Fantastic experience: I have had my dental needs looked after exclusively by Dr Sylvia for 25 years and I have always been impressed by her care, communication and consideration. I feel so comfortable that I often have a snooze whilst I’m in the chair!! I have had crowns, root canals, dentures as well as routine dental treatments and I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Sylvia and her staff as a fully professional dentist surgery.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist, I highly recommended Dr Sylvia Ling. I have been coming here for years to have my teeth looked after. I have had root canals, crowns and veneers done all pain free, I even fell asleep during one procedure, that’s how comfortable I am here. Since switching here more than 20 years ago I never even think about going anywhere else. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Stud Park Medical & Dental Centre also has excellent GP doctors.

I have thousands of dollars to her am so hurt. Am so hurt hurt Sylvia am so shocked to I could do changed so much for my vinera you chartered me &2500 for one tooth when I a quote $350 for one tooth am so shocked I could sue but bless. ❤️

I am so grateful for the care he provided my sister Claudia, who experienced 30 years of medical neglect, being dismissed by many health professionals. Dr Lawrence was the first to listen, assess and recognise that there was something more to her life-long symptoms. He is a very skilled and caring doctor (a unique combination these days!) who advocated for Claudia and thanks to him she is here today and finally, at the age of 59, she's starting to recover. Negative experience: If you want to be ripped off this is the perfect dentist for you (SYLVIA LING ) $ 340 for a clean and check and that includes a $25 discount and the problem i had is still there. This is criminal i will be taking it up with ACCC !

Fantastic experience: Had my invisalign done with Dr Sylvia. She is very professional, patient and adaptable to my needs and requirements. Dr Sylvia is upfront with the costs and the length of time for the invisalign to be done. Additionally, the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating with rescheduling my appointments

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Sylvia for more than 20 years and have always been happy with her calm, gentle approach and her attention to detail. She was my kids’ first dentist when they were young, and as a result of that, they don’t have the same fear of dentistry that I developed as a child and which followed me into adulthood. In fact, my boys came out of their first dental visit saying, “That was fun.” The fact that I’m still coming here after a couple of decades shows how happy I am with the standard of care!

My primary doctor was Dr. Ronald Ling up until his retirement last year and have now continued with Dr. Lawrence Ling. I have experienced professional, informative and caring service during all of my GP visits. I have also seen Dr. Steven Chai on occasion who is also a highly regarded doctor at this practice. I highly recommend the dentist Dr. Sylvia Ling. She ensures my visits are comfortable and takes much pride and care in her dentistry work. Over the years I have had a root canal treatment and a few crowns, all of which I am very pleased with the outcomes. I hope I can continue to utilise the services of this practice for many more years to come as I have so much faith in the knowledge and experience of the practitioners and reception staff. Negative experience: Worst receptionists, absolutely no maners or communication skills, they ignore you when you walked in and standing in front of them, quite a few times already, they need at least a greeting or an excuses like "just a second", so rude!

Negative experience: Dentist Silvia Ling is not recommended for caring good dental skills. She carelessly knocks the good teeth with equipment which causes hairline cracks. She leaves you on gas for 20 minutes. She brags about her trips to Singapore where she buys her designer shoes from with staff while working on your filling.

Negative experience: Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with Dr Lin Jr I visited Dr Lin Jr on 19th-Apr for a blood test and was quite disappointed with my experience. I want to share my concerns so potential patients can make an informed decision when choosing a healthcare provider. Unpreparedness: My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but Dr Lin was not ready to see me until 15 minutes past the scheduled time. He claimed he needed more time to prepare, but this should have been done before the scheduled appointment time. As a result, I had to rearrange my plans for the day. Incompetence: During the blood draw, Dr Lin attempted 2 times on my left arm and 1 time on my right one without success, making me feel like a guinea pig. Finally, the blood was done by another doctor. A healthcare professional should be able to draw blood effectively and with minimal discomfort to the patient. Insensitivity: When my blood test results showed a low white blood cell count, I asked Dr Lin Jr for an explanation. Instead of providing a thorough and thoughtful response, he casually suggested it might be cancer. This thoughtless remark left me feeling extremely anxious and upset. Given these concerns, I would not recommend Dr Lin's services to others. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help potential patients make informed decisions when choosing a healthcare provider. 4月19号我Rowville 诊所抽血，预约的是小林医生。我的经历让我非常失望。 1. 我的预约时间是上午9点。九点十分了，小林医生才姗姗来迟。预约时间过去15分钟，小林医生还没有准备好。我问小林医生几点能开始工作，他声称还需要三到五分钟时间来准备，我想请问这个需要占用我的预约时间准备是吗？我理解你GP时间紧，但我的时间不是时间吗？我整天都很闲可以陪你耗吗？ 2. 小林医生在我左臂扎了两个洞，钻来钻去都没抽出血来，又换我的右，钻来钻去依然没抽岀血来。小林大夫把我当小白鼠了！ 3. 我之前的有白血球偏低的的情况，我向林医生询问原因，他很随意地说：“某些癌症可能是会导致白血球偏低”，这是诚心的吧？ 有鉴于此，强烈不推荐小林医生。

Fantastic experience: One of the best and caring dental and medical centres. I was in dental pain during Christmas holidays. Staff was dilligent enough to book a tele call with Dr Lawrence and Dr Sylvia who provided the medication and all the support. Staff are courteous as well and explained everything. Negative experience: They don't care for your time. Had an appointment at 6pm came 10 mins early. Have to wait an hour for my appointment. Docs are not experienced enough to give you good advice.

My intention was to get veneers done for my front teeth. Overall, after 5 appointments to complete the process, I can happily say that I am extremely happy with the results. When you are under her care, you will realise she is very soft spoken and a sense of compassion in the atmosphere to make you feel at ease. Communication is very straight forward and listens to any of your questions and concerns, and will happily explore solutions with you to suit what you are comfortable with. I have been to at least 4 different dentists in the past but Dr Ling is by far my favourite dentist with the best patient care. And no, this is not a paid advertisement, I am just genuinely writing a 5 star review which I rarely make the effort to, and I wish her all the best and her nurses as well.
