Negative experience: BIg gap payment depite being BUPA partner, especially x-ray (which are taken plenty) , changed to another BUPA partner and don't need to pay for x-rays. same for crowns, everything very expensive. No info about gap payments or any payments upfront.

Today, I got my teeth whitened and I am so satisfied and very happy with the results. Doc Alhi even took care of giving me a set of take home whitening. And walked me thru step by step on how to maximise it. I am very thankful. Highly recommend Quay Dental clinic. They are super friendly and caring all the way from the front of house to the dental assistants and the dentists. Alhi is the best!

She always completely explains all procedures and makes sure I am comfortable at all times. The prices are also very reasonable, and I have never once left the practice feeling unsatisfied.

Positive experience: I’m a visitor from a remote area and booked a general check-up with the intention of having a thorough teeth cleaning. I chose a clinic in the city because I believed the services would be more professional. However, my experience with Dr. Erica was quite disappointing. There was no greeting or warm welcome, and the entire appointment lasted only about 10 minutes. The procedure felt rushed and rough, and there was no follow-up discussion or advice on daily dental care. From my past experiences with other dentists, a general check-up and cleaning usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes. It’s hard to believe that a proper and thorough cleaning was done in such a short amount of time. To be honest, I’m very upset and quite dissatisfied with the service I received.

Fantastic experience: I had a temporary crown fall off the moment I arrived in Sydney. Quay Dental not only got me in within the hour and re-glued my crown but also gave me a kit to re-adhere the temp incase I got in another pinch. The entire staff was fantastic. I cannot thank them enough for helping out a desperate traveler. In short they were very professional, very quick and perhaps, most importantly,very kind.

Negative experience: Phishing website. I tried to book online as the website shows free 30 minutes consultation. and then got phone call saying no free consultation and I have to pay for it. just asked to cancel the appointment and book with another dentist that shows how much I should pay as I like the transparency whatever I pay for.

While on holiday my newly crowned tooth started to react and the Dr was able to start a root canal, relieve my pain and temporarily fill the tooth until I return home to complete the procedure. Can’t thank them enough for the care I received.

Negative experience: As others have reviewed, Quay dental, whilst generally professional, they prioritise maximising revenue, rather than the actual care and consideration of the customer. They conducted an x-ray and took additional images of my teeth, both of which were out of-pocket-expenses. They neither asked, warned of the price, nor confirmed that I would like to have these optional procedures. They simply assumed and proceeded. The dentist herself, Dr Alhan Farjo, was both rude in demeanor, rough with her work. I've been to many dentists, and none of them caused pain - she was neither gentle nor careful. She rushed through her work in record time, then rushed me out the door with a significant bill. I wouldn't recommend Quay Dental to anyone. There are many other better dentists in the city. I only went here because I wanted an appointment at the last minute - a mistake, on my behalf.

Fantastic experience: Always quick and easy visit at quay dental. Great team and they always sort any dental issues I have. Regular 6 monthly check ups mean I don’t have to come too often outside of those!!

Fantastic experience: My condition was very complicated. I went to many dentists, and it was a long journey for over 10 years. After consulting with Dr. Alhan (I wish I had come to her from the beginning), she is very dedicated and precise in dental treatment and cleaning. She referred me to the best orthodontist and the best jaw surgeon, so I underwent double jaw surgery. Dr. Alhan also performed gum treatment, fillings, and replaced all the crowns. The results were amazing, and I can't believe the significant difference before and after the treatment. My smile is more attractive than ever. Despite having crowns on the front teeth, they look natural due to the precision in color and shape selection. Thank you so much, Dr. Alhan. I highly recommend anyone in need of a dentist to visit her.

Negative experience: Don't recommend this place. All they care about is making money. Response to your comment: For the cancellation fee, that was never mentionned to me on any occasion and I was not aware of that. First time i missed my appointment because you guys called and made me reschedule it. Second time I did provide notice before 3 hours due to an unforeseen circumstance. In all cases I would expect that you understand the circumstances of your patients and that sometimes there are situations when life gets in the way. You are afterall a health care provider and you should know that. But chanrging a 50$ cancellation fee is apparently more important to you than retaining a patient, tells a lot abou the business you are running :)

Negative experience: I went for a Medibank benefit regular check-up which is meant to be free, or at least I haven't asked anything outside of the benefit, but they charged me extra. I have asked for the reason for that 3 times when I found out later, but they didn’t reply anything.

Negative experience: Supposed to have an 8 am appointment today with Damian Ha. First the receptionist was late. She let me in the door just after 8 am with the excuse that her bus broke down which I was fine with and felt sorry for her but then she let me sit in silence, rushing around until 8:15 am to only then inform me that Damian’s bus has broken down as well and all she offered me was to wait for another half an hour. Very disappointed

The receptionist just ignored what you said and insisted that I should change the booking time! But why don’t they just informed earlier then I’m happy to do so but they would not and only call when You about to arrive. I don’t suggest anyone going there and I do suggest that they should change the receptionist with a human being
