Best part they don’t do unnecessary dental work. We actually live in Croydon and travel over every 6 months. If you don’t have a car it is so close to the railway station. Negative experience: Disappointing. I was advised by reception that everything ($2500 or so would be No Gap but estimate provided identified a very large gap would have to be paid upon request told to check with denist at appt as there may be a discount. A discount of say 10% off NoGap is still $0. Checked website that clearly states that No Gap does not apply to fillings. Also told that all 8 fillings dentist said I needed could be done in one 40 minute session?? Checked with other denists No Gaps charges are signicantly higher but same benefit paid by health fund . It will be interesting to see if this review will be posted. All other reviews on Goigle are 4 or 5 stars. I must be the only unhappy customer.

Positive experience: Have been coming to No Gaps dental for many years now and mostly Artarmon. Doctors been always professional and very able. Treatments are very cost effective and as a single mum it offers great value for money. Appointments can be a bit delayed from time to time but overall fairly on time. Ample free parking available in this area.

Negative experience: Not sure if they can do a proper job on your teeth if they can't get their booking system work correctly. Just a waste of time, cancelled my appointment without making any positive contact. I just had a missed call from the clinic, which I returned their call after 2 minutes and confirmed the booking, but surprisingly the doors were locked when I arrived at the clinic. Called them again and was advised that they had an electricical issue!! Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Automatically booked for 6 month check up after appointment. Received text reminding me of my appointment and confirmed. Arrived and time slot was double booked and was turned away. Reception initially told me I hadn’t booked and when showed confirmation message offered little help.

Negative experience: I picked this place because it had lots of good reviews however it was the worst and most painful clean and check up I’ve ever had. The dentist and receptionist were rude and don’t care about your teeth. My clean and checkup was rushed into 10-15 minutes. All the dentist did was roughly scrub my teeth and throw fluoride half hazardously over them without properly cleaning them. I’m not sure about the other dentists but do not book with Dr Bandana Shakya. I’ve never had to post a negative review for a dentist but I genuinely don’t believe it’s safe for her to be operating on people this way. And upon reading a past negative review, it looks like she did the same to someone else.
Fantastic experience: My very first dental appointment at No gaps dental artarmon will definitely not be my last! the ease of calling them to find the next best available time for a booking was so efficient and smooth (shout out to Rebecca). The day of my actual dental appointment was so good that it deserves a review of its own! Dr Marcia was very thorough in explaining the scenarios and possible outcome of the treatment options that are available! it definitely takes the guess work out and is how information based decisions are made easier! all the best to everyone at NGD Artarmon!
