I initially booked in to see Dr Turna, who was incredibly welcoming, calming, and understanding, immediately putting me at ease. Partway through, Dr Andrea took over, and together they made an amazing team. Dr Andrea’s humour, warmth, and uplifting energy made the rest of the procedure such a positive experience. As someone who is usually very nervous at the dentist, I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in the best hands. I experienced no pain, and they were always happy to pause whenever I needed. Also a big thank you to Camila, whose skill and knowledge contributed to the smooth process and such a friendly, positive atmosphere. I truly can’t recommend this team enough. I walked out feeling happy, content, and extremely grateful for the care I received. Thank you, Fresh Family Dental – you are truly sensational!

Fantastic experience: ‘Fresh Family Dental’ is Amazing! All staff, Dentists, Assistants and Receptionists are kind, caring and non judgmental and treat you with the utmost respect. They instantly put me at ease by being patient and listening to my concerns without feeling rushed or judged. I have a high level of anxiety visiting dentists due to some extremely bad experiences elsewhere, but Dr Turna listened and was very gentle, explaining everything thoroughly with compassion. I wish I had of found them years ago. I Highly recommend this Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently was on holiday at the Gold Coast and had need to see a dentist. I called Fresh Family Dentist at 3.00 PM and was able to see them the next day at 9.00 AM. They were professional and friendly and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient due to experience Years ago hadn’t been for years but due to pain I had no choice! I was treated with extreme kindness and was out at ease and had a successful outcome !! I’m not saying I can’t wait to go back ha ha !! But will and wouldn’t go anywhere else !!

Fantastic experience: Great service!! As they say: “if you find a good lawyer, a good accountant, a good doctor, a good physio, and a good dentist… don’t let them go!” Andrea was fantastic! She not only did an exceptional job with my teeth, she also helped me realise with her answers to my questions what I need to do to keep up the best I can with my oral hygiene. Definitely going back for my regular appointments. Even one of my colleagues is going too, following my recommendation. Thanks to Ross (who also works there, and is an absolute legend!) who recommended Andrea, I think I’ve found my dentist. Two of five down (I also found a good doctor a couple of years ago). The hunt for the other three is still on. You’ll never know if you never ask.

Well I wish I had done it a lot sooner because as soon as I entered I was met with a warm welcoming atmosphere with lovely smiles. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Ross Norman and I have got to say— his manner is exactly what I needed. I have had a rough couple of years with my health and hadn’t been to the dentist in over 18 months. Haven’t even been flossing lately. I received nothing but comfort and absolutely NO judgment. He was gentle, re-assuring and made me feel like I was definitely in the right place. The staff are warm and friendly and I felt very well looked after. Pricing is fair and competitive. There is construction out front currently, but that is temporary. Easy to find a park on the street nearby. Such an easy going yet professional and friendly dental practice. Would recommend to anyone who needs anything from a clean to more intensive dental needs.

Fantastic experience: You won’t find a more professional and caring person than Dr. Andrea. Needle phobia extreme for me but she made it a very pleasant filling experience. Zero discomfort and zero pain for my local anaesthetic and she reads the room well and happy to chat or happy to let you relax. You can tell quickly, she is very good.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous clinic and staff - they were caring and patient and just really nice people….and managed to fit me in at really short notice when I broke a tooth whilst on holiday. AND they have an adorable little puppy called Douglas who’s going to be therapy dog - who wouldn’t enjoy going to the dentist when you get pats and licks (I’m going home to Melbourne to tell my dentist he needs a Dgoulas!). Highly highly recommend this clinic.

As I have never really had a regular dentist I went to as I hadn’t found a good one, I was having a look around for a good one and came across Fresh Family Dental on Google and they had such good reviews so I decided to give them a go. Everyone there is honestly so nice and welcoming. I had a complicated extraction and the dentists were AMAZING! They had so much knowledge and made me feel so comfortable and took great care of me. They called me everyday after to check up on me to see how I was going which going that extra length for your clients is so kind and thoughtful so thank you guys for your amazing work!
