Fantastic experience: I haven’t left a review before because I wanted to visit Rosa many times first. I believe that people often give their best service to new clients initially, and I wanted to see how things went over time. We moved to the Five Dock area a couple of years ago and were looking for a caring and professional dentist. Rosa has truly exceeded our expectations! I used to get really nervous about teeth cleanings because of previous experiences with a former dentist, especially due to my sensitive gums. However, Rosa handles it with such ease; she is genuinely a professional and not to mention, very nice to deal with. I didn’t enjoy going to the dentist before, so I avoided it with my previous provider. Now, I regularly go for check-ups and cleanings. Rosa provides me with thorough reports about my dental health that my previous dentist neglected. We’ve had cleanings, tooth extractions, fillings, and a new crown done, all with her gentle touch and excellent bedside manner. She is very personable, and we are extremely happy to have found her. I also want to mention the great team supporting her, particularly her wonderful assistant, Sophia (I hope I got that name right!). They are all lovely and always greet me with big smiles, which puts me at ease. I highly recommend Rosa and her team—simply the best!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience & helpful and friendly staff.

Negative experience: The staff were nice for the most part, however I caught them smiling at each other (as if they were holding in their laughs) when my nerves were attacking me during a teeth whitening procedure. I flinched and made a noise every time the nerve pain was triggered, which apparently they found amusing. I kept my silence and chose not to proceed with the treatment, although Rosa made it clear that she wouldn't work on me again, as i think she was concerned about liability. I previously tried composite veneers and was not happy with them as it gave a 'shrek' type look, very big and chunky, and the carved space in-between each tooth was very prominent. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I definitely won't be recommending this dental clinic to anyone. Sorry for the poor review but I was kicking myself later for remaining silent as I tend to avoid confrontation. I gave 2 stars because Rosa was nice for the most part and gave me what was left of the teeth whitening to take home. I guess people can't help it, especially when friends look at one another & are tempted to laugh, although it is not professional.

From the moment I called to book an exam, the entire staff displayed a remarkable level of politeness and respect. What truly stood out was the collaborative approach – we discussed each alternative, and she patiently addressed all my questions. Concerned about the expenses, I decided to take some time to think it over. Remarkably, the staff completely understood and didn't press me to make a quick decision. Later, as I spoke with a friend who reassured me about the reasonable rates, I promptly returned to the office to book my appointment for the following two weeks. Emphasizing the urgency of my situation due to pain, I explained the need for a swift resolution. The office staff was incredibly understanding and informed me they would notify me if there were any cancellations. To my delight, they called the very next day with an earlier appointment, which I readily accepted. The entire process, from scheduling to treatment, was remarkably smooth, leaving me with the distinct impression that they genuinely care for their patients. Dr. Rosa and her team have earned my trust, and I highly recommend this dental office for their professionalism, care, and commitment to patient well-being.

Negative experience: Saw Dr Rosa she recommended I needed several fillings, root canals and more. She said one tooth has 2 cracks in it. After treatment I have had pain, sensitivity and pieces of filling falling out with a few days! I saw a new dentist he said I don’t need fillings, that no one gets root canal twice on one tooth, there are no cracks in that tooth! Maybe $5000 she charged me al up for what? More pain, can’t chew, I recommend you don’t go to this dentist. My friend had a similar bad, expensive experience. Oh and the repeated emails advertising their “events”? I never subscribed she took advantage of my email address. I have blocked it and have repeatedly asked for them to stop texting and rune but it continues! Not good!
