She went through lots of emotions, avoidance, crying, distress, her hand going up a thousand times to stop the process and ask a question, which Dr Tess patiently answered. My daughter sang her way through the last tooth work, at the end she got up and gave Dr Tess a hug to say Thankyou. Her comment about Dr Tess “I felt comfortable and very safe”.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tess Byrne is incredible. Both myself and my children wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is incredibly patient and gentle and reassuring. Both my children have spent a long time in the chair with zero stress. The only downside of seeing Tess is that when I tried to get my 5 year old to brush his teeth properly or he’d have to spend more time at the dentist, he told me he didn’t care and was quite happy to skip brushing his teeth so he could go back!

Fantastic experience: My whole family is seeing Tess Byrne. I could not recommend her more. She is extremely detailed, very professional and gentle. She helped me to overcome my phobia of dental work. I didn’t believe it could be possible, but I felt no pain whatsoever and my whole treatment went smoothly and pain-free. I consider dental treatment with Tess a relaxing experience. I have my full trust in Tess’ expertise and knowledge. My 6 years old daughter, 3 years old son and my husband all are going to see Tess. She is not our local dentist and we have to travel over an hour to see her but would not change her for any dentist. I don’t often write reviews but I wholeheartedly recommend her. If you are looking for a good, gentle and very knowledgeable dentist who is good with adults and kids, she is your go-to dentist.

Her standards of care are high and she makes sure we understand options that are available. Katya has been incredible with our youngest (with intellectual disability and sensory issues) who can be very difficult to calm down and get her to stay still. Katya is slowly but surely winning her over and I couldn't be more grateful for her stubborn persistence and celebration of our small (but huge) steps forward. The staff are always wonderful, warm and friendly. I couldn't recommend the clinic highly enough.

Fantastic experience: After realising a prior dentist had left my front crown (implant) wobbly, my nerves were frayed to say the least. Hetal was reassuring & supportive whilst saving my crown & fixing it all in the same day. The team at Smile Style are caring, honest & reassuring, both to myself and my daughters (Thank you Tess). I couldn’t recommend Hetal and everyone at Smile Style more highly.
