Fantastic experience: This place is awesome, I was hour early but they were not that busy so they saw me straight away. The dentist was the most beautiful and gentle man. I had to get a tooth pulled, I in and out the chair and with no pain. To this day he still gets extra training to keep up with new technologies.

Fantastic experience: When I first walked in I was nervous beyond belief but I soon felt very eased by the team. They were very understanding, reassuring, kind and I was comfortable the whole time. It was great to see smiling faces from happy people who were genuinely interested in helping me with my teeth. I chose this practise based on the reviews from Google and it really did live up to that expectation. What I would say to anyone who is hesitant because maybe it had been a while and they think they can put their teeth off, is don't wait any longer. Because these guys can help you and you'll feel so much better having gone here. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: We had our first visit with Dr Claire back in March. She was so lovely and gentle with our girls who are 2 & 3. It made their first dentist appointment a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I had never been to this dental surgery before and one of my front teeth had fallen out. The appt was made for a couple of days later, which surprised me. The staff that greeted me at reception were very polite and courteous, very friendly. Dr Marie was my dentist and instantly made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with her welcoming manner. I was asked what music I liked to listen to and that was immediately put on. Once again, nice and relaxed and comfortable. The appt was a long one and the whole time I was asked if I was ok etc. The whole experience was incredible. I have never been that relaxed in a dentist chair ever. Thank you to everyone that I met that day and I honestly mean that. I give you a 5 star rating and would recommend your surgery to everyone. Thank you

Fantastic experience: After a traumatic previous dental experience in the past I recently had a tooth removed by Dr Elerie and her assistant Jessica at My family dental, Bohle Plains, and they were amazing!! From start to finish! Dr Elerie made sure to keep me fully informed of my options and how she will perform the procedure. Both Dr Elerie and her assistant kept checking I was okay, if I needed a break and Dr Elerie was compassionate and very gentle I had minimal pain afterwards. Very friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend the team at My family dental.

I’m always a bit nervous going to the dentist but they were so nice and made me feel so calm, Dr Singh asked me my teeth goals and my expectations from him. They even have Netflix on the roof to watch. Can’t recommend them enough and will become my regular dentist.

Dr Azli is very knowledgeable and up to date with best practice and provided a clear outline of the procedure and expected outcomes. The price of treatment was also considerably lower than other dental providers in the Kirwan area.

My son had 2 teeth pulled out and both the dentist and dental nurse were skillful in keeping the needle hidden from him to the point he didnt even know he got a needle. On top of that they were comforting towards him and just so friendly. We had a really great experience here and I'm so thankful in their professionalism and service.

Fantastic experience: My wife Susan Heit visited here after our health fund Westfund referred My Family Dental Bohle Planes as a preferred Dentist to use. Susan has had a bad experience in the past and feels anxious when visiting the dentist. On meeting Dr. Singh and his assistant Maddie she was put at easy and has enjoyed visiting them. Claiming the rebate is easy when you go to pay for the account, Westfund cover is also great for the dental expenses. The whole time they reassure her and this is great. She looks forward to having them check and help her keep up with the care of her teeth. Thanks to Jess at reception too.

Fantastic experience: 3 years ago I lost my purpose in life after losing a business, brake down in a relationship and struggling with an illness. My passion for life and what I loved was lost. Fighting my way back through it all I knew I had one more fear I had to over come and that was having my teeth fixed. Anyone that knows me knows needles and I are enemies . After visiting Navdeep and the awesome girls they made me feel calm. my appointment was booked for the following week and true to form the beautiful girls in the office called to make sure I was still turning up AWESOME SERVICE! they made me feel I can do this even though fear was taking over. Yesterday I arrived and Navdeep was so gentle and he understood the anxiety I was going through and today I woke up with very little swelling , of course my mouth was tender which you would expect but no where near painful !! I LOVE THESE AWESOME PEOPLE. My fear is no longer there and I cant wait to have my other teeth pulled out and my plate put in ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -
