Positive experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist, and tend to leave it until it’s too late! Dr Gad, has been amazing, she didn’t lecture me or make me feel bad, she explains things really well without overwhelming info. She created a plan in order of priority, prices etc..She is extremely well spoken and is so caring and respectful to her assistants, and of course her clients. I highly recommend her, and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: The team at Core Dental CS were truly great. Our young son needed a tooth removed and our normal dentist wasnt able to do it, and the recommended specialst couldnt do it for a month. We gave Core Dental a call, they brought us in the next day and had the tooth out in an hour. Through the whole process they were kind, cared for our son and performed the extraction perfectly. My son felt no pain and had a great experience. Would highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: Dr Sherin is my regular practitioner and she is phenomenal. Very high attention to detail and my treatment is always planned to perfection. My barrage of questions are always patiently answered which help put my concerns at ease. I always look forward to my dental treatments with Dr Sherin! Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service from Dr Sherin and the staff at Core Dental. From the moment I called to enquire about a wisdom tooth extraction, Lorraine helped talk me through everything and arranged an appointment the next day. I went in to have the consultation and Dr Sherin made time for not only removing my wisdom tooth but also a clean as well. I was so nervous and scared and she was very gentle and reassuring. 10/10 recommend if you ever need a good dentist. I will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: What can I say . Started from the reception, Rhiannon's service is exceptional. She makes anyone that walks in welcome with a positive and professional manner. Then Sara was my dentist. I have never had someone that makes me feel involved with care I needed. Thorough assessments and explanations post XRay is hard to find these days. Negative experience: My husband came in for a routine cleaning. The dentist did explain the extra procedures they were doing once they found out he had insurance, but those services turned out to be unnecessary for what should have been a simple visit. Although the bill was covered by insurance, it felt like he was given extra treatments just because the insurance would pay rather than because he actually needed them. We feel patients deserve honest recommendations that truly benefit their dental health, not just what insurance will cover. We won’t be returning. Edit: Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you take patient trust seriously. I can confirm this review is for your clinic, and I stand by my experience as described.(28th may was appointment date and it was on my husband’s name ) However, I do not wish to be contacted further about this. I have shared my honest feedback and hope it helps improve patient care in the future.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sherin! From the moment you walk in, her practice feels welcoming, and Dr. Sherin herself is just wonderful. She's incredibly skilled, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I used to dread dental visits, but now I actually look forward to them. Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I was only 10 minutes late, but the dentist seemed rushed and not very understanding. A few months ago, I had fillings done here, and they’ve already broken and are now causing pain. I also had to pay a deposit, but I don’t feel like I got the level of care I paid for. Overall, I’m not happy with their service and wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience. Zero quality and service just waste of time and money

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sherin Gad! She helped align my teeth using Invisalign, and once the treatment was complete, she performed adhesive restoration on my front teeth to level and perfect my smile. The entire process was smooth, and Dr. Gad was incredibly professional, attentive, and meticulous. I’m absolutely thrilled with the end result – my teeth look fantastic and feel great. She took the time to follow up with us and guided us on what would be best for my daughter. Sarah made sure son was comfortable and prepared for the procedure he was going to have. I couldn’t recommend core dentil more.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can always be daunting however, core dental are one of the best dental clinics I’ve ever attended. The staff there are friendly and appointments are always flexible. Alexis is the best dental hygienist! I always book my dental cleans with her due to her gentle manner, professionalism and individual-care. Alexis has definitely reduced my anxiety attending the dental clinic and now I look forward to maintaining my dental health!

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience in core dental care in Caroline Springs. My dentist (Dr Shakiba) was super considerate, amiable and knowledgeable about my problem. She gave me options, and listened when I discussed my concerns with her. I felt safe and comfortable- a totally new experience in a dentist chair for me- and listened to. I will go back to the clinic, and will definitely take my children there as well, because I want them to also have a positive experience about looking after their teeth.

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to the area, walking past Core dental one day I thought I need a check up. So I went on made the appointment and returned the next day for the most comprehensive dental experience I've ever had. The in depth treatment included a full jaw 180 x-ray that revealed a tooth that had never come through so maybe I'll get that retrieved and set. That and the full clean was included in the introductory gratis cost. Further, the exceptionally talented dentist Sarah spoke of the need of a mouth a mouth guard while sleeping, something I'd never heard of. I left with a nice clean smile and a plan for the mid future. So much more than I'd grown accustomed to from previous experiences.

Her care, informative chats and professionalism is just outstanding. My children has been seeing her since they were little and we never had those dentist fears or not wanting to go experience with them. Caroline Springs is a bit of a drive for us, Dr Sherin's service is just worth it.

Positive experience: My experience has almost always been really great. I love my hygienist, she does a wonderful job! The reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5, is because I once had my teeth whitened here and the results had only lasted a few days for me which was disappointing and waste of money. Otherwise I have been happy with this clinics service.

Fantastic experience: First; some background - I have an extremely complicated and rare dental history, born with amelogenesis imperfecta and have had extensive prosthodontics throughout my life, in the UK and Australia. I literally have a full mouth of crowns, and have spent more time in a dentist chair before 30yo than most families would combined in their entire lives. I literally had implant surgery 10 days ago for a different problem but... After an unfortunate incident this morning where a crown popped off and required re-cementing, and the only other dentist I have seen since moving to Melbourne 4 months ago was unavailable, I called Core Dental and spoke to Maria. Maria, whilst apologetic that Core was fully booked, was amazing, understanding completely the issue and upon someone cancelling she proactively booked me in and sent me the time. Then, later when seeing Dr Samantha Koh, I had my mind blown. Remember what I said earlier about the length of time I've spent in dental chairs, and add to that that I STILL have a phobia of all things dental; Dr Koh was quite simply the best dentist I've ever had in terms of NOT stressing me out - she listened to everything I said, answered every question, kept me updated with what she was doing with all those evil looking instruments so I was calm. I will need to have a dental implant completed in a couple of months, and I will 100% be asking Dr Koh to do this for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who is nervous or anxious around dentists.

Fantastic experience: We went to Core dental because the amazing Dr Charmaine Hall is there. She is the best paediatric dentist in Melbourne. I have been taking my kids to only see Dr Hall since they were babies. My kids will only see her. She is great with kids and makes them feel very comfortable. Very very highly recommend Dr Hall. Core dental is very nice.

A complex gum issue that required hospitalisation initially, was then treated with care and absolute precision by Dr Sherin. Strategically mapped out a treatment plan to bring my oral health to 100%. You will be in great hands, highly recommend and also a big thank you to Core Dental reception/assistance for the lovely service.

She is very efficient and also ensures you know what she is doing to your teeth before she dives in which I find comforting for someone who is in your personal space for quite some time. Fantastic experience: My son who is 3 has autism and is very difficult to examine. The paediatric dentist was so lovely and patient with him and went over everything very well with my husband and I. I rang up on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment for Friday as my son had a fall and chipped his tooth so the wait time was nothing at all . Would definitely recommend this place for children .
