thing especially since I hate going to the dentists)

Negative experience: Would not recommend, partner has been left with twice as much pain before he went. Filling was ruined and has to get replaced the next morning. Also grinded into the tooth in front of the tooth that was being filled. Dental assistant was checking her phone while in appointment and also asking how to mix certin items. Would not recommend. Very traumatic experience.

From the girls at the front desk to the nurses hygienists and Dentists such an incredibly professional bunch I’m so thankful I have now found my new dental clinic. It makes my 6 monthly checkups so worthwhile I actually enjoy going to my appointments. My teeth feel so clean and healthy oh and the clinic itself brand new and such a beautiful vibe !
