Negative experience: Receptionist said she would call me in regard to the corticosteroidal injections they do, saying she will talk to the doctor about me getting in today. An hour goes by. I ring her and ask if she has forgotten to which she said sorry I am busy but didn’t forget doctor has been on phone haven’t had a minute to talk to him. I ended the call with me asking “So you will call me back right?” She promised. 4pm - called and said she forgot. Doctor doesn’t have time to do it now Asked for doctors certificate as I am in immense pain and waited for them to book me in, to find she said I can’t slot you in as you haven’t been here in over 12 months. I had , within 2 months. Told her this, she said there is nothing they could do. (In the time she left me hanging and also told me even if the doctor wanted to do it they weren’t comfortable putting a needle into a shoulder joint he would have given me a referral for a radiologist) Avoid this place, they have absolutely 0 empathy nor try to help you. You are also left waiting over 5 mins each time you ring (PB 7 min 54secs)

Negative experience: **Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the receptionist** I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent interaction with the Receptionist - Shrine at this business was appalling enough to warrant one. I called with a simple inquiry and was met with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude right from the start. When I asked why she was being so hostile, her response was, "You can take it to the management," followed by, "Are you done?"—and then she laughed at me. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in any professional setting. A receptionist is the face of a business, and treating people with such blatant disrespect reflects poorly on the entire organization. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the situation. No customer or caller deserves to be treated this way.

Negative experience: The doctors are great - but you can never get through to reception to make an appointment. You get put on hold multiple times for long periods and is super frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Broad Oak Medical Centre, I had 2 extractions and braces put on here and i couldn’t even feel it Dr Harris Chen was too good at it.

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service, no call backs, no reminders for your appointments and staff is not welcoming at all Booking an appointment is a pain and no separate lines for dental appointments as well. Place has hygiene issues as well, will never recommend anyone going there

Negative experience: Couldnt get through to book an appointment with a Nurse for immunisations, as you can't book this online. Have called 5 times today and still nobody is answering I am currently still trying to get through....

Negative experience: I can never seem to get a hold of the reception, I’m continuously being put on hold for long periods of time and then being hung up on. Super unprofessional service, and lack of care for their patients, which is disappointing because it’s super close to home. I wouldn’t be recommending this clinic to anyone as it’s been disappointment after disappointment.

Negative experience: So, I had an appointment for my 3yo with Dr. Humayun at 9:50 AM. Unfortunately, he was behind schedule, and after waiting until 10:30, I had to leave as I had my work meeting. I rebooked for 12 PM with Dr. D'Souza. This time, I was running 10 minutes late, but Dr. D'Souza refused to see my 3yo. I’ve always heard that doctors are supposed to be a bit more considerate, but that doesn't seem to be the case all the time.

Negative experience: Unprofessional doctor and pathologist. Doctor Humayun Muazam was very rude and arrogant he didn't even check me properly just said go chemist buy coronavirus tester, and test by your selfthey get paid from the government but they don't use it for the patients. The pathologist was taking my blood then her friend came in and stayed and talking then the pathologist didn’t check my name and date of birth after it i don’t know why they’re still here.why no one is complaining about this jokers specially doctor humayun muazam

Negative experience: Drs have always been great but every time I call to make an appointment, I have an immense amountbof trouble getting through to speak to someone. The phone rings, then I get the on hold message, then it rings again and then I get cut off ! This happens constantly. It's not uncommon that I need to try and ring at least 4 or 5 times before I can get thru. It's a really bad look and very unprofessional. It needs to be addressed by the Practice Manager urgently !!

So far we have consulted Dental Dr Tanya, Dr s khan and Dr k abbas, they been of great help and always a friendly advice and care.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. People waiting in queue and many receptionists busy doing admin work on computers and chit chatting among themselves. Come on look up and check if anyone is waiting. You never know if people visiting need immediate care.

Positive experience: THREE WEEKS AGO: Was happy with staff and booking service, but today’s appointment disappointed me. I booked days in advance in order to get Dr Muazam’s first appointment for the day, as I had to get to work. Turns out the doctor was running late. Receptionist could not tell me how long I would be waiting. Doctor walks in at 9.16am, calls me in a few minutes later. I raised the point with him that he was running late, and he said it was due to traffic, but did not apologise. I find the lateness without an idea of how long disrespectful, and the lack of apology outright rude. Very unprofessional, even if you are a doctor and think you are the most important professional in the world. Won’t be booking with Dr Muazam again. TODAY: Dr Abbas is a much more polite and respectful individual. Furthermore, nurse Melissa (sp?) is great. Reception are always working hard to look after patients. Changing my rating from 2 to 4…

Fantastic experience: One of the best Medical centre based on my experience. Dr. Khan is very knowledgeable and experienced. Nonetheless, he is very supportive. For my personal medical issues and for my kids sickness, Dr khan has helped us by listening to us carefully, helping us via phone appointments when needed. For my son’s ear infection, that was being treated wrongly by other GP’s based on the assumptions of swimmers ear, Dr Khan not only treated it by sending samples to the Laboratory to find out the actual cause if it, but also treated it early with the right medication, which no other GP had done in the past. After the right treatment, the infection was cured within days. I highly recommend Broad Oak Medical Centre and Dr Khan to anyone who is looking for the best GP in town. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Broad Oak Medical, Dental and Specialist Centre for anyone who is in need of medical care. The general practitioners here are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care about your wellbeing. I have interacted with the majority of the GPs here such as Dr Khan, Dr Radhika, Dr Lysander and Dr Karan. Each are able to provide an accurate/precise diagnosis, prognosis and treatment for my ailments whether it be a viral infection or a sports related injury. The dental team, just like the GPs, are impeccable. The receptionist/administrative team are quite friendly and accommodating. I have been to a few GP clinics, but Dr Khan and the team have definitely set the bar high for what I expect when receiving medical care.

Negative experience: Administrations time management and organisation is horrible. I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email and filed out the online forms. Then about 24 hours later (30 minutes before my scheduled appointment) I received a phone call to say the doctor I booked with couldn't fulfil my appointment but they had only just realised. I struggle to understand how a medical clinic can be so unorganised. The receptionist had no reason except "we've only just looked at it, sorry". Do not recommend this place!

Negative experience: I had a rather frustrating experience with the receptionist during my recent visit on 11 September Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but her lack of communication was quite disappointing. After arriving, she simply told me to "have a seat" in the waiting area without providing any estimated wait time. I patiently waited for 35 minutes before I finally approached her to inquire about the delay. To my surprise, she casually informed me that the doctor had left, without ever letting me know that I was waiting in vain. This lack of information and consideration for patients' time was quite unprofessional and left me feeling very frustrated with the overall service. I read all reviews most of people complaining about receptionists hire good experienced staff.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! All the Doctors and staff is very caring and friendly.

Negative experience: No one answered the phone between 4pm-6:20pm on September 4th. They switched the phone system off at 6:20pm even though they close at 7:00pm. I have been calling non stop since 4pm. This is concerning as many families would be trying to get in touch to seek medical assistance.

Positive experience: Reception is bad here - you are on hold sometimes 10 minutes - its a chronic problem which they dont seem to care about. A previous issue was that their carpark was full of potholes which have been there forever - which happen to have been filled recently. Doctors here are knowledgeable, but consistently run late for their appointments even from the morning, at a time which you expect them to be on time.

Negative experience: Everytime I've come here I've waited 30-40min passed booking time, yesterday I visited was late again so had to come back and rebook few days later only for them to cancel last minute. Very disorganised.

Negative experience: A Disappointing Experience - Abysmal Time Management I regret to say that my experience was wholly unsatisfactory, marred largely by a complete disregard for punctuality and a blatant failure in time management. My main contention lies with their ill-managed appointment system. Despite having availed myself of the online booking service, presumably designed to offset logistical inconveniences, I found myself incongruously waiting for more than half an hour past my scheduled appointment time during each visit. This disregard for the client's individual time is both unprofessional and disrespectful. In today's fast-paced world, time is an incredibly valuable resource, and the establishment's lax approach to punctuality has resulted in a significant waste of my time on multiple occasions. It seems the convenience promised by their online booking system is rendered inefficacious due to this gross lack of effective time management. In conclusion, the shoddy time management, coupled with a disregard for their client's schedules, is a telling measure of the establishment's deficient management, and it certainly makes me question the overall efficiency of their services. I couldn't recommend this business until they address and rectify these fundamental problems.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting this medical center since 2021. I don't have any words how good all the doctors are and specially Dr Humauy . My all problem related back pain and acid reflux he treated right way. Always guiding me right medicine and remedies. In my last 15 years of stay in Melbourne I never found good Dr and clean medical center ever. Thank you so much each and all staff broad oak medical center.

Fantastic experience: 5 star review all around for this clinic, not only is it a beautiful building with fish out the front and books for the children inside, the receptionist Khira is just phenomenal - and I'm not just speaking from my own experience, I've seen her deal with some hard situations and still have the most amazing smile and warmth about her the entire time. She alone is enough to make me come back again and again, but my review has to go on to to include the most amazing doctor I've ever had the privilege of being a patient of: Dr Karan Singhal. He's so incredible that I've followed him from his last clinic to this one, because I cannot imagine going to anyone else for both my mental and physical health needs. Thank you Khira for being such a joy to liason with, and thank you Dr Karan for going above and beyond every time for me for so long without fail.

Negative experience: Poor booking management. Every time I book an appointment, reception gave me a call back just before the appointment and they say that they have to change the appointment time because doctor wants to leave early. I book the appointment as per my schedule as I am working full time job. Its really frustrating.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment to see a Dr over the phone waited and waited phoned to find out what was going on the Dr in question had gone home I was not notified. Never again will I go there to see a Dr.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Radhika Ramkrishna is my family doctor. I can always trust Dr.Radhika to provide the best medical advice to my family. She is passionate about her job, has a high level of knowledge and is very efficient. We have been seeing her from the last 10 years. Negative experience: Poor customer service by receptionist Sheryl.very busy in gossip and very lazy to pick up the form and enter the details and let the doctors know that patient is waiting.Waiting time an hour. Doctors and dental staff are very helpful.
